The other end of the sector clamp plate 31 is provided with a movable plate 312 and a third return spring 313, the middle of the movable plate 312 is hinged to the sector clamp plate 31, one end of the movable plate 312 is connected with the sector clamp plate 31 through the third return spring 313, the third return spring 313 is in a stretching state, and the machine tool 1 is provided with a shift lever 17 for shifting the movable plate 312. The carburetor oil drain screw machining tool 1 further comprises a material ejecting device, the material ejecting device comprises an air pipe, an air extracting pump, an exhaust pump and an air valve, one end of the air pipe is connected with the air extracting pump and the exhaust pump through the air valve respectively, and the other end of the air pipe is communicated with the spindle clamp 16.

The drilling mechanism 4 further comprises a drive motor 4612, the drive motor 4612 being mounted on the mobile carriage 42, the drive motor 4612 being connected to the input shaft of the drill bit 451 via a pulley. In conclusion, the invention provides a carburetor oil drain screw machining tool which comprises a machine tool, and a feeding mechanism, a feeding mechanism and a drilling mechanism which are respectively arranged on the machine tool, wherein when the carburetor oil drain screw machining tool is used, a motor starts to work and drives a rotating shaft to rotate, and oil drain screws are connected end to end in a feeding track and sequentially delivered to a fan-shaped clamping plate; the middle part of the fan-shaped clamping plate is hinged with a machine tool, the fan-shaped clamping plate generates a tendency of swinging on a plane vertical to the axis of the machine tool through a first reset spring, a supporting rod arranged at one end of the fan-shaped clamping plate abuts against a push rod track on a first rotating block to limit the swinging tendency, the shape of the push rod track is designed according to the whole feeding, loading, drilling and discharging operations and independent working hours of the machine tool, the swing of the fan-shaped clamping plate can be realized by changing the shape and size of the push rod track, and after the fan-shaped clamping plate swings to a feeding port of a feeding track, the material receiving is finished; when the fan-shaped clamping plate swings to the position of the main shaft clamp, clamping of a workpiece can be realized; the shape of the material pushing track of the second rotating block is designed according to the whole feeding of a processing machine tool, feeding, drilling and discharging operation, after a workpiece is clamped, the material pushing track pushing moving frame moves on the first sliding rail, the feeding of the drilling mechanism on the axis of the machine tool is completed, the second reset spring is used for ensuring that the moving frame always abuts against the material pushing track, the first air cylinder is used for controlling the supporting plate to move on the second sliding rail, therefore, different drill bits are used for drilling holes on screws to be processed, and after the drilling is finished, the second reset spring resets to perform the next circulation operation.
