In order to make the technical means, the creation characteristics, the achievement purposes and the effects of the invention easy to understand, the invention is further described with the specific embodiments.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the spandex textile fabric of the invention comprises the following raw materials:

protein fiber, natural fiber, spandex fiber and silver-loaded nano titanium dioxide solution; the natural fiber is cotton fiber; the polyurethane fiber is an embedded copolymer (polyester polyurethane for short) of aromatic diisocyanate and a polyester chain segment containing hydroxyl;

the preparation method of the spandex textile fabric comprises the following steps:

s1: after the step of melting and spinning the spandex fiber into a melt in a screw press and before the melt is extruded by a spinneret plate, adding a silver-loaded nano titanium dioxide solution into the spandex fiber melt to obtain a mixed solution, stirring the mixed solution, keeping the temperature constant during stirring, extruding the mixed solution through the spinneret plate after the water content of the mixed solution is +/-0.5 percent of that of the melt-shaped spandex fiber, cooling and winding the mixed solution by a cooling box to obtain the mixed spandex fiber, wherein the volume ratio of the spandex fiber melt to the silver-loaded nano titanium dioxide solution is 10:1, the silver-loaded nano titanium dioxide solution has the optical property of titanium dioxide for resisting ultraviolet rays, can improve the ageing resistance, strength and chemical resistance of spandex textile fabrics, and has strong inhibiting and killing effects of nano silver on dozens of pathogenic microorganisms such as escherichia coli, gonococcus, chlamydia trachomatis and the like, the silver-loaded nano titanium dioxide solution can effectively change the color of nano silver through titanium dioxide, so that the surface of the fabric is more white, and the prepared mixed spandex fiber not only has the elasticity, acid and alkali resistance, sweat resistance, seawater resistance, dry cleaning resistance and wear resistance of spandex, but also has stronger sterilization, deodorization and ultraviolet resistance through spinning after mixing the silver-loaded nano titanium dioxide solution with a spandex fiber solution;

s2: carrying out composite spinning by taking the mixed spandex fiber obtained in the step S1 as a core and taking the natural fiber as a skin to obtain a composite fiber, wherein the composite fiber has stronger wear resistance, effectively protects silver-loaded nano titanium dioxide in the mixed spandex fiber, improves the washing fastness, effectively prevents the reduction of sterilization, deodorization and ultraviolet resistance along with the increase of washing times, and effectively prolongs the service life of the spandex textile fabric;

s3: the composite fibers obtained in the step S2 and the protein fibers are mixed and woven to obtain a fabric base body, and the hand feeling of the spandex textile fabric can be effectively improved through the mixed weaving of the composite fibers and the protein fibers, so that the spandex textile fabric is softer;

s4: adjusting the number and the positions of the rotating rollers 11 added into the washing box according to the length of the cloth substrate obtained in the step S3, enabling one end of the cloth substrate to pass by the plurality of rotating rollers 11 and the two positioning rollers 18 after adjustment, connecting the head and the tail of the cloth substrate through the joint 21, adjusting the positions of the plurality of rotating rollers 11 again, enabling the cloth substrate to be in a tensioning state, adding the washing liquid, enabling the washing liquid to submerge the driving roller 17, covering the sealing cover 16, starting the heater 19 and the motor to carry out composite washing, observing the using amount state of the washing liquid through the observation window 2, and adjusting the heating temperature of the plurality of heaters 19 in the washing box along with the change of the liquid level of the washing liquid; when the cleaning solution is completely evaporated to obtain dry cloth, closing the heater 19 and the motor, taking down the joint 21, and winding the dry cloth on a winding roller;

s5: the dry cloth on the winding roller in the S4 is unfolded, composite coating is coated on the surface of the dry cloth through ultrasonic waves, and then the dry cloth is dried to obtain spandex textile cloth, the composite coating is one or more of nano titanium dioxide or nano silicon dioxide, the sterilization and deodorization capacity of the spandex textile cloth is further improved through matching the composite coating with mixed spandex fibers, and meanwhile, the washability and the wear resistance of the spandex textile cloth can be further improved through coating the composite coating;

wherein, the washing tank in S4 comprises a tank body 1 and a controller; the rotating roller 11 includes a fixed shaft 12; the surface of the fixed shaft 12 is rotatably sleeved with a rotating ring 13; the length of the rotating ring 13 is less than that of the fixed shaft 12; the length of the fixed shaft 12 is less than the width of the box body 1; two ends of the fixed shaft 12 are both connected with fixing rings 14 through threads; the side surfaces of the opposite sides of the fixing ring 14 are fixedly connected with rubber pads; the rubber pad is made of high-temperature resistant rubber material; the sum of the lengths of the fixed shaft 12, the fixed ring 14 and the rubber pad is greater than the width of the box body 1; the box body 1 is wrapped with a collecting the cleaning is convenient, meanwhile, the cloth substrate can be dried by the heater 19 after the evaporation of the washing liquid, the washing efficiency is improved, after the evaporation of the washing liquid is, the heater 19 and the motor are controlled to stop through the controller, the sealing cover 16 is opened, the position of the rotating roller 11 is adjusted to enable the cloth substrate to be in a loose state, the knob 24 is rotated clockwise, the cloth substrate is taken down after the pressing plate 25 is moved upwards, one end of the cloth substrate is wound on the winding roller, the winding roller is rotated, the washed and dried cloth substrate is wound, impurities dried in the box body 1 are removed, washing liquid in the collecting box 15 is poured into the
