Background

Along with the popularization and implementation of national industrial manufacturing 4.0, the intelligent manufacturing development in China is rapid, the traditional furniture industry belongs to labor-intensive industry, the number of workers is large, the manual work is large, the automation degree is low, some domestic large-scale furniture factories and wood door factories respond to government calls, following the development pace of the world manufacturing industry, new factories are established according to industrial 4.0 standards, the production efficiency of the furniture industry is greatly improved, the labor cost is reduced, and therefore the manufacturing cost of the whole furniture is reduced.

In the last ring of the intelligent furniture manufacturing link, furniture is packaged by a carton, manual carton sealing is traditionally performed by using carton sealing adhesive tapes, and along with the popularization of the intelligent furniture manufacturing link, the automatic packaging process for performing automatic carton sealing by using hot melt adhesive is gradually started. As the furniture is generally large in volume and heavy in weight, the problems of high glue-opening rate, insufficient bonding strength and the like generally exist when the automatic packaging glue in the general industry is used. Meanwhile, furniture export enterprises need to transport the containers to foreign countries by sea after the furniture is packaged and sealed, and the temperature of the containers in the transportation process is higher, the climate difference of destination countries is large, part of countries have subzero temperature, and part of countries in tropical regions have temperature higher than 40 ℃, so that the requirements on the performance of the sealing glue under extreme temperature are higher. Tackifying resins

Tackifying resins are small molecule compounds that increase the tack, especially surface tack, of rubber materials. Typically, these small molecule species have a relative molecular mass of between about a few hundred and ten thousand, and have relatively high glass transition temperatures. According to their source and synthetic route, they can be mainly divided into two categories of natural products and their derivatives and synthetic resins. Tackifying resins are mainly used for modifying polymers, and are widely used in adhesives, coatings, inks, and as rubber compounds, asphalt modifiers, and polyolefin modifiers.

In the present invention, the tackifier resin is at least one selected from the group consisting of rosin resin, terpene resin, and petroleum resin.

In a preferred embodiment, the tackifying resin is a petroleum resin.

In the present invention, the weight ratio of the polyolefin plastomer to the tackifying resin is 1: (0.2-1.5).

In a more preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of polyolefin plastomer to tackifying resin is from 1: (0.4-0.8).

In a more preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of polyolefin plastomer to tackifying resin is from 1: 0.6.

the inventor believes that the invention is achieved by the combination of a polyolefin plastomer and a tackifying resin, particularly when the weight ratio of the polyolefin plastomer to the tackifying resin is 1: (0.2-1.5), the adhesive property and high-resistance property of the prepared hot melt adhesive are obviously improved. The inventor thinks that the possible reasons are that the compatibility between the polyolefin plastomer and the tackifying resin in the colloid is better, and the number of soft segments in the mixture is more, which is beneficial to winding molecular chains to form a stable network structure, the cohesive strength is higher, and the high temperature resistance of the colloid is improved; secondly, hydrogen bond crosslinking can be generated among molecules, so that the peeling strength of the colloid is increased, and the cohesive strength and creep resistance are improved; the effective groups of the polyolefin plastomer can increase the wettability of the colloid and the polar base material, and further improve the initial viscosity of the colloid.

Wax

Esters of high molecular weight monohydric alcohols with long chain fatty acids. Different from fats, and from paraffin and synthetic polyether waxes in chemical structure. And are therefore also known as ester waxes. Waxes are water insoluble solids that soften at slightly elevated temperatures and harden when the temperature is reduced. Its biological function is to act as a protective layer for the organism to the environment, present on the surface of the skin, fur, feathers, plant leaves, fruits and the exoskeleton of many insects. The long-chain fatty acid ester of high-molecular monohydric alcohol is called true wax, the main component of beeswax is palmitate ester of long-chain monohydric alcohol (C26-C36), and wool wax is a complex mixture containing ester wax, alcohol and fatty acid. Purified as lanolin, is a fatty acid ester of lanosterol. Carnauba wax is an important vegetable wax, a mixture of ester waxes, of the formula CH3(CH2)n+1·COO(CH2)n+1CH3And n is 22-32. The waxes have relatively high freezing points, ranging from about 38 ℃ to about 90 ℃. Lower iodine values (1-15) indicate less unsaturation than neutral fat. Waxes are generally defined as fatty acids, mono-or divalent fatty alcohols and higher melting oily substances; in a broad sense, it generally refers to substances such as fats and oils having certain similar properties. The definition of "wax" is also different in different situations. In a broad sense, however, the wax is generally a substance which is solid at a certain normal temperature, easily liquefied or gasified after heating, easily burned, insoluble in water, and has a certain lubricating effect, and is produced from plants, animals, minerals, or the like.

In the present invention, the wax is not particularly limited, and at least one of vegetable wax, mineral wax, petroleum wax and synthetic wax may be mentioned.

In a preferred embodiment, the synthetic wax is selected from at least one of a fischer-tropsch wax, a polyethylene wax, a polypropylene wax, a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer wax, and an oxidized polyethylene wax.

In a more preferred embodiment, the wax is paraffin wax.

In the present invention, the source of the fischer-tropsch wax is not particularly limited, and a liening pacifying petrochemical, model No. 58 fully refined paraffin wax, may be mentioned.

The inventors have found that when the polyolefin plastomer of the present invention and the tackifying resin are used in excess amounts, the low temperature resistance of the glue decreases, resulting in brittleness of the glue layer. The inventor surprisingly finds that the problem of brittleness of the adhesive layer can be solved by compounding a certain amount of wax, and the opening time of the hot melt adhesive can be effectively prolonged. The inventors believe that a possible reason is that the wax has good compatibility with the hot melt adhesive system; and secondly, the addition of the wax increases the degree of disorder among molecules, so that the crystallization performance of the hot melt adhesive is reduced at low temperature, and meanwhile, the components generate a synergistic interaction effect, so that the low temperature resistance of the hot melt adhesive is remarkably improved, and the prepared hot melt adhesive still keeps excellent bonding performance under the low temperature condition, thereby improving the low temperature resistance of the adhesive layer.

The antioxidant 168 is tris [2, 4-di-tert-butylphenyl ] phosphite, CAS number: 31570-04-4.

The inventor finds that the invention adopts the combination of the antioxidant 1010 and the antioxidant 168 to generate good synergistic effect, and can effectively prevent the thermal degradation of the polyolefin plastomer in the storage and use processes.

In the present invention, the sources of the antioxidant 1010 and the antioxidant 168 are not particularly limited, and may be selected from basf.
