White carbon black is a general term for white powdery X-ray amorphous silicic acid and silicate products, mainly refers to precipitated silica, fumed silica and ultrafine silica gel, and also includes powdery synthetic aluminum silicate, calcium silicate and the like; white carbon black is a porous substance, and the composition of the white carbon black can be represented by SiO2 & nH2O, wherein nH2O exists in the form of surface hydroxyl, can be dissolved in caustic alkali and hydrofluoric acid, and cannot be dissolved in water, solvent and acid (except the hydrofluoric acid); the white carbon black is high-temperature resistant, non-combustible, tasteless, odorless and good in electrical insulating property; the white carbon black is mainly divided into precipitated white carbon black and gas-phase white carbon black according to the production method, the gas-phase white carbon black is white amorphous flocculent semi-transparent solid colloidal nano particles (the particle size is less than 100nm) in a normal state, is nontoxic and has huge specific surface area; the fumed silica is completely nano silicon dioxide, the product purity can reach 99%, the particle size can reach 10-20 nm, but the preparation process is complex and the price is high; the precipitated silica is further divided into traditional precipitated silica and special precipitated silica, wherein the former is silica produced by using sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, CO2 and water glass as basic raw materials, and the latter is silica produced by adopting a special method such as a supergravity technology, a sol-gel method, a chemical crystal method, a secondary crystallization method or a reversed-phase micelle microemulsion method; the white carbon black is used as an environment-friendly auxiliary agent with excellent performance and is mainly used in the fields of rubber products (including high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber), textiles, papermaking, pesticides and food additives; the precipitated white carbon black is mainly used as a reinforcing agent of natural rubber and synthetic rubber, a toothpaste friction agent and the like; the fumed silica is mainly used as a reinforcing agent, a coating and an unsaturated resin thickener of silicone rubber, and the ultrafine silica gel and the aerogel are mainly used as a coating matting agent, a thickener, a plastic film opening agent and the like; the traditional method for preparing the white carbon black utilizes sodium silicate, silicon tetrachloride and ethyl orthosilicate as silicon sources, and has high cost except the sodium silicate; the white carbon black is in a loose flocculent state after being subjected to gas phase deposition, and therefore, the white carbon black needs to be compacted so as to be further classified, packaged and transported.

The current white carbon black compacting device has the following problems:

1. the existing white carbon black compacting device structure can not automatically ensure that the weight and the volume of each white carbon black pressed block finished product are kept within the set error in the white carbon black pressing process.

2. The current white carbon black compacting device can not ensure that the internal density of each white carbon black pressed block is uniform.

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a white carbon black compacting device and a using method thereof, and solves the problems that the existing white carbon black compacting device structure can not automatically ensure that the weight and the volume of each finished white carbon black compacting block are kept within the set error in the white carbon black compacting process, and the internal density of each white carbon black compacting block is uniform.

As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the other side of the bottom end of the rack is fixedly provided with a transverse guide rail, a groove-shaped bearing disc is supported and connected on the transverse guide rail, and notches on the groove-shaped bearing disc correspond to outlets of the stepping conveying grooves one by one.

The invention also provides a using method of the white carbon black compacting device, which comprises the following steps:

s1, a bottom die feeding process, namely placing a fixed bottom die in a die feeding groove, then enabling the fixed bottom die to enter an inlet of a stepping conveying groove through the die feeding groove, enabling an electric telescopic rod to move in a reciprocating mode at the moment, pushing the fixed bottom die entering the stepping conveying groove equidistantly, and enabling the pushing distance to be equal to the side length or the diameter of the fixed bottom die, so that the bottom die is fed in a stepping mode;

s2, a raw material injection procedure, namely communicating a container containing the loose white carbon black with a delivery pump, starting the delivery pump to pump the loose white carbon black to the top side of a stepping delivery chute until the loose white carbon black falls into a fixed bottom die at the bottom end of the delivery pump;

s3, a material homogenizing procedure, namely adjusting the height of a scraping plate through a screw to enable the bottom edge of the scraping plate to be equal to the top edge of a fixed bottom die, scraping redundant white carbon black raw materials in the fixed bottom die by the scraping plate, moving the fixed bottom die containing white carbon black to the top end of an electric vibrator, starting the electric vibrator to vibrate the bottom end of the fixed bottom die, and shaking the white carbon black raw materials contained in the fixed bottom die to be in a uniform state;

s4, a compaction procedure, wherein when a fixed bottom die containing white carbon black moves to the center position of a bearing table in a stepping mode, a telescopic electric cylinder is started, the telescopic electric cylinder pushes a compaction top die to press downwards, meanwhile, a push rod of the compaction top die drives a rack to be meshed with a transmission gear to rotate, further, a driven rack is meshed with a driven rack to drive a lifting positioning block to move upwards, the fixed bottom die and the compaction top die at the top end of the lifting positioning block are lifted by the lifting positioning block to mutually impact, the white carbon black in a loose state contained in the fixed bottom die is compacted, after the pressing is finished, the telescopic electric cylinder drives the compaction top die to move upwards, the lifting positioning block moves downwards simultaneously, the fixed bottom die falls into a stepping conveying groove again;

and S5, arranging and storing, namely, when the fixed bottom die penetrates out of an outlet of the stepping conveying groove, the fixed bottom die enters the groove openings on the groove-shaped bearing disc, when one row of groove openings are filled, the groove-shaped bearing disc moves for a groove opening interval along the transverse guide rail, and the compacted white carbon black is uniformly distributed and arranged.

1. according to the white carbon black compacting device and the using method thereof, the height of the scraping plate is adjusted through the screws, so that the bottom edge of the material-saving scraping plate is equal to the top edge of the fixed die block, and at the moment, redundant white carbon black raw materials in the fixed die block are scraped by the scraping plate, so that the weight of white carbon black filled in each fixed die block is approximately equal, and the pressed white carbon black blocks are uniform in weight and volume.

2. According to the white carbon black compacting device and the using method thereof, after the electric vibrator inputs the alternating current, the electric vibrator vibrates along with the frequency of the alternating current under electromagnetic induction, and transmits the vibration force to the bottom surface of the fixed die block, and at the moment, the white carbon black contained in the fixed die block is uniformly arranged in the vibration process, so that the white carbon black stamping blocks with uniform density are obtained more uniformly during stamping.
