Detailed Description

Example one

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the large capacity toner cartridge provided in this embodiment includes a developing cartridge 1 and a drum cartridge 2, the developing cartridge 1 and the drum cartridge 2 are connected together by a pin up and down, and the developing cartridge 1 is located below the drum cartridge 2. The developing box 1 is provided with a powder bin 11, a developing roller 12, a powder outlet blade 13, a stirring frame (not shown in the figure), and the like, and the positions of the developing roller 12, the powder outlet blade 13 and the stirring frame and the connection relationship thereof are the prior art and will not be described again. The drum box 2 is provided with a first waste powder bin 21, a second waste powder bin 22, a photosensitive drum 23, a charging roller 24, a cleaning blade 25 and the like, the second waste powder bin 22 is located between the powder bin 11 and the first waste powder bin 21, and the positions and connection relations of the photosensitive drum 23, the charging roller 24 and the cleaning blade 25 are prior art and are not described herein again.

The drum box 2 further comprises an upper waste powder bin cover 26, a partition plate 27 and a lower waste powder bin cover 28, wherein the partition plate 27 is located on the inner side of the upper waste powder bin cover 26, a first waste powder bin 21 is defined between the upper waste powder bin cover 26 and the partition plate 27, the lower waste powder bin cover 28 is located on the lower side of the upper waste powder bin cover 26 and located on the left side of the partition plate 27, a second waste powder bin 22 is defined between the upper waste powder bin cover 26 and the lower waste powder bin cover 28, and the first waste powder bin 21 is higher than the second waste powder bin 22 in the vertical direction. The cleaning blade 25 and the photosensitive drum 23 are located at the inlet of the first waste toner hopper 21, and the outlet of the first waste toner hopper 21 communicates with the inlet of the second waste toner hopper 22. Since the second waste powder bin 22 is located below the first waste powder bin 21, that is, the first flexible sealing bag 3 is located below the first waste powder bin 21, when enough waste powder is accumulated in the first waste powder bin 21, the waste powder enters the first flexible sealing bag 3 from the first transfer hole 281 under the action of accumulation and self gravity thereof, so as to increase the waste powder containing capacity of the whole toner cartridge. The first flexible sealing bag 3 is gradually expanded and expanded into the whole second waste powder bin 22 under the filling effect of waste powder so as to contain more waste powder as much as possible.

The powder bin 11 is provided with a powder adding port (not shown in the figure), before the powder bin is used for the first time, when a manufacturer fills carbon powder into the powder bin 11 through the powder adding port, the carbon powder can be filled into the second waste powder bin 22 at the same time, and the carbon powder in the second waste powder bin 22 is always positioned outside the first flexible sealing bag 3, so that the carbon powder accommodating capacity is improved, and the service life of the carbon powder box is prolonged.

In the using process, the carbon powder in the powder bin 11 is gradually converted into waste powder and enters the first waste powder bin 21, and meanwhile, the carbon powder in the second waste powder bin 22 gradually moves into the powder bin 11 to make room for the expansion of the first flexible sealing bag 3; when the amount of the waste powder in the first waste powder bin 21 is large enough, the waste powder is transferred into the first flexible sealing bag 3, the first flexible sealing bag 3 gradually expands and pushes the carbon powder in the second waste powder bin 22 to move towards the powder bin 11 until the first flexible sealing bag 3 is filled with the whole second waste powder bin 22.

The carbon powder and the waste powder are not mixed, namely the waste powder does not participate in the repeated reutilization in the powder bin, so that the phenomenon that bottom ash appears on the surface of a printing manuscript due to the repeated reutilization of the waste powder is avoided, and the printing quality is improved.

Example two

On the basis of the first embodiment, the powder bin is provided with a powder discharge port, a deformable second flexible sealing bag used for storing waste powder is arranged in the powder bin, an inlet of the second flexible sealing bag is arranged in one of the second transfer holes, preferably in one of the second transfer holes close to the powder discharge port, and the second flexible sealing bag is communicated with the first flexible sealing bag so as to further improve the containing capacity of the waste powder. The second flexible sealing bag divides the dust into two inequality cavities, wherein one cavity is the second flexible sealing bag and is used for containing waste powder, and the other cavity is used for containing carbon powder. The inlet of the second flexible sealing bag is adjacent to the hole wall of the second transfer hole, namely a channel for carbon powder to pass through is arranged between the outer side wall of the second flexible sealing bag and the hole wall of the second transfer hole. Before the waste powder is stored in the second flexible sealing bag, the carbon powder in the second waste powder bin can move to the powder bin through the two second transfer holes, and the carbon powder is always positioned outside the second flexible sealing bag. The second flexible sealing bag is provided with a powder discharge hole which is communicated with a powder discharge opening of the powder bin, so that waste powder can be discharged outwards conveniently.

In summary, according to the invention, the first flexible sealing bag is arranged outside the first waste powder bin and is communicated with the first waste powder bin, when enough waste powder is stored in the first waste powder bin, the waste powder can be transferred into the first flexible sealing bag, and the first flexible sealing bag is used for storing the waste powder, so that the capacity of the waste powder in the toner cartridge can be improved; the first flexible sealing bag is arranged in the second waste powder bin and the second waste powder bin is communicated with the powder bin, so that carbon powder can be pre-filled in the second waste powder bin when the toner cartridge is used for the first time, the carbon powder is positioned on the outer side of the first flexible sealing bag, and the carbon powder can be transferred to the powder bin when the toner cartridge is used; moreover, in the process of transferring the waste powder to the first flexible sealing bag, the waste powder promotes the first flexible sealing bag to push the carbon powder in the second waste powder bin to move to the powder bin, so that the carbon powder in the second waste powder bin can be ensured to completely enter the powder bin, and the carbon powder residue is avoided.
