Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of high-pressure-resistant and high-temperature-resistant separation hose processing, and particularly relates to a large-caliber large-length high-pressure-resistant and high-temperature-resistant portable foldable hose and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The high pressure resistant airtight foldable rubber lining hose is a hollow pipe body for instantaneous separation of a built-in detonating cord commonly used in special fields, and has the characteristics of high pressure resistance, low leakage rate, high and low temperature resistance, flexibility, foldability, low density, long service life and the like. The outer layer of the hollow separation hose is generally a cylindrical belt blank fabric woven by fiber materials, which is called a belt blank for short; the inner liner is typically a leak-proof hollow vulcanized layer. The rubber type lining layer is good in air tightness, good in flexibility in a wide temperature range, light and foldable during use, convenient to operate and widely applied to the hose for separation in the special field.

The manufacturing method of the high-pressure-resistant airtight foldable hose comprises the steps of continuously weaving fibers into a hollow cylindrical belt blank through a circular weaving machine, extruding and molding mixed raw rubber into a circular hollow rubber hose with a corresponding length through an extruder, wherein the diameter of the rubber hose is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the belt blank, drawing the hollow rubber hose into the woven belt blank through a built-in traction line, completely blocking one ends of the belt blank and the rubber hose, injecting high-temperature high-pressure steam into the hollow rubber hose from the other end of the belt blank, expanding the hollow rubber hose and tightly attaching the hollow rubber hose to the inner wall of the belt blank, and vulcanizing and shaping the hollow rubber hose extruded and molded by the raw rubber under the action of the high-temperature high-pressure steam, so that the high-pressure-resistant airtight.

In recent years, as equipment in special fields is becoming larger and higher, higher demands have been made on the pressure resistance, temperature resistance, airtightness, lightness, and specifications of the diameter and length of the separation hose. The pressure resistance of the separation hose is mainly determined by the following two points: (1) the strength of the fiber used by the strip, (2) the thickness of the strip, and (3) the interfacial bonding strength between the woven strip and the lining hose. The higher the strength of the fibre material used for the strip and the greater the thickness of the weave, the better the pressure resistance of the woven strip, but an increase in the thickness of the strip leads to an increase in the weight of the separating hose and to less folding. The higher the interface bonding strength of the woven belt blank and the lining rubber pipe is, the better the pressure resistance of the separation hose is, and on the contrary, the lower the bonding strength is, the worse the pressure resistance of the hose is. The light and foldability of the separation hose depends on the types of materials and the wall thickness of the belt blank and the rubber hose, and the larger the wall thickness is, the more the weight of the hose is increased and the hose is not easy to fold; the smaller the wall thickness, the pressure resistance may decrease. In addition, the caliber of the separating hose and the pressure resistance of the separating hose are in a reverse influence relationship, namely the belt blank fabric made of the same material, the same weaving process and the same weaving thickness is in direct proportion to the tensile strength of the fiber and in inverse proportion to the radius of the cylinder, so the larger the caliber is, the smaller the bursting pressure of the hose is. The length of the separating hose is in direct proportion to the control difficulty of the wall thickness uniformity of the lining rubber tube and the belt blank and the damage-free compounding difficulty of the rubber tube and the belt blank. The service life of the separation hose is mainly limited by the uv and weather resistance of the woven belt blank.

At present, although the requirements of large-diameter large-length hoses on high pressure resistance, high temperature resistance and no damage and compounding difficulty of rubber pipes and belt blanks are higher, due to the large-scale and high-end development of equipment in special fields, the large-scale sections needing to be separated cannot use overlapped sectional hoses, and the field has increasingly greater requirements on integrally formed large-diameter large-length high-performance separating hoses. Therefore, it is urgently needed to develop a large-caliber large-length high-pressure-resistant high-temperature-resistant low-leakage-rate portable foldable separation hose so as to meet the requirements of high-pressure resistance and large-size specification of the separation hose in special fields.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the inventor of the invention carries out intensive research and provides a large-caliber large-length high-pressure-resistant high-temperature-resistant light foldable hose and a preparation method thereof.

According to the large-caliber large-length high-pressure-resistant high-temperature-resistant portable foldable hose and the preparation method thereof, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

(1) aiming at the problems of small caliber, small length, low pressure resistance, narrow temperature resistance range and the like of the separation hose used in the current special field, the invention designs a preparation method of a light foldable hose with large caliber, large length, high pressure resistance, high temperature resistance and light weight, and researches the type of fiber materials and the parameters of a weaving process through a large number of tests, and the woven cylindrical hollow belt blank has the characteristics of continuously weaving large length, large caliber, small wall thickness, high strength, flexibility, foldability and the like;

(2) the hollow rubber tube formed by extruding the butyl rubber composition has the characteristics of good elasticity, low permeability, easy adhesion, high wall thickness uniformity, large extrusion length and the like, and can be continuously and stably extruded;

(3) the separation hose prepared by the composite vulcanization molding of the woven belt blank and the hollow rubber hose has the characteristics of large caliber, large length, small wall thickness, high pressure resistance, high temperature resistance, low permeability, light weight, flexibility, foldability, ultraviolet resistance, long service life and the like;

(4) the preparation method of the large-caliber large-length high-pressure-resistant high-temperature-resistant light foldable hose is simple, low in cost, good in repeatability and high in practicability;

(5) the large-caliber large-length high-pressure-resistant high-temperature-resistant light foldable hose prepared by the invention has the advantages that the caliber is more than or equal to 100mm, the length is more than or equal to 25m, and the wall thickness is 1.00-1.85 mm; the hydraulic blasting of the hose is more than or equal to 7.0 MPa; the pressure drop of the pressure-resistant hose is less than 0.005MPa/h at normal temperature and 0.2 MPa; the T-shaped peeling strength of the belt blank and the hollow rubber tube can reach 6.5-18.5N-cm; and the separation hose meets the service life requirement in special fields.

Detailed Description

The features and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent and appreciated from the following detailed description of the invention.

According to a first aspect of the invention, a large-caliber large-length high-pressure-resistant high-temperature-resistant portable foldable hose is provided, which comprises a cylindrical hollow belt blank and a hollow rubber hose compounded with the belt blank, wherein,

the belt blank is woven by high-strength fibers, and the breaking strength of the high-strength fibers is more than or equal to 5 cN/dtex;

the hollow rubber tube is prepared from the following components in parts by mass:

0.1-1.5 parts of TMTD (N, N-tetramethyl dithiobisthiocarbonylamine) co-vulcanizing agent, preferably 0.5-1 part;

0.5-8 parts of tackifying resin, preferably 2-5 parts.

Among them, the reason why butyl rubber is selected and other rubbers (such as silicone rubber, natural rubber, etc.) are not selected is that: butyl rubber has very excellent low permeability and good extrusion processability.

The white carbon black is used as a reinforcing material, so that the tensile strength and the tear resistance of the hollow rubber tube can be improved. A large number of tests show that if the using amount of the white carbon black is too low and is lower than the minimum value of the range, the hollow rubber tube has low tensile strength and poor tear resistance, and the rubber tube is easy to tear or has uneven thickness during extrusion; if the amount of white carbon black is excessively large and is higher than the maximum value of the above range, the rubber to be kneaded has a high hardness and is not easily extruded.

The stearic acid, the magnesium oxide, the silicone oil and the tackifying resin can improve the cohesiveness between the hollow rubber tube and the fiber belt blank and the peeling strength between the hollow rubber tube and the fiber belt blank. The inventor finds that the stearic acid, the magnesium oxide, the silicone oil and the tackifying resin are insufficient, otherwise, the hollow rubber tube and the fiber belt blank have poor bonding performance and low peeling strength, and the pressure resistance and the service life of the separating hose are influenced; furthermore, the amount of the above materials is significant for the performance of the hollow rubber hose, and if the amount of the stearic acid, the magnesium oxide, the silicone oil and the tackifying resin is too low and is lower than the minimum value of the above range, the phenomena of poor bonding performance and low peel strength of the stearic acid, the magnesium oxide, the silicone oil and the tackifying resin occur, and air bubbles with different sizes may also occur on the surface of the hollow rubber hose and the fiber belt blank after the composition; if the amount is excessive and is higher than the maximum value of the above range, the surface of the hollow rubber tube is excessively sticky, the extrusion manufacturability is poor, and the operability is also poor. The above phenomena all affect the qualification rate of the separation hose product, and also affect the performance and the service life of the separation hose product.

Further, the tackifier resin may be selected from any one or more of petroleum resin series such as styrene-butadiene resin, chlorinated paraffin resin, styrene-indene resin, and the like, or any one or more of alkylphenol-formaldehyde resin series such as p-tert-butylphenol-formaldehyde resin, p-tert-octylphenol-formaldehyde resin, p-tert-butylphenol-acetylene resin, brominated p-tert-octylphenol-formaldehyde resin, modified resorcinol resin HY-2004, or super tackifier resin HY-2006, and the like.

In the present invention, the high-strength fiber is at least one selected from the group consisting of polyester filament, acrylic fiber, spandex, aramid fiber, polyimide fiber, polyamideimide fiber, polybenzimidazole fiber, polyphenylsulfonamide fiber, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene filament, and polyparaphenylene benzobisoxazole fiber (PBO fiber for short).

Preferably, the high-strength fiber is selected from two of the above fibers as warp and weft of the woven belt blank, such as aramid fiber and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene filament, aramid fiber and polyimide fiber, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene filament and PBO fiber, aramid fiber and polybenzimidazole fiber, polyester filament and aramid fiber, etc.

In the invention, each roller of fiber is formed by twisting 2-6 protofilaments, the weft density of the belt blank is 45-95 wefts/10 cm, and the weaving mode is plain weave or twill weave.

In the invention, the length of the cylindrical belt blank is 50-300 m, the wall thickness is 0.5-1.2 mm, and the inner diameter is more than or equal to 101 mm; the weight per unit length is 250 to 350 g/m.

The wall thickness of the hollow rubber tube is 0.3-1.2 mm, and the length of the hollow rubber tube is 30-100 m.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for preparing a large-caliber large-length portable foldable hose with high pressure resistance and high temperature resistance, which is used for preparing the large-caliber large-length portable foldable hose with high pressure resistance and high temperature resistance, according to the first aspect, and comprises the following steps:

step 1, continuously weaving a cylindrical hollow strip blank by using high-strength fibers;

step 2, mixing the components in parts by mass, filtering the rubber by a rubber filter, and extruding and molding the mixture into a hollow rubber tube according to the mixture ratio of 80-100 parts of butyl rubber, 10-70 parts of white carbon black, 0.5-8 parts of stearic acid, 3-8 parts of magnesium oxide, 2-40 parts of silicone oil, 0.5-6 parts of sulfur, 0.1-1.5 parts of TMTD co-vulcanizing agent and 0.5-8 parts of tackifying resin;

In the invention, in step 1, the technological parameters of the woven belt blank comprise: the number of the warp cloth rollers is 600-880, the number of the weft cloth rollers is 2, each roller of fiber is formed by twisting 2-6 protofilaments, the weft density is 45-95 picks/10 cm, and the weaving mode is plain weave or twill weave.

The inventor conducts a large amount of experiments on the optimization of the process parameters and finds that: the number of weft cloth rollers is determined to be 2, the number of warp cloth rollers can be finely adjusted according to the product characteristics, but if the number of warp cloth rollers is too large and exceeds the range of the number of warp cloth rollers, the wall thickness and the unit length weight of a woven belt blank are both greatly increased and exceed the range of the invention, the weight of a separating hose is affected, and the effective load of equipment is further reduced; if the number of the warp cloth rolls is too small and is smaller than the range of the number of the warp cloth rolls, the wall thickness and the weight per unit length of the woven belt blank are both obviously reduced and are smaller than the range of the invention, thereby influencing the pressure-bearing capacity of the belt blank and the pressure-bearing capacity of the separating hose.

Each roller of fibers is formed by twisting 2-6 protofilaments, when the number of the protofilaments is less than 2, on one hand, the breaking strength of a single fiber is small, so that the bearing capacity of the woven belt blank can be influenced, and on the other hand, the wall thickness and the unit length weight of the woven belt blank can be further influenced due to the small diameter of the single fiber; when the number of the precursor filaments is more than 6, the diameter of a single twisted fiber is large, and adverse effects are caused on the wall thickness and the unit length weight of a woven belt blank, the weight of a separation hose product and the light and foldable performance.

The weft density is 45-95 picks/10 cm, if the weaving weft density is less than 45 picks/10 cm, the woven belt blank has sparse wefts, and the unit length weight and the pressure bearing capacity of the belt blank are influenced; if the weaving weft density is more than 95 picks/10 cm, the belt blank weft is too dense, the wall thickness and the unit weight length of the belt blank weft exceed the range of the invention, thereby influencing the qualification rate and the light and foldability of the separating hose.

In the invention, in the step 1, the length of the cylindrical belt blank is 50-300 m, the wall thickness is 0.5-1.2 mm, and the inner diameter is more than or equal to 101 mm; the weight per unit length is 250 to 350 g/m. The strip blank of the invention has longer length, and embodies the knitting stability under the condition selection.

In the invention, in the step 2, the wall thickness of the continuously extruded hollow rubber tube is 0.3-1.2 mm, and the length can reach 30-100 m.

In the invention, in the step 3, the pressure of the high-temperature high-pressure steam is 0.2-0.6 MPa, and the reaction time is 30-60 min.
