1. A method of packaging a film-wrapped liner, comprising the steps of:

providing a film wrapper liner comprising a base panel, a plurality of side panels foldably connected to edges of the base panel, and first and second films disposed on opposite sides of the base panel, the first and second films being at least partially disposed outwardly of the edges of the base panel;

placing a packing object on the bottom plate, turning over a side plate on the bottom plate, wherein the turned-over side plate can drive the first thin film and the second thin film to act on the packing object;

tensioning the first film and/or the second film.

2. The method of claim 1 wherein said step of folding a side panel of said base panel over to engage said first film over said package comprises the step of:

firstly, driving the first film to turn over 90 degrees relative to the bottom plate by using a side plate;

folding the first film 90 ° toward the package;

and/or, the step of turning over the side plate on the bottom plate and driving the second film to act on the packing material comprises the following steps:

firstly, driving the second film to turn over 90 degrees relative to the bottom plate by using a side plate;

folding the second film 90 ° towards the direction of the package.

3. The method of claim 1 wherein the side panels comprise a first side panel, a second side panel, a third side panel and a fourth side panel disposed at the peripheral edge of the bottom panel, wherein the second side panel is provided at two ends thereof with a foldable first support panel and a foldable second support panel, respectively, and the fourth side panel is provided at two ends thereof with a foldable third support panel and a foldable fourth support panel, respectively, the first support panel and the third support panel being capable of driving the first film to cover the package; the second supporting plate and the fourth supporting plate can drive the second film to cover the packing object.

4. The method of claim 3 wherein the first film is disposed on the first support panel, the third side panel and the third support panel, wherein the first film is attached at both ends to the first support panel and the third support panel; and/or the second film is arranged on the second support plate, the first side plate and the fourth support plate, wherein two ends of the second film are connected to the second support plate and the fourth support plate.

5. A method of packaging a film wrapper insert as defined in claim 3 wherein said first film is connected at one end to said first support panel and said second side panel and at the other end to said third support panel and said fourth side panel and a wrapper disposed on said bottom panel is capable of compressing said first film portion against said bottom panel; and/or one end of the second film is connected to the second supporting plate and the third side plate, the other end of the second film is connected to the fourth supporting plate and the fourth side plate, and the second film part can be pressed on the bottom plate by the packaging object arranged on the bottom plate.

6. A method of wrapping a film wrapper inner liner as claimed in claim 4 or 5, wherein the step of "tensioning the first film" is to fold the first support panel and the second side panel, and the third support panel and the fourth side panel, towards the rear of the base panel; and the step of tensioning the second film is to fold the second support plate, the second side plate, the fourth support plate and the fourth side plate towards the back of the bottom plate.

7. The method of wrapping a film wrapper liner as defined in claim 4 or 5, wherein a fifth support panel and a sixth support panel are foldably connected to the bottom panel, the fifth support panel and the sixth support panel being disposed at both ends of the third side panel; and/or a seventh supporting plate and an eighth supporting plate are connected to the bottom plate in a turnover mode, and the seventh supporting plate and the eighth supporting plate are respectively arranged at two ends of the first side plate.

8. The method of wrapping a film wrapper liner as defined in claim 7, wherein said step of tensioning said first film includes:

pressing the first film on the bottom plate by using the fifth support plate and the sixth support plate, and then folding the first support plate, the second side plate, the third support plate and the fourth side plate towards the back of the bottom plate;

and, the step of tensioning the second film comprises:

the seventh supporting plate and the eighth supporting plate are used for pressing the second film on the bottom plate, and then the second supporting plate, the second side plate, the fourth supporting plate and the fourth side plate are turned over towards the back of the bottom plate.

9. The method of claim 7 wherein the base panel is foldably connected to a first and second retainer panels disposed on opposite sides of a container disposed on the base panel and being upwardly foldable relative to the base panel.

10. The method of wrapping a film wrapper liner as defined in claim 9 wherein, said steps of placing a package on said base panel and folding said first film and said second film comprise:

and the first limiting plate and the second limiting plate are turned upwards relative to the bottom plate, so that the turned first limiting plate and the turned second limiting plate are respectively arranged at two sides of a packing object arranged on the bottom plate.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field related to the packaging technology, and particularly relates to a packaging method of a film packaging lining.

Background

The conventional product package is generally in a form of a package formed by a corrugated carton and an inner buffer material, wherein the inner buffer material is generally composed of buffer pads such as folded paper cards, epe, eva, eps, blister, pulp molding and the like, and is used for package buffering and protection.

The film packing lining is a combined packing structure formed by combining paper cards and films, and the packing mode is that contents are placed on the paper cards, the contents are tightly bound on the paper cards through the films stuck on the paper cards, and a complete packing structure is formed. Since the paper card is not stretchable, the size of the contents is limited by the original length and stretchability of the film, and the film is attached to both sides of the paper card, that is, the original length is fixed, and the original length of the film cannot be adjusted again, so that the size range of the contents is limited only by the stretchability of the film, and the general-purpose performance is limited in the case of large dimensional deviation of the contents.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, there is a need to provide a packaging method for a film packaging liner, which solves the technical problems in the prior art.

Specifically, the packaging method of the film packaging lining comprises the following steps:

providing a film wrapper liner comprising a base panel, a plurality of side panels foldably connected to edges of the base panel, and first and second films disposed on opposite sides of the base panel, the first and second films being at least partially disposed outwardly of the edges of the base panel;

placing a packing object on the bottom plate, turning over a side plate on the bottom plate, wherein the turned-over side plate can drive the first thin film and the second thin film to act on the packing object;

tensioning the first film and/or the second film.

As a preferred aspect of the present invention, the step of folding the side plate on the bottom plate, and the folded side plate can drive the first film to act on the package includes:

firstly, driving the first film to turn over 90 degrees relative to the bottom plate by using a side plate;

folding the first film 90 ° toward the package;

and/or, the step of turning over the side plate on the bottom plate and driving the second film to act on the packing material comprises the following steps:

firstly, driving the second film to turn over 90 degrees relative to the bottom plate by using a side plate;

folding the second film 90 ° towards the direction of the package.

As a preferred scheme of the present invention, the side plates include a first side plate, a second side plate, a third side plate and a fourth side plate which are arranged at the peripheral edge of the bottom plate, wherein a first supporting plate and a second supporting plate which can be folded are respectively arranged at two ends of the second side plate, a third supporting plate and a fourth supporting plate which can be folded are respectively arranged at two ends of the fourth side plate, and the first supporting plate and the third supporting plate can drive the first film to cover the package; the second supporting plate and the fourth supporting plate can drive the second film to cover the packing object.

As a preferable aspect of the present invention, the first film is disposed on the first support plate, the third side plate, and the third support plate, wherein both ends of the first film are connected to the first support plate and the third support plate; and/or the second film is arranged on the second support plate, the first side plate and the fourth support plate, wherein two ends of the second film are connected to the second support plate and the fourth support plate.

As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, one end of the first film is connected to the first support plate and the second side plate, and the other end is connected to the third support plate and the fourth side plate, and the wrapper disposed on the bottom plate can press the first film portion against the bottom plate; and/or one end of the second film is connected to the second supporting plate and the third side plate, the other end of the second film is connected to the fourth supporting plate and the fourth side plate, and the second film part can be pressed on the bottom plate by the packaging object arranged on the bottom plate.

As a preferable aspect of the present invention, the step of "tensioning the first film" is to fold the first support plate and the second side plate, and the third support plate and the fourth side plate toward the back surface of the bottom plate; and the step of tensioning the second film is to fold the second support plate, the second side plate, the fourth support plate and the fourth side plate towards the back of the bottom plate.

As a preferable scheme of the present invention, a fifth support plate and a sixth support plate are connected to the bottom plate in a foldable manner, and the fifth support plate and the sixth support plate are respectively disposed at two ends of the third side plate; and/or a seventh supporting plate and an eighth supporting plate are connected to the bottom plate in a turnover mode, and the seventh supporting plate and the eighth supporting plate are respectively arranged at two ends of the first side plate.

As a preferable aspect of the present invention, the step of tensioning the first film includes:

pressing the first film on the bottom plate by using the fifth support plate and the sixth support plate, and then folding the first support plate, the second side plate, the third support plate and the fourth side plate towards the back of the bottom plate;

and, the step of tensioning the second film comprises:

the seventh supporting plate and the eighth supporting plate are used for pressing the second film on the bottom plate, and then the second supporting plate, the second side plate, the fourth supporting plate and the fourth side plate are turned over towards the back of the bottom plate.

As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the bottom plate is connected with a first limiting plate and a second limiting plate in a foldable manner, and the first limiting plate and the second limiting plate are disposed on two sides of the package placed on the bottom plate and can be folded upward relative to the bottom plate.

As a preferable aspect of the present invention, the step of placing the package on the bottom plate and folding the first film and the second film includes:

and turning the first limiting plate and the second limiting plate upwards relative to the bottom plate so that the turned first limiting plate and the turned second limiting plate are respectively positioned at two sides of the packing material arranged on the bottom plate.

Due to the application of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

the packaging method of the film packaging lining provided by the invention can limit the packaging object on the bottom plate by using the first film and the second film which are arranged on the opposite sides of the bottom plate, so that the film packaging lining has universality in use and plays a role in expanding the use range of the film packaging lining; meanwhile, the film packaging lining is simple in structure and easy and convenient to operate, the two films limit the packaging materials, the stability is good, and the use requirements of people are further met.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENT (S) OF INVENTION

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention.

Referring to fig. 1-3, a film packaging liner according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes a bottom plate 10, and a first side plate 11, a second side plate 12, a third side plate 13 and a fourth side plate 14 connected to the bottom plate 10 in a foldable manner; wherein the first side plate 11, the second side plate 12, the third side plate 13 and the fourth side plate 14 are respectively connected to the peripheral edge of the bottom plate 10.

The bottom plate 10 of the present embodiment is preferably configured as a quadrilateral square structure, and the first side plate 11 and the third side plate 13 are respectively disposed on opposite sides of the bottom plate 10, and the second side plate 12 and the fourth side plate 14 are respectively disposed on the other opposite sides of the bottom plate 10.

In this embodiment, the second side plate 12 is provided with a first supporting plate 15 and a second supporting plate 16 at two ends thereof, and the fourth side plate 14 is provided with a third supporting plate 17 and a fourth supporting plate 18 at two ends thereof. The first supporting plate 15 and the third supporting plate 17 are respectively located at two ends of the third side plate 13, and the second supporting plate 16 and the fourth supporting plate 18 are located at two ends of the first side plate 11. The film packaging lining further comprises a first film 21 and a second film 22, two ends of the first film 21 are respectively connected to the first supporting plate 15 and the third supporting plate 17, two ends of the second film 22 are respectively connected to the second supporting plate 16 and the fourth supporting plate 18, the first supporting plate 15 and the third supporting plate 17 can be respectively turned over relative to the second side plate 12 and the fourth side plate 14, so that the first film 21 is turned over to the upper side of the bottom plate 10, the second supporting plate 16 and the fourth supporting plate 18 can be respectively turned over relative to the second side plate 12 and the fourth side plate 14, and the second film 22 is turned over to the upper side of the bottom plate 10. That is, the film packaging liner of the present embodiment can selectively limit the position of the packaged objects 200 placed on the bottom plate 10 by the first film 21 and the second film 22 according to the use requirement.

The first film 21, the first support plate 15 and the third support plate 17 are bonded and fixed, so that the first film 21, the first support plate 15 and the third support plate 17 are connected and fixed. It should be noted that the adhesive tapes or glue may be used for adhering and fixing the first film 21 and the first support plate 15 and the third support plate 17 according to the use requirement, and the adhesive tapes are disposed on the first film 21, or disposed on the first support plate 15 and the third support plate 17, or disposed on both of them, which will not be described herein.

Similarly, the second film 22 of the present embodiment is also adhered to the second support plate 16 and the fourth support plate 18.

In this embodiment, a first crease line 101 is disposed between the third side panel 13 and the bottom panel 10, so as to realize the folding movement between the third side panel 13 and the bottom panel 10. Wherein the side of the first film 21 facing the first crease line 101 is parallel to the first crease line 101.

Wherein, a side of the first film 21 facing the first crease line 101 is spaced from the first crease line 101 by a preset distance; preferably, the length edge of one side of the first film 21 is attached to the first crease line 101, so that the third side panel 13 can be folded together with the first support plate 15 and the third support plate 17.

In the present embodiment, a second crease line 102 is provided between the first support panel 15 and the second side panel 12, a third crease line 103 is provided between the third support panel 17 and the fourth side panel 14, the first support panel 15 can be folded with respect to the second side panel 12 via the second crease line 102, and the third support panel 17 can be folded with respect to the fourth side panel 14 via the third crease line 103.

In the present embodiment, the first fold line 101, the second fold line 102, and the third fold line 103 are collinear.

Further, the widths of the first support plate 15, the third support plate 13 and the third support plate 17 are equal to each other and greater than or equal to the width of the first film 21, so that the film packaging lining of the present embodiment can drive the first film 21 to be matched with the bottom plate 10 by folding the first support plate 15 and the third support plate 17.

Similarly, a fourth crease line 104 is disposed between the first side plate 11 and the bottom plate 10, and a side of the second film 22 facing the fourth crease line 104 is parallel to the fourth crease line 104. Wherein, a side of the second film 22 facing the fourth crease line 104 is spaced from the fourth crease line 104 by a predetermined distance. Preferably, a length of one side of the second film 22 is configured to be attached to the fourth crease line 104, a fifth crease line 105 is configured between the second support panel 16 and the second side panel 12, a sixth crease line 106 is configured between the fourth support panel 18 and the fourth side panel 14, and the fourth crease line 104, the fifth crease line 105 and the sixth crease line 106 are collinear. The widths of the second support plate 16, the fourth side plate 14 and the first support plate 15 are equal to each other and greater than or equal to the width of the second film 22.

In addition, in the film packaging liner of the present embodiment, the sum of the width of the portion of the first film 21 that is turned over the bottom plate 10 and the width of the portion of the second film 22 that is turned over the bottom plate 10 is smaller than the width of the bottom plate 10. When the film packaging lining of the present embodiment works, the first film 21 and the second film 22 can be used to limit the two sides of the packaged object 200 placed on the bottom plate 10.

In this embodiment, the folding directions of the first side plate 11 and the third side plate 13 with respect to the bottom plate 10 are opposite to the folding directions of the second side plate 12 and the fourth side plate 14 with respect to the bottom plate 10.

Specifically, the first side plate 11 and the third side plate 13 can be folded by 90 degrees toward the front of the bottom plate 10; and/or the second side plate 12 can drive the first support plate 15 and the second support plate 16, and the fourth side plate 14 can drive the third support plate 17 and the fourth support plate 18 to turn over 180 degrees toward the back of the bottom plate 10. It should be noted that the front surface of the bottom plate 10 is specifically an end surface of the bottom plate 10 on which the packages 200 are placed, and the corresponding back surface of the bottom plate 10 is an opposite surface of the end surface of the bottom plate 10 on which the packages 200 are placed.

As can be seen from the above, when the film packaging lining of the present embodiment is used for limiting the packaging position of the packaging object 200, the packaging object 200 can be placed on the bottom plate 10, and then the first support plate 15, the third support plate 13 and the third support plate 17 are turned over to drive the first film 21 fixedly connected to the first support plate 15 and the third support plate 17 to be turned over integrally toward the packaging object 200, and then the first support plate 15 is turned over separately and the first support plate 15 is stacked on the second side plate 12, and the third support plate 17 is turned over and the third support plate 17 is stacked on the fourth side plate 14 to drive the first film 21 to cover the packaging object 200; similarly, the second film 22 can be driven to cover the packing object 200 by folding the second support plate 16, the first side plate 11 and the fourth support plate 18, so that the first film 21 and the second film 22 are used for limiting the packing object placed on the bottom plate 10 when the film packing lining is used.

Referring to fig. 4, a film packaging lining according to a second embodiment of the present invention is provided, in which the structure and the connection relationship of the bottom plate 10, the first side plate 11, the second side plate 12, the third side plate 13, the fourth side plate 14, the first support plate 15, the second support plate 16, the third support plate 17 and the fourth support plate 18 of the film packaging lining of the present embodiment are the same as those of the first embodiment of the present invention, and the differences from the first embodiment are as follows: in this embodiment, one end of the first film 21 is connected to the first support plate 15 and the second side plate 12, the other end is connected to the third support plate 17 and the fourth side plate 14, and the wrapper 200 placed on the bottom plate 10 can press the first film 21 partially on the bottom plate 10; and/or, one end of the second film 22 is connected to the second support plate 16 and the third side plate 13, the other end is connected to the fourth support plate 18 and the fourth side plate 14, and the wrapper 200 placed on the bottom plate 10 can press the second film 22 partially on the bottom plate 10.

Preferably, the packages 200 placed on the base plate 10 are each capable of partially compressing the first film 21 and the second film 22 against the base plate 10. That is, in the film packaging liner of the present embodiment, the first film 21 and the second film 22 can wrap the packaging object 200 partially, so as to further improve the stability of the first film 21 and the second film 22 in the position limitation of the packaging object 200. It should be understood that the first film 21 and the second film 22 of the present embodiment are not limited to those shown in the drawings, and those skilled in the art can rotate the first film 21 to push the second film 22 to partially wrap the package 200 according to the use requirement, which will not be described herein.

Further, in the bottom plate 10 of the present embodiment, a first opening (not shown) is formed at a position overlapping with the first film 21, and/or a second opening (not shown) is formed at a position overlapping with the second film 22 on the bottom plate 10. When the packaged object 200 folded by the film packaging lining is suspended between the first film 21 and the second film 22, the structural arrangement of the first opening and the second opening on the bottom plate 10 prevents the bottom of the packaged object 200 from being uneven and being not suitable for the film packaging lining, that is, the film packaging lining of the present embodiment can place the part with uneven bottom at the position of the first opening or the second opening on the bottom plate 10, so as to ensure the limit packaging of the film packaging lining on the packaged object 200.

Referring to fig. 5 and fig. 6 together, a film packaging lining according to a third embodiment of the present invention is provided, in which the structure and the connection relationship of the bottom plate 10, the first side plate 11, the second side plate 12, the third side plate 13, the fourth side plate 14, the first support plate 15, the second support plate 16, the third support plate 17 and the fourth support plate 18 of the film packaging lining of the present embodiment are the same as those of the first embodiment of the present invention, and the differences from the first embodiment are as follows: a fifth support plate 110 and a sixth support plate 120 are connected to the bottom plate 10 in a foldable manner, and the fifth support plate 110 and the sixth support plate 120 are respectively disposed at two ends of the third side plate 13; and/or a seventh supporting plate 130 and an eighth supporting plate 140 are connected to the bottom plate 10 in a foldable manner, and the seventh supporting plate 130 and the eighth supporting plate 140 are respectively arranged at two ends of the first side plate 11.

It should be noted that the installation manner of the first film 21 and the second film 22 on the film packaging lining in the present embodiment can adopt the installation manner of the first film 21 and the second film 22 in the first embodiment or the second embodiment according to the use requirement, and will not be described herein. When the film packaging lining of the present embodiment is used, the first film 21 may be pressed by the fifth supporting plate 110 and the sixth supporting plate 120, and then the first supporting plate 15 and the third supporting plate 17 are turned over; similarly, the seventh supporting plate 130 and the eighth supporting plate 140 are used to press the second film 22, and then the second supporting plate 16 and the fourth supporting plate 18 are folded, so that the fifth supporting plate 110, the sixth supporting plate 120, the seventh supporting plate 130 and the eighth supporting plate 140 of the present embodiment form a relative limiting structure for the packing object 200, thereby reducing the displacement of the packing object 200 on the bottom plate 10 and enhancing the protection.

Referring to fig. 6, the film packaging liner according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention has the same structure and principle of the first film 21 and the second film 22 for limiting the package 200 on the bottom plate 10 as the film packaging liner according to the third embodiment of the present invention, and the difference from the third embodiment of the present invention is that: the film packaging liner of this embodiment is connected with the first limiting plate 150 and the second limiting plate 160 on the bottom plate 10 in a foldable manner, the first limiting plate 150 and the second limiting plate 160 are disposed at two sides of the package 200 on the bottom plate 10, and can be turned upwards relative to the bottom plate 10, so that the film packaging liner of this embodiment can also use the first limiting plate 150 and the second limiting plate 160 to position the package 200 on the bottom plate 10, and further play a role in preventing the package 200 from displacing on the bottom plate 10.

The invention claims a packaging method of a film packaging lining, which comprises the following steps:

providing a film wrapper lining comprising a base panel 10, a plurality of side panels foldably connected to edges of the base panel 10, and a first film 21 and a second film 22 disposed on opposite sides of the base panel 10, the first film 21 and the second film 22 being at least partially disposed outside the edges of the base panel 10;

placing a packing object 200 on the bottom plate 10, turning over side plates on the bottom plate 10, wherein the turned-over side plates can drive the first film 21 and the second film 22 to act on the packing object;

the first film 21 and/or the second film 22 are tensioned to retain the package 200 on the base plate 10.

The steps of turning over the side plate on the bottom plate 10 and driving the first film 21 to act on the packing material 200 by the turned-over side plate include:

In summary, the packaging method of the film packaging lining provided by the invention can limit the packaging object on the bottom plate by using the first film and the second film which are arranged on the opposite sides of the bottom plate, so that the film packaging lining has universality in use and plays a role in expanding the use range of the film packaging lining; meanwhile, the film packaging lining is simple in structure and easy and convenient to operate, the two films limit the packaging materials, the stability is good, and the use requirements of people are further met.
