As shown in fig. 13 and 18, the second rotating shaft 57 is mounted on the first support 6 through the second shaft support 27, the second gear 29 is mounted on the second rotating shaft 57, and the second gear 29 has helical teeth; as shown in fig. 2, the second gear 29 is engaged with the upper force ring gear 2; the upper force toothed ring 2 functions to transmit the rotational force of the agitating barrel 1 to the second gear 29 engaged therewith.

As shown in fig. 13, the first rotating shaft 28 is mounted on the first support 6 through the first shaft support 26, the first gear 5 is mounted on one end of the first rotating shaft 28, and the first gear 5 has helical teeth; as shown in fig. 18, the first gear 5 is meshed with the second gear 29; the first gear 5 is used for transmitting the rotating force on the stirring barrel 1 to the arc-shaped rack 32 meshed with the first gear 5; as shown in fig. 18, a first one-way clutch 44 is mounted at the other end of the first rotating shaft 28, and the first one-way clutch 44 is used for preventing the first gear 5 from rotating reversely under the action of the force storage spring 37 after the stirring barrel 1 stops rotating, so that the force stored in the force storage spring 37 is released and the action of the force storage spring 37 is influenced; as shown in fig. 18, the first one-way clutch 44 is provided with a limit unit 7 for controlling the rotation of its outer ring; the limiting unit 7 has the function that in a normal state, the outer ring of the first one-way clutch 44 is fixed by the limiting unit 7, the first one-way clutch 44 has a one-way clutch function, but when the stirring barrel 1 swings downwards in a direction opposite to the direction of the second support 9, the arc-shaped rack 32 in the limiting unit 7 moves downwards under the action of the arc-shaped push plate 34, the arc-shaped rack 32 moves downwards to drive the first gear 5 to rotate in a reverse direction, if the first one-way clutch 44 has the one-way clutch function at the moment, the first gear 5 cannot rotate in the reverse direction and interfere with the arc-shaped rack 32, so in this state, the first one-way clutch 44 needs to enable the outer ring of the first one-way clutch 44 to rotate through the limiting unit 7, and the first one-way clutch 44 fails.

As shown in fig. 1, the second support 9 is located on the ground; as shown in fig. 14, the force storage unit 10 is an arc-shaped rack 32 and an arc-shaped push plate 34, both ends of which are provided with retractable force storage shells 33, as shown in fig. 6, the force storage shells 33 are mounted on the second support 9, and the arc-shaped push plate 34 is connected with the fixed block 17, as shown in fig. 2, the arc-shaped rack 32 is matched with the first gear 5; as shown in fig. 13, the driving assembly 3 is mounted on the second support 9, the fourth rotating shaft 25 is mounted on the output shaft of the driving assembly 3, the driving assembly 3 has a driving motor and a speed reducer therein, and the driving assembly 3 provides a driving force for the rotation of the stirring barrel 1; as shown in fig. 8, the third gear 23 is mounted on the fourth rotating shaft 25 through the second one-way clutch 22, and the third gear 23 is engaged with the fifth gear 20; the second one-way clutch 22 is used to prevent the driving assembly 3 from reversely driving the fourth shaft 25 to rotate when the limit rack 51 leaves the limit slot 56, and the fourth shaft 25 reversely rotates to drive the third gear 23 to rotate, so that the rotation of the mixer is reversed to further affect the force storage spring 37.

In the lock mechanism 8, as shown in fig. 9, the limit rack 51 slides on the guide rail 54 and is mounted on the second support 9 through the guide rail 54, the sixth gear 48 is mounted on the second support 9 through the third rotating shaft 49, the sixth gear 48 is meshed with the limit rack 51, and the sixth gear 48 controls the limit rack 51 to be inserted into or separated from the limit groove 56 so as to lock or allow the stirring barrel 1 to swing upwards, as shown in fig. 7, the sixth gear 48 is driven by the driving assembly 3; the locking mechanism 8 is used for locking the stirring barrel 1 on the second support 9 in the normal stirring process of the stirring barrel 1, so that the stirring barrel 1 is prevented from being jacked up by the force storage spring 37 in the force loading process of the force storage spring 37 to influence the loading force of the force storage spring 37; affecting the upward swing of the rear stirring barrel 1.

In summary, the following steps:

the beneficial effects of the design of the invention are as follows: the mixer turns into the elasticity of spring through gear drive with agitator 1's revolving force in the use and stores, after the mixer stirred the material of agitator 1 evenly, open by the agitator 1 of locking originally through control latch mechanism 8, make agitator 1 upwards swing under the elastic force effect of storing, pour out the material of agitator 1, and the drive power of 1 upwards swing pouring of agitator is realized through the turning force of extracting agitator 1 at the stirring in-process, the labour has been saved.

As shown in fig. 5, the first support 6 includes a vertical support rod 14, a horizontal support base 15, and a support connecting rod 16, wherein the horizontal support base 15 is installed at the lower side of the vertical support rod 14, two vertical support rods 14 are fixed on the ground through the corresponding horizontal support bases 15, and the lower ends of the two vertical support rods 14 are connected with the support connecting rod 16; the swing support 13 is arranged at the upper ends of the two vertical support rods 14; the spacing unit 7 is mounted on the support connection bar 16.

As shown in fig. 2 and 6, a support base 19 for stabilizing is installed at the lower side of the second support 9.

As shown in fig. 7 and 9, the lock mechanism 8 includes a fourth gear 24, a limit rack 51, a trapezoidal guide block 52, a return spring 53, a guide rail 54, a trapezoidal guide groove 55, a second rotating shaft 57, a gear support 58, a sixth gear 48, and a third rotating shaft 49, wherein as shown in fig. 8, the fourth gear 24 is mounted on the fourth rotating shaft 25, as shown in fig. 6, the third rotating shaft 49 is mounted on the second support 9 via the gear support 58, as shown in fig. 7, the sixth gear 48 is mounted on the third rotating shaft 49, and as shown in fig. 8, the sixth gear 48 is meshed with the fourth gear 24; as shown in fig. 10, the guide rail 54 is provided with a trapezoidal guide groove 55, as shown in fig. 6, one end of the guide rail 54 is mounted on the second support 9, the limit rack 51 is provided with missing teeth, as shown in fig. 11, a trapezoidal guide block 52 is mounted on the lower side of the limit rack 51, as shown in fig. 9, the limit rack 51 is mounted on the guide rail 54 through the cooperation of the trapezoidal guide block 52 and the trapezoidal guide groove 55, and as shown in fig. 7, the limit rack 51 is meshed with the sixth gear 48; the limiting rack 51 is matched with a limiting groove 56 on the limiting block 50; in the normal stirring process of the stirring barrel 1, as shown in fig. 9, one end of the limiting rack 51 is located in the limiting groove 56; the meshing part of the limiting rack 51 and the sixth gear 48 is lack of teeth, and one end of the limiting rack 51 matched with the limiting groove 56 is always positioned in the limiting groove 56 under the rotation of the sixth gear 48; when the lock mechanism 8 needs to be opened, the fourth rotating shaft 25 is reversely controlled by the driving component 3 to drive the fourth gear 24 to rotate; the fourth gear 24 rotates to drive the sixth gear 48 to rotate, the sixth gear 48 rotates to enable the limiting rack 51 to move towards the side far away from the limiting groove 56, finally the limiting rack 51 is completely separated from the limiting groove 56, and the limiting rack 51 loses the limiting effect on the stirring barrel 1.

As shown in fig. 19, the limiting unit 7 includes a snap ring 39, a shifting block 40, a limiting mounting shell 41, a clamping block 42, a return spring 43, a first one-way clutch 44, a clamping groove 45, a square groove 46, and a guide sliding groove 47, wherein as shown in fig. 20, a plurality of clamping grooves 45 are uniformly formed in the circumferential direction on the outer circumferential surface of the snap ring 39, and as shown in fig. 19, the snap ring 39 is nested and mounted on the outer ring of the first one-way clutch 44; as shown in fig. 21, the limiting mounting shell 41 is provided with a square groove 46 communicated with the upper side surface, one side of the square groove 46 is provided with a guide sliding groove 47 communicated with the outside, and the limiting mounting shell 41 is mounted on the first support 6 and is matched with the snap ring 39; as shown in fig. 19, the latch 42 is mounted in the square groove 46 of the limit mounting shell 41, and the return spring 43 is mounted between the lower side of the latch 42 and the lower side of the square groove 46; as shown in fig. 22, a shifting block 40 is mounted on one side of the clamping block 42, and the shifting block 40 passes through a guide sliding groove 47 on the limiting mounting shell 41 and is located on the outer side of the limiting mounting shell 41; the clamping block 42 is matched with a clamping groove 45 on the clamping ring 39; when the first one-way clutch 44 is required to be disabled, the shifting block 40 is manually pulled downwards, so that the shifting block 40 drives the clamping block 42 to move downwards; after the clamping block 42 is completely separated from the clamping groove 45 on the clamping ring 39, the clamping block 42 loses the limit on the clamping ring 39, and the first one-way clutch 44 fails; when needing to be blocked, manual regulation snap ring 39 makes fixture block 42 and the cooperation of draw-in groove 45 on the snap ring 39, in case fixture block 42 cooperates with draw-in groove 45 on the snap ring 39 under the effect of reset spring 43, the upper end of fixture block 42 will move in draw-in groove 45 spacing to draw-in ring 39.

As shown in fig. 14, the force storage unit 10 includes an arc-shaped rack 32, a force storage housing 33, an arc-shaped push plate 34, a first push plate 35, a second push plate 36, a force storage spring 37, and a square opening 38, wherein as shown in fig. 16, the front end and the rear end of the force storage housing 33 are respectively provided with a square opening 38, as shown in fig. 6, the force storage housing 33 is fixedly mounted on the second support 9 through two fixing connection plates 18; as shown in fig. 17, one end of the arc-shaped rack 32 is provided with a first pushing plate 35, as shown in fig. 15, one end of the arc-shaped rack 32, provided with the first pushing plate 35, is arranged at one end of the force storage housing 33 through the cooperation of the first pushing plate 35 and the inner arc surface of the force storage housing 33, as shown in fig. 13, the other end of the arc-shaped rack 32 penetrates through the force storage housing 33 and is positioned at the outer side of the force storage housing 33 and is meshed with the first gear 5, and one end of the arc-shaped rack 32, meshed with the first gear 5, is provided with missing teeth; as shown in fig. 17, one end of the curved pushing plate 34 is provided with a second pushing plate 36, as shown in fig. 15, one end of the curved pushing plate 34 provided with the second pushing plate 36 is arranged at the other end of the force storage casing 33 through the cooperation of the second pushing plate 36 and the inner arc surface of the force storage casing 33, as shown in fig. 6, the other end of the curved pushing plate 34 penetrates through the force storage casing 33 and is positioned outside the force storage casing 33 to be connected with the fixing block 17; as shown in fig. 17, a force storage spring 37 is installed between the first pusher plate 35 and the second pusher plate 36; when the first gear 5 rotates, the first gear 5 drives the arc-shaped rack 32 to move, the arc-shaped rack 32 moves to push the first pushing plate 35 mounted on the arc-shaped rack to compress the force storage spring 37, and since the locking mechanism 8 is in a locked state at this time, the arc-shaped pushing plate 34 is in a static state, that is, the second pushing plate 36 is in a static state, the first pushing plate 35 compresses the force storage spring 37 at this time, so that the force storage spring 37 exerts force; when the missing teeth on the arc-shaped rack 32 are contacted with the first gear 5, the arc-shaped rack 32 stops moving, the force on the force storage spring 37 is completed, when the stirring machine needs to swing upwards, the lock mechanism 8 is in an open state, and at the moment, the second pushing plate 36 and the arc-shaped pushing plate 34 are pushed under the action of the force storage spring 37 to drive the stirring barrel 1 to swing upwards; when the mixing tub 1 swings downward under its gravity, the first one-way clutch 44 is disabled by the limit unit 7, and at this time, the mixing tub 1 pushes the arc-shaped rack 32 to be restored by the arc-shaped push plate 34 and the second push plate 36.

The force storage spring 37 is a compression spring; the return spring 43 is a compression spring, and the return spring 43 is always in a compressed upward force state.

As shown in fig. 4, the stirring barrel 1 has stirring blades 11 distributed circumferentially therein, and the stirring blades 11 have symmetrical inclined surfaces to facilitate stirring of the concrete.

As shown in fig. 1 and 14, the guide sleeve 31 is mounted on the first support 6 through two fixing plates 30, and the guide sleeve 31 is nested on the arc-shaped rack 32; the guide sleeve 31 serves to guide the arc-shaped rack 32.

The upper side surface of the latch 42 is chamfered to facilitate movement into the corresponding latch groove 45.
