1. A preparation method of an abalone viscera extract is characterized by comprising the following steps:

homogenizing fresh abalone viscera, and freeze-drying to obtain abalone viscera freeze-dried powder;

weighing the abalone viscera freeze-dried powder, adding deionized water, extracting with the aid of ultrasound, extracting in a constant-temperature water bath magnetic stirring pot for 4h, centrifuging for 10min, and taking supernatant; adding deionized water into the filter residue, extracting for one time, centrifuging for 10min, mixing the two supernatants, concentrating under reduced pressure, placing in a refrigerator at-20 deg.C overnight, and freeze drying on a freeze dryer after overnight to obtain abalone viscera extract.

2. The method for producing an abalone viscera extract as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ultrasound-assisted time is 20 to 40 min.

3. A method of producing an abalone viscera extract as claimed in claim 1, wherein the volume of deionized water is 20-40 times that of the freeze-dried abalone viscera powder.

4. The method for producing an abalone viscera extract as claimed in claim 1, wherein the temperature of extraction in the thermostatic waterbath magnetic stirring pan is 30 to 45 ℃.

5. An abalone viscera extract produced by the process for producing an abalone viscera extract as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4.

6. Use of an abalone viscera extract as defined in claim 5 for the preparation of a food for improving ovarian function.

7. The use as claimed in claim 6 wherein the abalone viscera extract is used to improve ovarian estrogen secretion levels.

8. The use as claimed in claim 7 wherein the abalone viscera extract is used to improve ovarian estradiol secretion levels.

9. A food having an ovarian function improving effect, which comprises an effective amount of the abalone viscera extract of claim 5 and a dietetically acceptable auxiliary material.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of food, in particular to an abalone viscera extract and application thereof.

Background

Estrogen is a substance that promotes the development of secondary sexual characteristics and the maturation of sexual organs in female animals and is secreted by the ovaries and placenta of female animals. Estrogens have a wide range of important physiological actions, not only have the physiological action of promoting and maintaining female reproductive organs and secondary sexual characteristics, but also have obvious effects on endocrine, cardiovascular, metabolic systems, growth and maturation of bones, skin and the like.

The preparation method of the abalone viscera extract disclosed by the embodiment of the invention is simple and practical in process, the prepared abalone viscera extract has the effects of improving the secretion level of ovarian estradiol, is suitable for long-term eating, does not produce side effects, and can regulate menstruation and aid pregnancy, and experimental results show that the abalone viscera extract can promote the secretion of OVCAR-3 cell estradiol, increase the indexes of ovaries and uterus, improve the secretion levels of estradiol and progesterone in mice, improve the form of ovaries, and protect the reproductive system of the mice.

In addition, the preparation method of the abalone viscera extract provided by the above embodiment of the invention can also have the following additional technical characteristics:

Optionally, the volume of the deionized water is 20-40 times of that of the abalone viscera freeze-dried powder.

The abalone viscera extract has the advantages that the secretion level of the ovarian estradiol is improved, the abalone viscera extract is suitable for long-term eating, and no side effect is generated, and the experimental result shows that the abalone viscera extract can promote the secretion of the OVCAR-3 cell estradiol, can increase the ovarian and uterine indexes, can improve the secretion level of the estradiol and progesterone in a mouse body, can improve the ovarian form, and protects the reproductive system of the mouse.

In a third aspect of the invention, embodiments of the invention provide the use of an abalone viscera extract as described above in the preparation of a food for improving ovarian function.

Further, the abalone viscera extract is used for improving the ovarian estrogen secretion level.

Further, the abalone viscera extract is used for improving the ovarian estradiol secretion level.

In a fourth aspect of the invention, embodiments of the invention provide a food with ovarian function improving effect, which consists of an effective amount of the abalone viscera extract and a dietetically acceptable auxiliary material. The abalone viscera extract has effects of improving ovarian estradiol secretion level, and is suitable for long-term consumption without side effect.
