In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a buffer for a subway track, which effectively avoids the defects that the inside and the outside of the track can be damaged due to vertical and horizontal vibration caused by high-speed running of a subway wheel in the prior art, the service life of the track is reduced, the track is shaken due to shaking of rivets and rivet holes for stabilizing the wheel, the running of the wheel is not facilitated, the track specifications are different, and equipment is not pertinently stabilized.

In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a solution for a buffer of a subway track, which comprises the following specific steps:

a buffer for subway rails comprises a base 2, a shock-reducing device for buffering and a stabilizing device;

the stabilizing device comprises positioning blocks 25 fixedly connected to two sides of the upper end of an assembling block 24, adjusting openings 26 are formed in the positioning blocks 25, screws 27 used for adjusting are screwed into the adjusting openings 26, one ends of the screws 27 used for adjusting are fixedly connected with moving blocks 29, the stability of the subway rail 35 is improved, and the vibrating effect is reduced by executing transverse vibration on the subway rail 35.

Further, baffle 2 is being linked firmly to the upper end of base 2, in addition the inside of base 2 is opened there is guide port 22, the portable one end that links to each other assembly piece 24 in the inside of guide port 22, the buffer board 21 of TPE material is all being linked firmly on the lower extreme both sides of base 2, and the framework is compacter, does benefit to and links to each other.

Furthermore, the side walls of two ends of the positioning plate 4 are fixedly connected with one end of a connecting block 9, a through hole 10 is formed in one end of the connecting block 9, a guide column 1012 is movably connected inside the through hole 10, a disc spring II 23 is wound on the outer wall of the guide column 1012, and the guide column 1012 is fixedly connected to two sides of the lower end of an assembling block 24, so that the structure is more compact, and the connection is facilitated.

During operation, initially, the subway rail 35 is assembled in the upper wall of the assembly block 24, the screw 27 for adjustment is screwed with the adjustment port 26 in the positioning block 25 by rotating the screw 27 for adjustment, one end of the screw 27 for adjustment drives the moving block 29 to move on the upper part of the assembly block 24, the moving block 29 pulls the edge plate 33 telescopically connected with the disc spring three 30 to pull the supporting column 31 and the stop block 32 to be tightly attached to the outer wall of the subway rail 35, the stop block 32 is better attached to the outer wall of the subway rail 35 by the roller-screwed stop block 32 and the supporting column 31, the stop block 32 drives the guide plate 28 at the lower end of the edge plate 33 to move according to the guide port 34 by the supporting column 31, so as to extrude and deform the disc spring three 30, increase the stability of the subway rail 35, reduce oscillation of the horizontal oscillation of the subway rail 35, and when the subway rail 35 oscillates in the vertical direction, the assembling block 24 initially moves downwards slightly according to the guide opening 22 in the base 2, the assembling block 24 pulls the guide column 1012 and the through opening 10 in the connecting block 9 to move, so that the disc spring II 23 wound on the outer wall of the guide column 1012 is extruded and deformed, the connecting block 9 is firmly attached to the buffer plate 21 made of TPE materials under extrusion, the assembling block 24 pulls the buckling block 7 at one end of the buckling strip 8 to move downwards according to the moving opening 5, and the buckling block 7 extrudes and deforms the disc spring I6 in the moving opening 5, so that a plurality of levels of vertical reduction vibration is provided for the subway rail 35, the vibration reduction performance is better, the vibration effect of wheels is reduced, and the inside and outside damage degree of the subway rail is reduced.
