s1, placing a steel coil: placing the coiled steel coil on the steel coil lifting support seat 2;

s6, radial tight fitting: the edge covering die roller 54 is driven to be tightly attached to an edge covering iron sheet by the radial driving cylinder 52;

s7, rotating wrapping: the inner circle edge covering rotating mechanism 3 drives the edge covering execution component 5 to cover the two sides of the inner circle of the steel coil, and the outer circle edge covering rotating mechanism 4 drives the edge covering execution component 5 to cover the outer circle of the steel coil.
