With the development of mechanical manufacturing automation and intelligent control technology, automation elements in modern plant logistics are increasing. Secondly, the management strategies of the power supply in the opening and closing stages of each system are different, the requirements on technicians are further increased, and the error rate is increased.

The invention aims to provide a management control system and a control method thereof suitable for logistics transportation, which can control the opening and closing of a plurality of systems by one key, distinguish power utilization strategies of an entity system and a management system and improve the power utilization safety and the management efficiency of the system.

The technical purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a supervisory control system adapted for delivery of a material stream, comprising a functional system comprising a functional device and a control panel for controlling operation of the functional device, further comprising:

the distribution box is connected with a mains supply and comprises a relay and a button for controlling a switch communicated with the mains supply;

and the control terminal comprises control software and is in communication connection with the control panel in the functional system.

When a user operates a button to close the whole system, the mains supply is disconnected after the preset value is timed, and the time delay is favorable for data interaction and successful storage of software and buffer protection of hardware.

3. The control terminal is powered by the special uninterrupted power supply, and can continuously supply power to the control terminal after the commercial power is turned off, so that data loss and system damage caused by sudden power loss of the control terminal are avoided.

4. The uninterrupted power supply system also comprises a timing function, and the timing time is used for controlling the self-closing of the terminal and the power-off operation of the uninterrupted power supply.
