Background

The present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a circular tube belt conveyor longitudinal tearing prevention shutdown protection device provided in an embodiment of the present application, and referring to fig. 1, the circular tube belt conveyor longitudinal tearing prevention shutdown protection device includes: the protection device foundation 2 is sleeved on the pipe belt 1 of the circular pipe belt conveyor, and the protection device foundation 2 is arranged on a truss at the closing-up front end of the circular pipe belt conveyor.

A protection rope 3 is arranged in the protection device foundation 2, and the protection rope 3 is a metal protection rope 3. The protection rope 3 penetrates through the protection rope clamping sleeve 4 and is movably connected with the protection rope clamping sleeve 4. The protection rope clamping sleeve 4 is arranged in the protection device foundation 2 in a surrounding mode, the protection rope 3 penetrates through the protection rope clamping sleeve 4, and the protection rope 3 can surround the pipe belt 1 of the circular pipe belt conveyor. And the protection rope cutting sleeve 4 can also realize the limit of the protection rope 3, so that a gap exists between the protection rope 3 and the pipe belt 1 of the circular pipe belt conveyor.

A protective rope clamping sleeve base 5 is arranged between the protective rope clamping sleeve 4 and the protective device base 2, and two ends of the protective rope clamping sleeve base 5 are fixedly connected with the protective rope clamping sleeve 4 and the protective device base 2 respectively. The protection rope clamping sleeve foundation 5 can be different in length as required, so that the distance between the protection rope clamping sleeve 4 and the circular pipe belt conveyor pipe belt 1 is realized, and the gap distance between the protection rope 3 and the circular pipe belt conveyor pipe belt 1 can be adjusted.

The protection rope cutting ferrule 4 is a circular ring type protection rope cutting ferrule 4, and the side surface inside the circular ring type protection rope cutting ferrule 4 is smoothly arranged. The inside side of protection rope cutting ferrule 4 contacts with protection rope 3, sets up inside side smoothly, has reduced the frictional force between protection rope 3 and the protection rope cutting ferrule 4.

Both ends of the protection rope 3 are fixedly connected with the emergency stop switch 6, so that when the protection rope 3 is shaken, both ends of the protection rope 3 can be pulled to the emergency stop switch 6. The emergency stop switch 6 is electrically connected with the control system of the circular tube belt conveyor. The emergency stop switch 6 is in communication connection with the PLC, when the protection rope 3 pulls the emergency stop switch 6, the emergency stop switch 6 sends a control signal to the PLC, and the PLC receives the control signal and then controls the circular tube belt conveyor control system to execute the shutdown operation to control the circular tube belt conveyor to stop.

In normal production process, the big material flows or the pipe area is got into to the bold foreign matter, leads to 1 pipe diameter grow of pipe belt conveyor pipe area, and big pipe diameter disturbance protection rope 3 stimulates scram switch 6, stops pipe belt conveyor's operation, prevents malignant equipment occurence of failure.

If the foreign matter is massive iron, stainless steel or wood, the foreign matter can penetrate through the pipe belt 1 of the circular pipe belt conveyor, touches the protection rope 3, pulls the emergency stop switch 6, stops the operation of the circular pipe belt conveyor, and further prevents malignant equipment accidents.

Known from the above embodiment, this embodiment provides a longitudinal tear protection device is prevented to pipe belt conveyor, if the big material stream in the production process, bold foreign matter or special-shaped object get into pipe belt 1 of pipe belt conveyor, then pipe belt pipe diameter grow or be pierced through, big pipe diameter or special-shaped object disturbance protection rope 3. The emergency stop switch 6 is pulled by the protection rope 3, and the emergency stop switch 6 controls the circular tube belt conveyor control system to execute the shutdown operation, so that the risk of tearing the circular tube belt conveyor tube belt 1 is reduced.

S102, if a large material flow, a large foreign body or a special-shaped object enters the pipe belt of the circular pipe belt conveyor in the production process, the pipe diameter of the pipe belt is increased or the pipe belt is punctured, and the protection rope is disturbed by the large pipe diameter or the special-shaped object.

And S103, pulling a sudden stop switch by the protection rope, and controlling the circular tube belt conveyor to stop running by the sudden stop switch.
