背景技术

在通常的铸模作业过程中，需要将定模和动模扣合后，然后对定模和动模进行夹紧固定，防止定模和动模在作业过程中发生相对位置的偏移。

现有技术中，模具的固定设备主要是通过简单夹紧或者压紧，比如通过螺栓拧紧或者丝杆转动拧紧，但是这类模具固定方式由于大部分是通过在定模和动模的扣合处进行固定，但是由于铸造过程中模腔内部压力过大，仅靠在模具本身上设置锁紧固定的机构，通常整体锁紧机构结构比较复杂庞大，并且对于模具本身设计难度也比较高，使用时也不够灵活。如果简单地通过气压或液压的方式进行固定，其容易由于液压或气压发生变化而导致固定失效。

可见，现有技术中的模具加固设备主要是通过在定模和动模的扣合处进行固定，加固设计承受能力有限，要满足较大承受能力的情况时，加固结构较为复杂，难以设计，使用不灵活，成本较高，简单的液压或气压方式容易发生失效。
