In order to solve the problems in the prior art, one of the purposes of the invention is to provide a double-layer elastic plate structure for fully compensating elastic sealing of a floating roof storage tank.

The invention adopts the following technical scheme: a floating roof storage tank full-compensation elastic sealing double-layer elastic plate structure comprises an inner elastic plate, an outer elastic plate and a sealing unit, wherein the inner elastic plate and the outer elastic plate are arranged in an overlapping mode and are distributed along the circumferential direction of a storage tank wall to form an elastic body;

(1) fixing the edge support component on an edge plate of the floating pontoon, and mounting an edge plate bolt on a punched hole of the edge support component after mounting a support bracket plate and a rubber gasket on the edge support component along the circumferential direction of the tank wall;

(2) installing inner elastic plates along the circumferential direction of the tank wall, punching three holes on each inner elastic plate along the plate width direction to correspond to the three edge plate bolts, installing an inner flat washer nut at a hole in the middle of each inner elastic plate, and fastening the inner elastic plates at the edge plates of the floating pontoon;

(3) installing outer elastic plates along the circumferential direction of the tank wall, correspondingly punching three holes on each outer elastic plate along the plate width direction to be matched with three edge plate bolts sleeved on the inner elastic plate, installing a single-hook outer elastic plate every other three edge plate bolts, and installing outer flat gasket nuts at the punching holes on two sides of a hole in the middle of the single-hook outer elastic plate so that the single-hook outer elastic plate tightly presses the inner elastic plate at the edge plate of the pontoon;

(4) adjusting the position of the single-hook outer springboard to enable a wide limiting hook at the bottom of the single-hook outer springboard to hook the bottom of the attached inner springboard;

3. The inner elastic plate and the outer elastic plate can be directly attached to each other, and a sealing interlayer can be clamped between the inner elastic plate and the outer elastic plate, so that the sealing effect of the elastic sealing device is further improved.
