The shell 1 comprises a front shell 11 and a rear shell 12 clamped with the front shell 11, outer buckles 111 arranged towards the rear shell 12 are fixedly arranged on four side walls of the front shell 11, outer clamping grooves 121 matched with the outer buckles 111 are formed in the side walls of the rear shell 12, and a connecting seam is formed after the front shell 11 and the rear shell 12 are closed to form the shell 1. The front shell 11 and the rear shell 12 simultaneously cover two bent parts of the U-shaped support rod 13.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the two vertical portions of the supporting rod 13 are both provided with a clamping groove 131, the clamping groove 131 includes two side walls which are arranged at an acute angle, one of the side walls is arranged horizontally, the other side wall is arranged towards the oblique upper side of one side of the supporting rod 13, and the openings of the clamping grooves 131 in the two vertical portions of the supporting rod 13 are arranged towards the same side. (except for the specific description or the drawings, the orientation of the support rod 13 in all the drawings in the embodiment is the same as that shown in FIG. 2, i.e., the position and orientation of the slot 131 are fixed in the following and the subsequent drawings)

Referring to fig. 4 and 5, a horizontally disposed guide rail 113 is fixedly connected inside the front housing 11, two vertical sections of the support rod 13 are respectively disposed at two sides of the guide rail 113, and the horizontal section of the support rod 13 is perpendicular to the length direction of the guide rail 113. A ratchet bar 114 is fixedly connected to one side wall of the guide rail 113 along the length direction thereof, and the ratchet bar 114 is structured in a strip shape in which a plurality of ratchet teeth having right-angled triangular cross sections are sequentially connected in a linear direction. The guide rail 113 is inserted with the inner core 3 coated inside the housing 1, and the inner core 3 is connected with the housing 1 in a sliding manner along the length direction of the guide rail 113.

The bottom surface of the outer shell 1 is provided with a sliding groove 124 which penetrates through the outer shell and is arranged along the length direction of the guide rail 113, the sliding groove 124 is used for providing a space for the support rod 13 to slide along with the inner core 3 in the horizontal direction, and the sliding groove 124 is simultaneously formed in the front shell 11 and the rear shell 12.

The inside fixedly connected with of preceding shell 11 of guide rail 113 both sides has two setting elements 115 that are used for fixing a position inner core 3, and setting element 115 in this embodiment includes positioning rod 116 of fixed connection on preceding shell 11 inner wall, and two positioning rods 116 are located guide rail 113 both sides and all are located the inside in the vertical two parts formation areas of bracing piece 13, and positioning rod 116 is pegged graft with inner core 3.

Inner core 3 just establishes piece 31 for the cover that C word and opening set up outwards to two lateral wall top of shell 1 joint seam all fixedly connected with sections, and 12 inner wall edges of backshells fixedly connected with sections are C word and opening set up 31 for the cover that sets up outwards, and preceding shell 11 and backshell 12 are closed when forming shell 1, and grafting piece 122 is pegged graft inside the C word column structure of overlapping piece 31, and grafting piece 122 and the 31 interference fit of overlapping piece.

The inner core 3 is connected with a clamping plate 41 in a sliding manner along the horizontal direction, the clamping plate 41 is horizontally arranged, the length direction of the clamping plate 41 is perpendicular to the length direction of the guide rail 113, the sliding direction of the clamping plate 41 is perpendicular to the length direction of the guide rail 113, and the rear shell 12 is fixedly connected with a driving component 2 for driving the clamping plate 41 to slide along the length direction of the rear shell.

Referring to fig. 5 and 6, two positioning holes 32 for accommodating the positioning rod 116 are formed in the inner core 3, the positioning holes 32 are through holes, when the housing 1 is closed, the positioning rod 116 is inserted into the positioning holes 32, the positioning rod 116 is in interference fit with the positioning holes 32, and two ends of the positioning rod 116 are located outside the positioning holes 32. A guide groove 33 for accommodating the guide rail 113 is formed in the inner core 3 between the two positioning holes 32, the guide groove 33 is a through groove, when the shell 1 is closed, the guide rail 113 is inserted into the guide groove 33, and two ends of the guide rail 113 are located outside the guide groove 33.

Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the clamping plate 41 includes horizontal plates 411 and a vertical plate 412 fixedly arranged at one end of the horizontal plates 411, the vertical plate 412 is located at one side of the inner core 3, a fixing plate 42 bolted to the inner core 3 is arranged below the horizontal plates 411, the length direction of the fixing plate 42 is parallel to the length direction of the horizontal plates 411, two vertically arranged baffle plates 421 are fixedly connected to one side wall of the fixing plate 42, the baffle plates 421 are bolted to the inner core 3, and the horizontal plates 411 are stably stopped below the inner core 3 and above the fixing plate 42 by the fixing plate 42. The bottom surface of the fixing plate 42 protrudes to a lower middle position thereof, and a fixing hole 4 is formed at the protruding position along the length direction of the fixing sleeve 123 (see fig. 4), and the fixing hole 4 is used for accommodating the fixing sleeve 123.

Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the fixing plate 42 is fixedly connected with vertically arranged claws 422 on the side wall opposite to the side wall connected with the baffle 421, the claws 422 have two positions corresponding to the two baffle 421, the inner core 3 is provided with connecting grooves 34 matched with the claws 422, and when the fixing plate 42 is connected with the inner core 3 through bolts, the claws 422 are clamped inside the connecting grooves 34.

The two ends of each lateral plate 411 are respectively provided with a mounting hole 417 penetrating through each lateral plate in the vertical direction, each mounting hole 417 is in a closed elliptical hole shape, a reinforcing plate 413 made of hard wear-resistant material is inserted into a side wall, close to the side where the clamping groove 131 is formed in the support rod 13, in the mounting hole 417, the reinforcing plate 413 is horizontally arranged, one side wall, part of the top surface and part of the bottom surface of the reinforcing plate 413 are located in the mounting hole 417, the side wall, located in the mounting hole 417, of the reinforcing plate 413 is in a plane shape perpendicular to the length direction of the lateral plate 411, the reinforcing plate 413 in this embodiment is a rectangular plate made of high manganese steel, and the reinforcing plate 413 and the lateral plate 411 are bonded while being inserted.

The installation channel 35 that runs through the inner core 3 entity below the guide way 33 along vertical direction is seted up to the bottom surface of inner core 3, and installation channel 35 shape forms the connection frame cooperation of rectangular frame dress structure behind the connecting rod with being connected with, and the user can install connecting rod and connection frame inside the inner core 3 or take out from it through installation channel 35.

The bottom surface of the connecting frame is fixedly connected with a vertically arranged second mounting block 441, the second mounting block 441 is L-shaped, the bottom end of the L-shaped second mounting block 441 is arranged toward the extending direction of the guide slot 33, a cylindrical structure which is the same as the cylindrical structure on the first mounting block 414 protrudes outwards from the side wall of the bottom end of the second mounting block 441, a second elastic member 443 which drives the clamping rod 43 to move toward the middle position inside the guide slot 33 is arranged on the cylindrical structure on the second mounting block 441, the second elastic member 443 in the embodiment includes a second spring 442 which is sleeved on the second mounting block 441, the bottom end of the second mounting block 441 with the second spring 442 passes through another abutting slot 45 to be located below the cross plate 411, one end of the second spring 442 abuts against the second stop rod 36, and the second spring 442 is always in a compressed state.

Referring to fig. 9 and 10, a sliding channel 39 surrounding the guide groove 33 is formed on the inner wall of the guide groove 33, and the sliding channel 39 provides a space for sliding the connection frame and the connecting rod (see fig. 8). The vertical section of the supporting rod 13 is sleeved with a stabilizing sleeve 5 in interference fit with the supporting rod, and the stabilizing sleeve 5 is detachably connected inside the inner core 3 and moves in the vertical direction together with the inner core 3.

Referring to fig. 11 and 12, the stabilizing sleeve 5 includes a fixing portion 51 fitted over the supporting rod 13 and a stabilizing portion 52 fixed to an upper end of the fixing portion 51. The fixing portion 51 has two hinged semi-cylindrical structures, and two locking buckles 54 for locking the fixing portion 51 into a cylindrical shape are fixedly connected to the fixing portion 51. In addition, two locking buckles 53 protruding outwards are fixedly connected to the side wall of the fixing portion 51, the two locking buckles 53 are respectively located on two opposite side walls of the fixing portion 51, two side walls of the inner core 3 are respectively provided with a locking clamping groove 6131 for accommodating the locking buckles 53, and the locking buckles 53 can be clamped inside the locking clamping grooves 6131 and move in the vertical direction relative to the support rod 13 along with the inner core 3.

There are two stabilizers 52, and a space for the card slot 131 to leak and be engaged is left between the two stabilizers 52 on the same fixing portion 51. Referring to fig. 15 and 16, the driving assembly 2 includes a switch box 22 detachably connected to the mounting ring 21, a switch core 25 slidably connected to the switch box 22 along the axial direction of the mounting ring 21, and a third elastic member 24 for driving the switch core 25 to move in a direction away from the mounting ring 21. Two box clamping grooves 211131 which extend along the axial direction of the installation ring 21 and penetrate through the installation ring and the side wall of the installation ring are formed in the installation ring 21, two box buckles 221 which are matched with the box clamping grooves 211131 are fixedly connected to the end face, facing the installation ring 21, of the switch box 22, the two box buckles 221 are symmetrically distributed on the switch box 22, and the box buckles 221 can be clamped inside the box clamping grooves 211131 so that the switch box 22 is stably connected with the installation ring 21.

The end face of the switch core 25 on one side of the positioning claw 252 is fixedly connected with a guide plate 254 arranged along the axial direction of the mounting ring 21, and the end face of the switch box 22 is provided with a box through groove 222 matched with the guide plate 254. When the box buckle 221 is clamped inside the box clamping groove 211131 and the core buckle 251 is clamped inside the box guide through groove 223, the third spring 23 still has a compression margin, and one end of the guide plate 254 abuts against the vertical plate 412 (fig. 7).
