S3: when the scraps are sent into the extrusion bin through the discharging pipe 12, the rotating motor 14 drives the threaded screw rod 15 to rotate, under the limitation of the two limiting grooves 3 and the limiting plates 25, the fixing block 16 can move back and forth along the threaded screw rod 15, and then drives the extrusion plate 7 to move in the extrusion bin, when the extrusion plate 7 moves towards one end along the threaded screw rod 15, all the introduced straw scraps are extruded between the extrusion plate 7 and the inner wall of one side of the extrusion bin, and then are extruded and formed, the arc-shaped shovel block 13 can shovel all the scraps at the bottom of the extrusion bin, when the pressure sensor 23 bears certain pressure, the automatic discharging door 22 is controlled to be opened, so that the extruded and formed scraps are discharged out of the device, meanwhile, the pressure sensor 23 controls the rotating motor 14 to rotate reversely again, so that the extrusion plate 7 extrudes the scraps which are just led in from the discharging pipe 12 at the other side, and the operation is repeated, and all the scraps led into the extrusion bin are extruded and discharged, the folding plate 18 can slide left and right along with the fixing block 16, so that straw chips are prevented from entering the groove 4 to damage devices in the groove 4.
