1. A pontoon bridge module with an electric propulsion device, comprising: the two canoes (2) and the two canoes (1), wherein the two canoes (2) are butted to form a canoe pair, and the two canoes (1) are respectively arranged at two ends of the canoe pair;

the tip of each pointed boat (1) is provided with a propeller fixing cabin;

the generator set (4), the fuel tank (5) and the frequency converter (6) are all arranged in the tip boat (1); the fuel tank (5) is used for supplying fuel oil to the generator set (4), the generator set (4) is used for converting heat energy generated by fuel oil combustion into electric energy, and the electric energy is supplied to the electric propeller (3) through the frequency converter (6); and the frequency converter (6) is used for converting the electric energy voltage provided by the generator set (4) into the voltage which can be received by the electric propeller (3).

the upper parts of the butt joint ends of the pointed boat (1) and the corresponding square boat (2) are in pin joint through a pin shaft B (9), and the lower parts of the butt joint ends are in detachable connection;

the four-fold boat bridge module consists of two square boats (2) and two canoes (1), and when the four-fold boat bridge module is in an unfolded state, each square boat (2) and each canoe (1) are in a horizontal state; when the four-fold boat bridge module is in a folded state, each square boat (2) and the pointed boat (1) are in a vertical state.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of pontoon bridges, and particularly relates to a pontoon bridge module of a charged propelling power device.

Background

The existing main heavy pontoon bridge has the problems of unreliable connection, long consumed time, difficult coordination on water and the like between a portal bridge and a power boat (boat) when the boat (boat) with propelling power is separated from a bridge section boat, and the like. And the existing power pontoon bridge adopts gasoline fuel, so that the problem of unsafe performance exists.

a pontoon bridge module with an electric propulsion device, comprising: the two square boats are butted to form a square boat pair, and the two pointed boats are respectively arranged at two ends of the square boat pair;

the electric propulsion device also comprises two sets of electric propulsion power devices;

the tip of each pointed boat is provided with a propeller fixing cabin;

two sets of electric power units that push away correspond respectively and install on two pointed boats, every electric power unit that pushes away all includes: the system comprises an electric propeller, a generator set, a fuel tank, a frequency converter and a remote control box;

the top of the electric propeller is provided with a field operation panel and a remote operation signal output interface; when the electric propeller works, the electric propeller is arranged outside the propeller fixing cabin of the pointed boat, is contacted with water and is used for pushing the pontoon bridge module to move; when the electric propeller does not work, the electric propeller is arranged in the propeller fixing cabin of the pointed boat;

the remote control box is connected with the signal output interface of the electric propeller through a signal wire and is used for remotely operating the electric propeller;

the generator set, the fuel tank and the frequency converter are all arranged in the canoe; the fuel tank is used for providing fuel oil for the generator set, and the generator set is used for converting heat energy generated by fuel oil combustion into electric energy and providing the electric energy to the electric propeller through the frequency converter; the frequency converter is used for converting the electric energy voltage provided by the generator set into voltage which can be received by the electric propeller.

Furthermore, the lower parts of the butt joint ends of the two boats are connected through a pin by a pin shaft A, and the upper parts of the butt joint ends of the two boats are detachably connected;

the upper parts of the butt joint ends of the pointed boat and the corresponding square boat are connected through a pin B, and the lower parts of the butt joint ends are detachably connected;

the four-fold boat bridge module consists of two square boats and two canoes, and when the four-fold boat bridge module is in an unfolded state, each square boat and each canoe are in a horizontal state; when the four-fold pontoon bridge module is in a folded state, each of the ark and the canoe is in a vertical state.

(2) The electric propulsion device has a remote operation function, and can simultaneously operate two electric propellers of two sets of electric propulsion devices through one remote control box, so that one person can operate the two electric propellers, and operating personnel of the pontoon bridge are reduced.

(3) The electric propulsion power device adopts diesel fuel, and is safer to use.

(4) The electric propeller is externally provided with the protective cover, so that the propeller can be prevented from being collided by stones or foreign matters, and the foreign matters are prevented from being wound on the propeller to influence the use.

Detailed Description

The invention is described in detail below by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The present embodiment provides a pontoon bridge module with an electric propulsion device, as shown in fig. 1-2, comprising: two square boats 2, two pointed boats 1 and two sets of electric propulsion power devices;

the two boats 2 are butted to form a boat pair, the lower parts of the butting ends of the two boats 2 are in pin joint through a pin shaft A8, and the upper parts of the butting ends of the two boats 2 are detachably connected;

the two pointed boats 1 are respectively arranged at two ends of the square boat pair, wherein the pointed boats 1 are connected with the upper parts of the butt joint ends of the corresponding square boats 2 through pins B9, and the lower parts of the butt joint ends are detachably connected; the tip of the pointed boat 1 is provided with a propeller fixing cabin;

therefore, the two canoes 2 and the two canoes 1 form a four-fold boat bridge module, and when the four-fold boat bridge module is in an unfolded state, each of the canoes 2 and the canoes 1 is in a horizontal state; when the four-fold boat bridge module is in a folded state, one canoe 1, two canoes 2 and the other canoe 1 are folded in sequence, and each canoe 2 and each canoe 1 are in a vertical state;

referring to fig. 3-4, two sets of electric propulsion power units are respectively and correspondingly installed on two tip boats 1, and each electric propulsion power unit comprises: the system comprises an electric propeller 3, a generator set 4, a fuel tank 5, a frequency converter 6 and a remote control box 7;

the electric propeller 3 adopts a full-rotation propeller, and the top of the electric propeller 3 is provided with a field operation panel and a remote operation signal output interface; when the four-fold pontoon bridge module is in a working state, namely the electric propeller 3 works, the electric propeller 3 is arranged outside the propeller fixing cabin of the pointed boat 1 through a bolt, is contacted with water and is used for pushing the four-fold pontoon bridge module to move; when the four-fold pontoon bridge module is in a transportation state, namely the electric propeller 3 does not work, the electric propeller 3 is arranged in the propeller fixing cabin of the pointed boat 1 through a bolt; a protective cover is arranged outside the electric propeller 3;

the remote control box 7 is connected with a signal output interface of the electric propeller 3 through a signal wire, when the remote control box 7 is not used, the remote control box can be stored in a propeller fixing cabin of the pointed boat 1, and when the remote control box is used, an operator can hold the remote control box 7 by hand to remotely operate the electric propeller 3; two remote control boxes 7 of the two sets of electric propulsion devices can be connected through a data line, so that one remote control box 7 can simultaneously operate two electric propellers 3 of the two sets of electric propulsion devices;

referring to the attached drawings 5-6, the generator set 4, the fuel tank 5 and the frequency converter 6 are all installed in the canoe 1, diesel oil is filled in the fuel tank 5, the fuel tank 5 is used for providing fuel oil for the generator set 4, the generator set 4 is used for converting heat energy generated by fuel oil combustion into electric energy, and the electric energy is provided for the electric propeller 3 through the frequency converter 6; the frequency converter 6 is used for converting the electric energy voltage provided by the generator set 4 into voltage which can be received by the electric propeller 3; because the installation positions of the electric propeller 3 are different when the electric propeller works and does not work, the electric wire connector between the electric propeller 3 and the frequency converter 6 is a quick connector; when the canoe 1 is in a vertical state, the generator set 4 and the fuel tank 5 can ensure that fuel oil, lubricating oil, cooling water and the like do not overflow when the canoe 1 transversely inclines for 90 degrees, and when the canoe 1 returns to a horizontal state, the generator set 4 and the fuel tank 5 can be immediately put into use.
