1. A smart roll, wherein the smart roll comprises:

a first reel;

the sponge material roll is sleeved on the first reel and can rotate around the first reel;

the starting end of the release paper of the sponge material roll is fixed on the second reel;

a sensor unit; and

a drive device;

when the sensor unit does not recognize that gum sponge exists on the release paper, the driving device rotates the second rotating shaft, the second rotating shaft winds the release paper to drive the sponge material to wind the first reel to rotate until the sensor unit recognizes the gum sponge on the release paper, and the driving device stops driving the second rotating shaft.

2. A roll as defined in claim 1, wherein the sensor unit recognizes the adhesive-backed sponge on the release paper, and the front end of the adhesive-backed sponge is peeled off the release paper.

3. A smart roll as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sensor unit is an optical sensor.

4. A smart roll as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a first support bar, the release paper extending around the outside of the first support bar and being secured to the second roll.

5. A roll as claimed in claim 4, wherein the sensor unit is provided on at least one end of the first support bar.

6. A roll as claimed in claim 4, further comprising a second support bar, wherein the release paper is pulled from the first spool and extends obliquely downward through the second support bar onto the first support bar.

7. A roll as claimed in claim 4, further comprising an extension bar, wherein two ends of the extension bar are respectively connected to the first support bars, and the sensor unit is disposed on the extension bar and faces the adhesive-backed sponge peeled from the release paper.

8. A roll as claimed in claim 7, wherein the number of sensor units is two, the two sensor units facing the adhesive backed sponge on both sides of the release paper.

9. A smart roll as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a control box electrically connected to the drive unit and the sensor unit, respectively.

10. A roll as defined in claim 1, wherein the first and second reels are lean tubes, respectively.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of automatic production, in particular to an intelligent material roll.

Background

The gum sponge is attached to the release paper and is stored and transported in a coiled manner. In the production process, place roll-shaped sponge on workstation or simple and easy frock frame, operator's both hands pulling roll-shaped sponge, then when taking required sponge (or make a round trip to do the operation in taking), use from type paper float not have fixedly, inconvenient and influence efficiency need with the gum sponge follow peel off in order to use from type paper.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an intelligent material roll, which realizes automatic supply of gum sponge and storage of release paper on the intelligent material roll.

To achieve one of the above objects, an embodiment of the present invention provides a smart roll, including: a first reel; the sponge material roll is sleeved on the first reel and can rotate around the first reel; the starting end of the release paper of the sponge material roll is fixed on the second reel; a sensor unit; and a drive device; when the sensor unit does not recognize that gum sponge exists on the release paper, the driving device rotates the second rotating shaft, the second rotating shaft winds the release paper to drive the sponge material to wind the first reel to rotate until the sensor unit recognizes the gum sponge on the release paper, and the driving device stops driving the second rotating shaft.

As an optional technical solution, when the sensor unit identifies the adhesive-backed sponge on the release paper, the front end of the adhesive-backed sponge is peeled from the release paper.

As an optional technical solution, the sensor unit is an optical sensor.

As an optional technical scheme, the winding device further comprises a first supporting rod, and the release paper surrounds the outer side of the first supporting rod, extends and is fixed on the second winding shaft.

As an optional technical solution, the sensor unit is disposed on at least one end of the first support rod.

As an optional technical solution, the roll paper further comprises a second support rod, and the release paper is pulled out from the first reel and extends obliquely downward to the first support rod through the second support rod.

Compared with the prior art, the invention provides the intelligent material roll, which can realize automatic supply of the gum sponge, winding of the release paper and automatic stripping of the gum sponge, solves the problem that the existing gum sponge is inconvenient to take and place, and can obviously improve the production efficiency.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments shown in the drawings. These embodiments are not intended to limit the present invention, and structural, methodological, or functional changes made by those skilled in the art according to these embodiments are included in the scope of the present invention.

FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a smart roll in one embodiment of the invention.

As shown in fig. 1, the intelligent roll 10 provided by the invention comprises a frame 1, a first reel 2, a sponge roll 3, a second reel 4, a driving device 5 and a sensor unit 6, wherein the first reel 2, the sponge roll 3 and the sensor unit are arranged in the frame 1, the sponge roll 3 is sleeved on the first reel 2, and the sponge roll 3 comprises release paper 32 and a plurality of block-shaped back adhesive sponges 31 adhered to the release paper 32; pulling the starting end of the release paper 32 on the sponge material roll 3 to extend and fix the sponge material roll on the second reel 4; the second reel 4 is connected with the driving device 5, and the driving device 5 can drive the second rotating shaft 4 to rotate to wind and collect the release paper 31.

When the sensor unit 6 does not recognize that the adhesive-backed sponge 31 exists on the release paper 32, the driving device 5 drives the second reel 4 to rotate and recover the release paper 32, and the sponge material roll 3 rotates around the first reel 2 to be unreeled; when the sensor unit 6 recognizes that the adhesive-backed sponge 31 is present on the release paper 32, the driving device 5 stops driving the second reel 4.

In a preferred embodiment, the optical sensor 6 is, for example, an optical sensor. The light emitted by the optical sensor is blocked by the back adhesive sponge 31, the optical sensor 6 outputs a first signal to the control box 9, and a processing unit (such as a circuit board, a chip and the like) in the control box 9 controls the driving unit 5 not to start or stop driving according to the first signal; if the light emitted by the optical sensor is not blocked by the back adhesive sponge 31, the optical sensor 6 outputs a second signal to the control box 9, the processing unit (such as a circuit board, a chip, and the like) in the control box 9 controls the driving unit 5 to start according to the second signal, the second reel 4 is driven to rotate until the light emitted by the optical sensor is blocked by the back adhesive sponge 31, the optical sensor 6 outputs a first signal to the control box 9, and the processing unit (such as a circuit board, a chip, and the like) in the control box 9 controls the driving unit 5 to stop driving according to the first signal.

As shown in fig. 1, a first support bar 7 and a second support bar 8 are further disposed in the frame 1, wherein the first support bar 7 is located at the bottom of the frame 1, and the second support bar 8 is located above the second reel 4.

The release paper 32 of the sponge material roll 3 is pulled, the starting end of the release paper 32 sequentially passes through the second support rod 8 and extends downwards obliquely to the first support rod 7, and the release paper is fixed on the second reel 4 around the first support rod 7. Wherein, the second reel 4 is located below the second support bar 8, therefore, the release paper 32 reversely extends around the outer side of the first support bar 7 and is fixed on the second reel 4.

Since the release paper 32 forms an inclined surface around the second support bar 8 and the first support bar 7, and the second rotating shaft 4 is disposed at the rear side of the first support bar 7, the release paper 32 moves around the first support bar 7, so that the adhesive backed sponge 31 is peeled from the release paper 32, and a partial region of the adhesive backed sponge 31 protrudes from the front side of the first support bar 7.

In this embodiment, the front side is defined as a side close to the user, and the rear side is defined as a side far from the user.

Further, at least one end of the first support rod 7 is provided with a sensor unit 6, the sensor unit 6 is an optical sensor, when the light emitted by the optical sensor is blocked by a partial region of the adhesive-backed sponge 31 protruding out of the first support rod 7, which indicates that the adhesive-backed sponge 31 on the release paper 32 adjacent to the first support rod 7 is not completely used, at this time, the driving device 5 is in a stop state; when the light emitted by the optical sensor is not blocked by the adhesive-backed sponge 31, which indicates that the adhesive-backed sponge 31 on the release paper 32 adjacent to the first supporting rod 7 has been completely used, the driving device 5 starts to drive the second winding shaft 4 to wind the release paper 32, so that the adhesive-backed sponge 31 in the next row moves toward the first supporting rod 7. When the light emitted by the optical sensor is blocked by the partial area of the next row of adhesive-backed sponges 31 protruding out of the first supporting rod 7, the driving device 5 stops driving the second reel 4 to rotate.

Therefore, on one hand, after the front row of the back adhesive sponges 31 on the release paper 32 is used, the next row of the back adhesive sponges 31 is automatically supplied by the sensor unit 6 and the driving device 5; on the other hand, second bracing piece 8 and second spool 4 are located the rear side of first bracing piece 7 respectively, extend round second bracing piece 8, first bracing piece 7 from type paper 32 to reverse extension to second spool 4, wherein, second spool 4 convolutes from type paper 32, make gum sponge 31 of first bracing piece 7 department can realize automatic peeling off with from type paper 32, reduced the degree of difficulty of peeling off of gum sponge 31, operating personnel's use is more simple and convenient, promote work efficiency.

As shown in fig. 2, a smart roll 20 in a further embodiment of the present invention is different from the smart roll 10 in that the sensor unit 22 is disposed at a different position.

Frame 1 still includes extension rod 21, and it disposes in the front side of first bracing piece 7, and extension rod 21 is U type structure, and the both ends of U type structure are connected respectively on frame 1, and wherein, extension rod 21 sets up sensor unit 22 corresponding to the position that has arranged gum sponge 31 from the both sides of type paper 32, and it is located the below that gum sponge 31 extrudes first bracing piece 7.

In this embodiment, the number of the sensor units 22 is, for example, two, and the two sensor units 22 are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the release paper 32.

The sensor unit 22 is, for example, an optical sensor.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the frame 1, the first reel 2, the second reel 4, the first support bar 7, the second support bar 8, and the extension bar 21 of the smart roll 10, 20 are respectively assembled by lean tubes, which is convenient for assembly.

In other embodiments of the present invention, the frame, the first reel, the second reel, the first support rod, the second support rod, and the extension rod in the smart roll may be respectively welded to a stainless steel tube.

In conclusion, the invention provides an intelligent material roll, which can realize automatic supply of gum sponge, reeling of release paper and automatic stripping of gum sponge, solves the problem that the existing gum sponge is inconvenient to take and place, and can obviously improve the production efficiency.
