1. A curved tube for a medical endoscope, comprising:

the steel wire rope is characterized in that the surface of each steel wire rope is provided with a coating layer made of wear-resistant and antifriction materials.

2. The bending tube for a medical endoscope according to claim 1, wherein a plating layer formed of a wear-resistant and friction-reducing material is provided on an inner side surface of each of the rings.

3. The curved tube for a medical endoscope according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that said wear-resistant and friction-reducing material is polytetrafluoroethylene.

4. The bending tube for a medical endoscope according to claim 1 or 2, wherein there are two rings inside each section of stainless steel tube, the rings on each section of stainless steel tube form four rows of rings, and there are four wire ropes.

5. A method for manufacturing a curved tube for an endoscope, comprising the steps of:

coating a layer of wear-resistant antifriction material on the outer surfaces of the steel wire ropes for adjusting the bending degree of the bent pipe main body;

assembling, namely enabling the steel wire ropes to respectively penetrate through a plurality of rows of circular rings formed by the circular rings on the sections of stainless steel pipes;

fixing, namely fixing the steel wire ropes on a circular ring of a stainless steel pipe at the foremost end respectively;

and a connecting step, connecting the stainless steel pipes through a pin shaft, so as to form a bent pipe main body.

6. The method according to claim 5, wherein said coating step further comprises coating an inner surface of each of said rings with a wear-resistant and friction-reducing material.

7. The method according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the wear-resistant and friction-reducing material is polytetrafluoroethylene.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a tool for placing an electrode fixing device on a skull of an implanted medical system, belonging to the technical field of implanted medical systems.

Background

The existing medical endoscope bending pipe is characterized in that a plurality of sections of stainless steel pipes are connected together by pin shafts and can rotate relatively, two small rings are arranged on the inner side of each section of stainless steel pipe, the small rings on each section of stainless steel pipe form four rows of small rings, four steel wire ropes respectively penetrate through the four rows of small rings and are fixed on the ring of the section of stainless steel pipe at the foremost end, and the sections of stainless steel pipes rotate relatively by pulling the steel wire ropes, so that the bending degree of an endoscope is adjusted.

The existing stainless steel pipes adopt some special diameters so as to ensure the smooth transition of each section of stainless steel pipe and reduce the abrasion of a steel wire rope and a circular ring. The stainless steel pipes with special diameters are not of diameter specifications commonly used in the market, need to be customized, and accordingly are high in cost and long in construction period, and the effect of reducing abrasion of the steel wire ropes and the circular rings is not obvious.

The invention aims to provide a tool for conveniently, quickly and accurately placing an electrode fixing device, so that the operation efficiency is improved, and the operation effect is improved.

The present invention provides, in a first aspect, a curved tube for a medical endoscope, comprising:

the bending pipe comprises a bending pipe main body and a bending pipe main body, wherein the bending pipe main body comprises a plurality of sections of stainless steel pipes which are connected through pin shafts, the stainless steel pipes can rotate relatively, a plurality of circular rings are arranged on the inner side of each section of stainless steel pipe, and the circular rings on each section of stainless steel pipe form a plurality of rows of circular rings;

a plurality of steel wire ropes respectively penetrate through the plurality of rows of circular rings and are fixed on the circular ring of the stainless steel pipe at the foremost end; the bending degree of the bending pipe main body can be adjusted by pulling the steel wire rope to enable the sections of the stainless steel pipes to rotate relatively;

wherein, each steel wire rope surface has a coating layer formed by wear-resistant and antifriction materials.

Preferably, each of said rings has a coating of a wear resistant and friction reducing material on its inner side.

Preferably, the wear resistant and friction reducing material is polytetrafluoroethylene.

Preferably, the inner side of each section of stainless steel pipe is provided with two circular rings, the circular rings on each section of stainless steel pipe form four rows of circular rings, and the number of the steel wire ropes is four.

A second aspect of the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a curved tube for an endoscope, comprising the steps of:

coating a layer of wear-resistant antifriction material on the outer surfaces of the steel wire ropes for adjusting the bending degree of the bent pipe main body;

assembling, namely enabling the steel wire ropes to respectively penetrate through a plurality of rows of circular rings formed by the circular rings on the sections of stainless steel pipes;

fixing, namely fixing the steel wire ropes on a circular ring of a stainless steel pipe at the foremost end respectively;

and a connecting step, connecting the stainless steel pipes through a pin shaft, so as to form a bent pipe main body.

Preferably, the coating step further comprises coating a layer of wear-resistant and anti-friction material on the inner side surface of each ring.

Preferably, the wear resistant and friction reducing material is polytetrafluoroethylene.

Through the technical scheme, the surface of the steel wire rope is coated with a layer of polytetrafluoroethylene or other wear-resistant and anti-friction materials, and the inner side surface of the small ring is coated with a layer of polytetrafluoroethylene or other wear-resistant and anti-friction materials, so that the friction coefficient between the steel wire rope and the small ring can be greatly reduced, the wear of the steel wire rope and the small ring is reduced, and meanwhile, a common stainless steel pipe with standard specification can be selected for manufacturing. Therefore, the invention does not need to customize the stainless steel pipe, thereby reducing the cost, shortening the construction period and effectively reducing the abrasion of the steel wire rope and the circular ring.
