Technical Field

Background

Under the conventional condition, people are more accustomed to taking the pieces according to the unpacking sequence, and when the unpacking sequence is disordered due to network abnormality, the condition that the pieces are mistakenly taken is easy to happen. When a plurality of people take the articles at the same time, the risk of confusion and wrong articles taking is higher, the article taking person is required to check the articles to be taken and the grid numbers and then take the articles, but the packaging bag is opened to check the articles to be taken of other people, so that the article taking process is not polite and unsafe, and the article taking process is very complicated; of course, under the abnormal condition of the network, when the courier or the catering operator puts the to-be-picked piece into the express cabinet/receiving cabinet, and when a plurality of persons put the piece, the probability of putting the wrong grid is high, the courier needs to check the to-be-picked piece and the grid number and then put the piece, the operation is complicated and is not intuitive, and time is wasted. At present, most manufacturers make visual lattice prompt on a screen or a mobile phone by indicating the lattice number, but the technology does not support multiple persons to take and place the parts, or is easy to cause confusion and disorder of multiple persons to take and place the parts.

In a typical configuration of the present application, the terminal and the devices serving the network each include one or more processors (e.g., Central Processing Units (CPUs)), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.

When a client picks up a piece, the client or a display terminal (such as a pick-up cabinet/put-in cabinet screen) can initiate a piece picking operation; the receiving module described below is used for receiving pick-and-place information sent from the client or the display end.

In this embodiment, the information of the pick-and-place device includes: the combination of the text, the symbol, the image or the color information can provide the customer and the self to-be-taken or to-be-taken cabinet lattice corresponding to the to-be-taken. Preferably, in this embodiment, on the premise of prompting information such as text, corresponding prompting is performed through an additional color code, so that the risk of confusion and taking mistakes can be reduced.

As shown in fig. 2, the present application further provides an apparatus for simultaneously picking and placing articles by multiple persons by using multi-color lights, the apparatus comprising:

the receiving module is used for receiving pick-and-place information sent by the client or the display end;

the communication module uploads the pick-and-place information to a server;

the judging module is used for judging whether the number of the received pick-and-place information in the same time period exceeds N, and if the number of the pick-and-place information does not exceed N, distributing color codes with the number corresponding to the pick-and-place information to the client and/or the display end for display; if the number of the picking and placing information exceeds N, delaying the (N + 1) th picking and placing information and the subsequent picking and placing information to the next time period to distribute color codes, wherein N is more than or equal to 2;

and the grid opening module responds to the picking and placing information request and sends a grid opening instruction to the corresponding grid opening.

In this embodiment, the client may be an intelligent device such as a smart phone and a tablet computer that supports image, text, and color display; the display end can be a display screen of the pickup cabinet/delivery cabinet.

When a client fetches a piece, the client can initiate a piece fetching operation through the client or a display end (such as a piece fetching cabinet/piece sending cabinet screen); the receiving module is used for receiving the pick-and-place information sent by the client or the display end.

A client sends a pickup application at a mobile phone end;

the server (such as a cloud platform) judges whether a piece exists or not, and if not, a piece-taking-out-not prompt is returned;

if yes, judging whether the current time interval is the only client;

if so, assigning default colors, sending a part-fetching instruction and a color-matching instruction to the server control module by the server, forwarding the color-matching instruction to the grid light control module by the server control module, and adjusting the grid light to be corresponding color matching by the grid light control module; meanwhile, the server feeds back a color matching instruction to the mobile phone, and color matching is prompted on the mobile phone app, the applet or the public number, so that a client can conveniently take a part;

if not, judging whether the color is within 5 clients or not, if so, distributing the color according to the queuing sequence of the clients, sending an extraction instruction and a color matching instruction to the server control module by the server, forwarding the color matching instruction to the grid light control module by the server control module, and adjusting the grid light to be correspondingly matched; meanwhile, the server feeds back a color matching instruction to the mobile phone, and color matching is prompted on the mobile phone app, the applet or the public number, so that a client can conveniently take a part;

after judgment, if the number of the clients exceeds 5, the clients in the 6 th order and later are delayed to be processed and queued to the next time interval; then judging whether the current time interval is the only client or not through the server; and then continuing according to the steps until all clients finish taking the parts.

Of course, it should be noted that when the sum of the number of the taking and placing pieces is less than or equal to 5, the taking and placing pieces can be performed simultaneously, otherwise, the number is exceeded, and the next time period is started. Wherein, the time period can be preset to be 1min, 2min and the like, and can be adjusted according to the actual situation.

The method and the device have the advantages that the different colors of the light of the cell openings are controlled, so that a user can be intuitively reminded of the corresponding cell opening of the user to which the to-be-taken or to-be-placed piece corresponds, and when a plurality of people take and place the pieces at the same time, the possibility of confusion and wrong taking can be reduced through the different colors of the people; this application can realize that many people get piece simultaneously, many people put piece simultaneously or get piece, put the piece and carry out the operation simultaneously, through adopting the colour sign indicating number that differs respectively to customer, improves when reducing to obscure the probability of taking the mistake and gets the efficiency of putting the piece. Therefore, the method has good market application prospect.

The above is merely an example of one specific implementation method, and of course, in the specific implementation process, the operation method may be adjusted according to actual needs, and does not limit the scope of the present application.

It should be noted that the present application may be implemented in software and/or a combination of software and hardware, for example, implemented using Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), general purpose computers or any other similar hardware devices. In one embodiment, the software programs of the present application may be executed by a processor to implement the above steps or functions. Likewise, the software programs (including associated data structures) of the present application may be stored in a computer readable recording medium, such as RAM memory, magnetic or optical drive or diskette and the like. Additionally, some of the steps or functions of the present application may be implemented in hardware, for example, as circuitry that cooperates with the processor to perform various steps or functions.
