Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of automatic control, in particular to an intelligent kitchen ware.

Background

At present, intelligent kitchen utensils on the market are usually provided with seasoning blanking devices, and when the intelligent kitchen utensils are used for cooking, the seasoning blanking devices are utilized to automatically add seasonings, so that full-automatic cooking is realized.

The existing edible granular ingredient pill is prepared by grinding seasonings such as ginger, scallion, garlic, hot pepper and the like into powder, mixing the powder according to a certain proportion and pressing the powder into granules, and only one ingredient pill needs to be added during cooking to complete the addition of the seasonings such as ginger, scallion, garlic, hot pepper and the like, so that the complicated seasoning addition process can be avoided.

The blanking device for blanking granular ingredient pills in the existing intelligent kitchen ware is provided with a stopper close to the blanking opening of the blanking device, the stopper blocks the ingredient pills in a normal state to prevent the ingredient pills from falling off for blanking, when blanking is needed, the driving device is utilized to drive the stopper to stop the ingredient pills no longer to prevent the ingredient pills from falling off for blanking, and the stopper is driven to block other ingredient pills again after the blanking amount is enough to prevent the ingredient pills from falling off for blanking. Therefore, the blanking device can only control the blanking amount of the ingredient pills by controlling the time that the driving stopper does not block the ingredient pills any more, but because the ingredient pills fall off and are blanked, the blanking speed is high, the driving device needs to drive the stopper to stop and re-stop the ingredient pills within a very short time so as to control the blanking amount, and a certain time is consumed in the process that the driving stopper does not stop and re-stop the ingredient pills, so that the blanking amount of the intelligent kitchen ware is difficult to control accurately.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of how to accurately control the blanking amount of a blanking device of an intelligent kitchen ware.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides an intelligent kitchen ware which comprises a cooking utensil and a blanking device used for automatically adding edible materials into the cooking utensil, wherein the blanking device comprises a first blocking piece arranged at a blanking opening, the first blocking piece normally blocks the materials to be blanked so that the materials cannot be blanked, the first blocking piece can move to a position where the materials to be blanked are no longer blocked so that the materials can be blanked, and the intelligent kitchen ware also comprises a second blocking piece, and the second blocking piece can be operated so that the materials to be blanked subsequently are blocked so that the materials cannot be blanked when the first blocking piece no longer blocks the materials to be blanked.

Preferably, the second baffle does not block the subsequently blanked material under normal conditions.

Exemplary embodiments of the present application will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present application are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present application can be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.

The intelligent kitchen ware is shown in fig. 1 and comprises a cooking vessel 101 and a blanking device 102 for automatically adding edible materials to the cooking vessel 101, wherein the blanking device 102 is arranged above the cooking vessel 101.

In this embodiment, the material automatically added into the cooking vessel 101 by the blanking device 102 is granular ingredient pellets, and the blanking device 102 includes a mounting frame 1, a turntable 2, a rotating device 3 and eight material containers 4 as shown in fig. 2. The rotary table 2 is arranged on the upper surface of the mounting frame 1, the rotary device 3 is arranged on the lower surface of the mounting frame, and the rotary device 3 can drive the rotary table 2 to rotate around the circle center; eight material containers 4 are installed on carousel 2 around the centre of a circle equipartition of carousel 2, and the various flavouring mixture ratio of the batching ball in eight material containers 4 is different, and the batching ball taste in each material container 4 is different promptly, is equipped with electro-magnet 29 near carousel 2 department.

As shown in fig. 3, the mounting frame 1 is provided with a mounting hole 5, and the rotating device 3 is fixedly mounted at the center of the rotary table 2 after passing through the mounting hole 5, so that the rotary table 2 can be driven to rotate around the center of the rotary table. After the flange 16 penetrates through the mounting hole 5, the flange is fixedly mounted at the circle center of the bottom of the rotary table 2, the bearing fixing seat 15 is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the mounting frame 1, the bearing 14 is fixedly mounted on the bearing fixing seat 15 to be aligned with the flange 16, one end of the rotating rod 13 penetrates through the bearing 14 and the bearing fixing seat 15 and then is fixedly mounted on the flange 16, and the other end of the rotating rod is coaxially mounted with the worm wheel 12; the motor fixing seat 10 is fixedly installed at the bottom of the installation frame 1, the driving motor 9 is fixedly installed on the motor fixing seat 10, the worm 11 is coaxially installed on a rotating shaft of the driving motor 9, and the worm 11 is meshed with the worm wheel 12.

As shown in fig. 5, the material container 4 is provided with a blanking mechanism 17 near the blanking opening 7, as shown in fig. 6, the blanking mechanism 17 includes a housing 18, a lower iron nail 19, an upper iron nail 20, a lever 21, a first stopper 22 and a second stopper 23, wherein the lower iron nail 19 and the upper iron nail 20 are magnetic members. The shell 18 is arranged on the outer side wall of the material container 4, the two iron nails 19 and 20 are arranged in the shell 18, wherein the upper iron nail 20 is positioned above the lower iron nail 19, and one ends of the two iron nails 19 and 20 far away from the nail cap transversely penetrate through the side wall of the material container 4 and then extend into the material container 4. In this embodiment, the lower iron nail 19 has the same structure as the upper iron nail 20, except that the upper iron nail 20 is shorter than the lower iron nail 19. As shown in fig. 7, the first stopper 22 is a baffle bent into a semi-ring shape, the middle outer edge of which is fixedly installed on one end of the lower iron nail 19 far from the nail cap, and a ring of lower ring 24 is protruded from the lower iron nail 19 near the nail cap; similarly, the second stopper 23 is a stopper bent into a semi-ring shape, the middle outer edge of which is fixedly installed on one end of the upper iron nail 20 far away from the nail cap, and a ring of upper ring 25 is protruded from the upper iron nail 20 near the nail cap. Since the first stopper 22 is mounted on the lower iron nail 19, the second stopper 23 is mounted on the upper iron nail 20, and the upper iron nail 20 is located above the lower iron nail 19, the second stopper 23 is located above the first stopper 22. The lower end of the lever 21 is arranged between the nail cap of the lower iron nail 19 and the lower circular ring 24, the upper end of the lever 21 is arranged between the nail cap of the upper iron nail 20 and the upper circular ring 25, and the middle part of the lever 21 is hinged on the shell 18, so that the lower iron nail 19 is linked with the upper iron nail, namely the first stopper 22 is linked with the second stopper 23; the lower iron nail 19 is peripherally surrounded by a lower return spring 26 at a position between the first stopper 22 and the inner side wall of the material container 4, and the upper iron nail 20 is peripherally surrounded by an upper return spring 27 at a position between the upper ring 25 and the outer side wall of the material container 4.

The material container 4 contains a plurality of ingredient pellets 28, the diameter of the ingredient pellets 28 being smaller than the cross-sectional diameter of the material container 4 but larger than half the cross-sectional diameter of the material container 4, so that the ingredient pellets are stacked in sequence in the material container 4. In a normal state, the first stopper 22 abuts the first ingredient pill 28 against the inner side wall of the material container 4, i.e. the first stopper 22 stops the first ingredient pill 28, so that the first ingredient pill 28 cannot fall off for blanking, whereas the second stopper 23 cannot abut the second ingredient pill 28 against the inner side wall of the material container 4, i.e. the second stopper 23 does not stop the second ingredient pill 28, because the upper iron nail 20 is shorter than the lower iron nail 19, so that the second ingredient pill 28 is stacked above the first ingredient pill 28.

The driving motor 9 and the electromagnet 29 are electrically connected with a PLC (programmable logic controller) (not shown in the figure), when one of the material containers 4 needs to be blanked, the PLC controls a related circuit to start the driving motor 9, a rotating shaft of the driving motor 9 drives the worm 11 to synchronously rotate after the driving motor 9 is started, the worm 11 drives the worm wheel 12 to rotate when rotating, the worm wheel 12 drives the rotating rod 13 to synchronously rotate, the rotating rod 13 drives the rotating disc 2 to synchronously rotate until the rotating disc 2 rotates until the discharge hole 6 corresponding to the material container 4 needing to be blanked is aligned with the blanking hole 8 on the mounting frame 1, and at the moment, the electromagnet 29 is aligned with the nail cap of the lower iron nail 19 of the blanking mechanism 17 on the material container 4 needing to be blanked; then the PLC controller controls the relevant circuit to electrify the electromagnet 29, and the electromagnet 29 generates magnetic force to attract the lower iron nail 19 aligned with the electromagnet 29 after being electrified, so that the lower iron nail 19 moves towards the direction of being pulled out from the material container 4, the first blocking piece 22 is driven to release the first ingredient pill 28, the first ingredient pill 28 is not blocked, the first ingredient pill falls off for blanking, and the lower return spring 26 is compressed; meanwhile, the lower ring 24 of the lower iron nail 19 pushes the lower end of the lever 21 to move away from the material container 4, so that the lever 21 rotates clockwise around the hinge joint, the upper end of the lever 21 pushes the upper ring 25 of the upper iron nail 20, so that the upper iron nail 20 moves in the direction extending into the material container 4, the second blocking piece 23 is pushed to abut against the inner side wall of the material container 4, the second ingredient pill 28 is blocked, the blanking cannot fall, and the upper return spring 27 is compressed, and at the moment, the state of the material container 4 is as shown in fig. 8.

After the blanking is finished, the PLC controls related circuits to enable the electromagnet 29 to lose power, the magnetic force disappears, the electromagnet 29 loses the attraction force on the lower iron nail 19, and the lower return spring 26 and the upper return spring 27 are reset simultaneously. The upper return spring 27 returns to return the upper iron nail 20 in the direction of extraction from the material container 4, so as to drive the second stopper 23 to release the second dosing pill 28, so that the second dosing pill 28 is not stopped and falls; the lower return spring 26 returns to return the lower iron spike 19 to its extended position in the material pellet container 4, thereby pushing the first stopper 22 to push the second falling ingredient pellet 28 against the inner side wall of the material pellet container 4, so that the second ingredient pellet 28 is stopped from falling off. During the moving and resetting process of the lower iron nail 19 and the upper iron nail 20, the lower iron nail 19 and the upper iron nail 20 push the lever 21 to rotate counterclockwise for resetting, so that the material container 4 is restored to the state shown in fig. 6.

In this embodiment, since the second stopper 23 can be operated to stop the second seasoning 28 from being discharged during the period when the first stopper 22 no longer stops the first ingredient pill 28, the first ingredient pill 28 normally stopped by the first stopper 22 is the discharge amount of the discharging device 102, so that the discharging device 102 of the intelligent kitchen ware can accurately control the discharge amount.

In other embodiments, the number of ingredient pellets 28 to be blanked by the blanking device 102 per time can be adjusted by changing the distance between the first stopper 22 and the second stopper 23, for example, changing the distance between the first stopper 22 and the second stopper 23 to normally have two ingredient pellets 28 under the second stopper 23, so that the blanking device 102 can blank two ingredient pellets 28 at a time, and the description is omitted here.
