Background

The moving mode can cause the mist slurry to move upwards under the driving of the diaphragm, if the material receiving device is arranged above the spraying machine, the mist slurry can be condensed on the surface of the material receiving device and drip on the surface of the diaphragm, so that water drop-shaped flaws appear on the diaphragm, and the high-quality rate of the diaphragm spraying product is influenced; meanwhile, the vaporous slurry is freely dispersed after going upwards, so that the environmental pollution of a workshop, the health threat of personnel and the waste of the slurry are caused; in addition, in order to coat the same surface of the diaphragm, the overturning frame is required to be additionally arranged to overturn the diaphragm, but the overturning frame can influence the flatness of the diaphragm and further influence the uniformity of the diaphragm.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a diaphragm spraying production line which can prevent the condensation of the mist slurry from dropping on the surface of the diaphragm, thereby preventing the diaphragm from generating water drop-shaped flaws, recovering the mist slurry, avoiding the mist slurry from freely diffusing, and realizing the coating of the same surface of the diaphragm without additionally arranging a turnover frame.
