The device has the following action processes: the tray 200 is placed on the first conveying line 101, the wine bottle is inverted on the clamp, the first conveying line 101 drives the tray 200 to move, the tray 200 moves to the tail end along with the first conveying line 101, the jacking mechanism drives the tray 200 to move upwards to leave the conveying chain of the first conveying line 101, the bottom of the tray 200 is in contact with the conveying belt 151 of the transverse moving mechanism, the transverse moving mechanism drives the tray 200 to be close to the third conveying line 103, after the tray 200 is lapped on the third conveying line 103, the third conveying line 103 and the transplanting mechanism 105 drive the tray 200 to move together, the tray jacking mechanism in the transplanting mechanism 105 close to the third conveying line 103 on the second conveying line 102 moves upwards to receive the tray 200 conveyed by the third conveying line 103, when the tray 200 enters the initial end of the second conveying line 102, when the tray 200 moves to the tail end along with the second conveying line 102, the transplanting mechanism 105 of the second conveying line 102 moves to move the tray 200 to the first conveying line 101 through the fourth conveying line 104, this completes the cycle of a single tray 200.

A plurality of trays 200 can be placed on the first conveyor line 101 at the same time, and efficient circulation of the trays 200 is completed.

In order to reduce the impact of the tray 200 moving from the first conveyor line 101 to the third conveyor line 103, it is preferable that the tray 200 is lifted by the lift mechanism, and the height of the tray 200 is equal to or slightly higher than the height of the third conveyor line 103, so that the transplanting mechanism 105 can be smoothly moved from the transplanting mechanism 105 to the second conveyor line 102 when the tray 200 of the first conveyor line 101 is conveyed to the third conveyor line 103.

The guide part can be rotatably arranged on the bottom plate of the tray 200 and is fixedly connected with the annular guide sleeve; the taper sleeve jacking mechanism is arranged below the sliding part and positioned inside the mounting base 210, and is used for driving the sliding part to move upwards; the runner 203 is fixedly connected with the guide part, the runner 203 is arranged outside the guide part, and the runner 203 drives the guide part to rotate.

In order to reduce the number of power driving elements, a transmission belt may be disposed on one side of the rotating wheel 203 along the arrangement direction of the wine bottle positioning mechanism, and the transmission belt drives the plurality of rotating wheels 203 to move synchronously, thereby reducing the number of driving elements.

The sliding part and the guiding part can have a plurality of types of selection, for example, the sliding part includes spline shaft 206 in this embodiment, spline shaft 206 upper end links firmly with location taper sleeve 201, the guiding part includes spline nut 211, the external diameter of location taper sleeve 201 lower part is greater than the external diameter of spline shaft 206, spline shaft 206 nests in spline nut 211, thereby spline shaft 206 can slide from top to bottom along spline nut 211, can prevent simultaneously that spline shaft 206 from rotating relative to spline nut 211, spline nut 211's outside sets up axle sleeve 209, axle sleeve 209 is fixed on the inner cylinder face of bearing, the bearing passes through bearing frame 204 and installs on tray bottom plate 206.

Another alternative of sliding part is the square shaft, the guide part includes the switching cover, the external diameter of location taper sleeve 201 lower part is greater than the external diameter of switching cover, the square shaft nestification is in switching cover, square shaft and switching cover clearance fit, the overlook projection of switching cover medial surface is the square, the lateral surface of switching cover is the periphery, thereby the square shaft can be followed the switching cover and slided from top to bottom, can prevent simultaneously that the relative switching cover of square shaft from rotating, the switching cover is installed in the bearing, the bearing passes through bearing frame 204 and installs on tray 200 bottom plate.

In order to improve and prevent the wine bottle from inclining, the bearing adopts a pair of angular contact bearings arranged back to back, so that the radial bearing capacity of the wine bottle positioning mechanism is improved.

Another common type of the sliding portion and the guiding portion is that the sliding portion includes a rotating shaft, the guiding portion includes a linear bearing, an outer diameter of a lower portion of the positioning taper sleeve 201 is larger than an outer diameter of the rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is installed inside the linear bearing, and the linear bearing is installed on the tray bottom plate 206 through the bearing seat 204.

The sliding part and the guide part are not limited to the above three types of selection, and any other mechanism capable of limiting rotation and only sliding may be used.

In order to increase the circumferential support to the outer side of the opening of the wine bottle, the height of the inner side surface of the positioning taper sleeve 201 is 1/2 to 2/3 of the height of the opening of the wine bottle, so that the wine bottle is prevented from shaking in the positioning taper sleeve 201.

As shown in fig. 7, the turnover feeding mechanism 700 includes an inverted door-shaped frame 702 and a wine bottle picking gripper, two vertical moving modules 701 are symmetrically installed on the inner side of the frame 702, two vertical plates 703 are vertically installed at the output end of the vertical moving module 701, the two ends of a connecting beam 705 are respectively installed on the upper portions of the vertical plates 703 on the two sides through bearings, a rotating motor 706 is arranged on the outer side of the vertical plates 703, the rotating motor 706 drives the connecting beam 705 to rotate, the wine bottle picking gripper includes a plurality of wine bottle picking units, the wine bottle picking units are equidistantly fixed on the connecting beam 705, each wine bottle picking unit includes a finger cylinder and a clamping jaw, the finger cylinder is installed on the connecting beam 705 through a connecting plate cantilever, the two clamping jaws are symmetrically installed on the output end of the finger cylinder, semicircular arc grooves are formed on the opposite inner sides of the two clamping. The two clamping jaws are used for clamping the upper part of the wine bottle body close to the bottle mouth.
