背景技术

常用的产品包装一般以瓦楞纸盒配合内缓冲材料的包装形式，内缓冲材料通常由折叠纸卡、epe、eva、eps、吸塑、纸浆模塑等缓冲衬垫组成，用于包装缓冲及防护。

其中，薄膜包装内衬为纸卡与薄膜组合形成的组合包装结构，其包装方式为内装物放置于纸卡之上，通过粘于纸卡上的薄膜将内装物紧缚于纸卡之上，并形成完整包装结构。因纸卡无伸缩性，故内装物的尺寸大小受限于薄膜的原始长短及伸缩性，而薄膜又与纸卡两侧粘贴，即原始长短已定，无法进行再次调节其薄膜的原始长短，导致内装物的尺寸范围仅受限于薄膜的伸缩性，在内装物尺寸偏差较大的情况下，通用性能有限。
