At present, after the copper-free hole is manufactured, the detection is generally carried out by adopting a visual inspection mode. The visual inspection method mainly has the following problems:

(1) when the number of the copper-free holes of the PNL plate is large, the visual fatigue problem is prominent along with the increase of visual inspection time, and the visual inspection effect is rapidly reduced;

(2) visual inspection has large harm to the eyesight of people, low visual inspection efficiency, high omission factor, more people required for visual inspection and high labor cost;

(3) visual inspection has poor control effect on the problem of no copper hole, the problems of copper slag, semi-through holes and the like in the hole are difficult to detect, and the omission factor is high.
