The adoption of a clean, oil-free and cleaning-free method for preventing rust of the magnetic yoke punching sheet is an urgent desire of a power station.

6) Placing gas-phase antirust powder and allochroic silica gel drying agent: 200g (10 bags, 20g per bag) of gas phase rust-proof powder in a non-woven fabric bag and 1.5kg of allochroic silica gel desiccant are uniformly placed around the magnetic yoke punching sheet in the gas phase rust-proof film bag, and the gas phase rust-proof powder and the allochroic silica gel desiccant cannot be stacked together;

7) vacuumizing, and sealing the gas-phase antirust film by heat sealing: carrying out heat seal on the gas-phase antirust film bag by using a hand vice type sealing machine, and reserving a vacuum-pumping port; and (4) vacuumizing the gas-phase antirust film bag by adopting a dust collector at a reserved vacuumizing port, and then immediately performing heat sealing.

8) Vacuumizing and sealing the aluminum foil composite membrane in a heat sealing way: performing heat seal sealing on the aluminum foil composite film bag by using a continuous crawler-type sealing machine, and reserving a vacuumizing port; and (4) vacuumizing the aluminum foil composite film bag by adopting a dust collector at a reserved vacuumizing port, and then immediately performing heat sealing.

9) The wood beam and the screw are integrally fixed, so that the sealed packaging bag and the sealed box cannot be damaged.
