Background

Generally, the installation and adjustment process of the track beam of the tundish car of the continuous casting machine is complicated: firstly, the track beam is installed in place according to a positioning bolt hole of a design drawing, the position of the track beam is adjusted through the matching of a jack and a high-precision measuring instrument after the installation is finished, and the jack is required to be used for reversely resetting and moving the track beam in the process so as to enable the track beam to meet the position requirement. Such an operation requires a large amount of manpower and installation efficiency and accuracy are difficult to ensure.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to reduce the investment of operators, shorten the adjustment time of the track beam and finally eliminate the safety risk in the process of using the jack.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a high-precision adjusting device for a track beam and a using method, and the high-precision adjusting device comprises the following specific steps:

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a high-precision adjusting device for a track beam comprises an upright post top plate 1, a finish-machined track beam 2, a horizontal stopper 3, a reinforcing stiffening plate 4, a high-strength bolt 5 and a rubber agent 6; the side part of the horizontal limiting stopper 3 is provided with a reinforcing stiffening plate 4, the bottom of the horizontal limiting stopper 3 is fixedly connected with the upright post top plate 1 through a high-strength bolt 5, every two horizontal limiting stoppers 3 are in a group and are symmetrically arranged, the finish machining track beam 2 is in contact with the inclined plane of the horizontal limiting stopper 3 and is pushed into a designated position by external force, and gaps are sealed by rubber agents 6 between the finish machining track beam 2 and the horizontal limiting stopper 3 as well as between the finish machining track beam and the upright post top plate 1.
