Technical Field

The invention relates to ink box feeding of a printer, in particular to a feeding device for an ink box head of the printer.

Background

Because the accurate requirement of the special shape of printer cartridge head and material loading angle, general loading attachment can not satisfy, also satisfies the accurate requirement of angle through manual operation at present, and it is well known that artifical material loading can have the efficiency problem, and the cost of labor is high.

Therefore, the present invention provides a feeding device capable of adjusting an angle of a cartridge head of a printer during a feeding process and ensuring a feeding efficiency.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a feeding device of a printer ink box head, which realizes full-automatic operation of feeding, does not need manual feeding, can adjust the feeding angle of the printer ink box head before feeding, then feeds, and can ensure the feeding efficiency.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a loading device for a printer cartridge head, the loading device comprising a bottom plate, a supporting mechanism, a sliding mechanism, a first rotating unit, a second rotating unit and a clamping unit;

the supporting mechanism is installed on the bottom plate, the sliding mechanism is connected to the supporting mechanism in a sliding mode, the first rotating unit is installed on the sliding mechanism, and the second rotating unit is installed on the first rotating unit;

the supporting mechanism comprises a first supporting unit and a second supporting unit which are respectively arranged on the bottom plate; the first supporting unit comprises a plurality of supporting vertical rods vertically arranged on the bottom plate and a first supporting cross rod connected with the plurality of supporting vertical rods, and reinforcing rods are connected among the plurality of supporting vertical rods; the second supporting unit comprises a supporting vertical frame vertically installed on the bottom plate and a second supporting cross rod installed on the supporting vertical frame; the first supporting cross rod and the second supporting cross rod are connected with the sliding mechanism in a sliding mode; the supporting vertical frame is arranged on the bottom plate through a plurality of triangular supports;

the sliding mechanism comprises a supporting plate, a transverse electric cylinder and a vertical electric cylinder, wherein the supporting plate is connected to the first supporting cross rod and the second supporting cross rod in a sliding mode; the first rotating unit is installed at the bottom end of the vertical plate; the vertical plate is also provided with a photographing unit, so that when the sliding mechanism slides, the photographing unit can photograph towards the ink box head on the material tray;

the first rotating unit comprises a driving motor which is arranged on the vertical electric cylinder through a fixing block and a first rotating piece which is fixedly connected to a driving shaft of the driving motor, and the second rotating unit is fixedly arranged on the first rotating piece, so that when the first rotating piece rotates, the second rotating unit can rotate along with the first rotating piece;

the second rotating unit comprises a transition frame fixedly arranged on the first rotating member, a servo motor arranged on the transition frame, a clamping member fixedly sleeved on a driving shaft of the servo motor, a fixed shaft connected to the clamping member and a fixed seat sleeved on the fixed shaft; an elastic section is arranged in the middle of the clamping piece, and a gap is formed between the fixed shaft and a driving shaft of the servo motor; the clamping unit comprises a fixed clamping block arranged on the fixed seat and two clamping clamps connected to the fixed clamping block in a sliding manner; when the two clamping clamps slide on the fixed clamping blocks, the ink box head can be clamped up or put down; and when the driving shaft of the servo motor rotates, the ink box heads clamped on the two clamping clamps can rotate.

Preferably, the first support cross bar and the second support cross bar are both provided with a sliding groove strip along the length direction; the supporting plate is connected to the two chute strips in a sliding manner;

the supporting vertical frame is also provided with a belt sliding unit, and the belt sliding unit comprises a belt driving wheel arranged on the supporting vertical frame, a plurality of transition wheels arranged on the supporting vertical frame, two driven wheels arranged along the length direction of the supporting vertical frame and a belt; the belt is encircled between the belt driving wheel, the plurality of transition wheels and the two driven wheels; the length direction of the belt between the two driven wheels is parallel to the length direction of the sliding groove strip; the layer board is in through fixed tray rigid coupling on the belt, works as belt drive wheel drives when the belt rotates, the layer board can follow the belt and follow two the spout strip slides.

Preferably, part of the outer periphery of the ink box head can be matched with the material receiving clamp, and a plurality of clamping grooves matched with the ink box head are further formed in the positions, matched with the ink box head, of the material receiving clamp; the lower pressing piece of the lower pressing unit is provided with two arc-shaped grooves matched with the ink box heads, the two arc-shaped grooves are concentrically arranged, and when the lower pressing piece presses the ink box heads downwards along the vertical direction, the ink box heads can be matched with the clamping grooves.

Preferably, a square notch is formed in the position, close to the double-layer material rack, of the bottom plate; the supporting frame is arranged at the position of the square notch and fixedly connected to the bottom plate; the support frame is provided with a plurality of elongated slots, and the material tray can slide along the elongated slots; and the support frame is also provided with a push-pull cylinder, and a push-pull stop piece is detachably connected to a sliding block of the push-pull cylinder, so that when the sliding block of the push-pull cylinder drives the push-pull stop piece to slide along the length direction of the long groove, the material trays placed on the long grooves can slide along the long grooves, and the material trays placed on the long grooves can move towards or away from the double-layer material rack.

The feeding device adjusts the angle position of the ink box head to the feeding process of the ink box head, is fully automatic, does not need manual feeding, and ensures the feeding efficiency.

Here, in the process of adjusting the angular position of the cartridge head, the clamping unit can rotate in the direction of the driving shaft of the servo motor 51 by the servo motor 51, and in conjunction with the present invention, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the servo motor 51 can move in two directions, and the relationship between the two directions is positive and negative, so that the angular position of the cartridge head can be adjusted more conveniently. An elastic section is arranged in the middle of the clamping piece 53, and a gap is formed between the fixed shaft 55 and a driving shaft of the servo motor 51; the clamping unit is provided with a small elastic telescopic space when the ink box head is taken up or put down, and the clamping unit plays a role in protecting the material disc or the material receiving mechanism and the ink box head.

In addition, a photographing unit 34 for photographing the cartridge head is mounted on the riser 33. That is, when a plurality of cartridge heads on the tray are arranged on the bottom plate 1, the angular position of the cartridge head is not required to be adjusted in advance by a person, the cartridge head is directly photographed by the photographing unit 34, then the angular position is sent to the angle controller, and after the angle controller receives the angular position, the cartridge head is clamped by the clamping unit and is adjusted to the set angular position by the second rotating unit.

It should be noted that the "set feeding program" refers to a feeding program implanted in a controller that controls the entire feeding device, for example, the ink cartridge heads may be sequentially removed in the transverse direction of the tray, or the ink cartridge heads may be sequentially removed in the vertical direction of the tray, or both the ink cartridge heads and the ink cartridge heads may be in diagonal directions; i.e. the replacement can be modified according to field requirements, which will not be described in detail here.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first support rail 22 and the second support rail 25 are provided with a slide groove strip along the length direction; the supporting plate 3 is connected to the two chute strips in a sliding manner;

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the feeding device further comprises a double-layer rack disposed near the bottom plate 1; the double-layer material rack comprises a feeding slideway 92 inclined towards the bottom plate 1 and a recovery slideway 91 inclined back to the bottom plate 1, and the recovery slideway 91 is arranged below the feeding slideway 92; the distance between two adjacent supporting vertical rods 21 is greater than or equal to the length of the material tray, so that the material tray on the feeding chute 92 can slide onto the bottom plate 1, and the material tray on the bottom plate 1 can slide onto the recovery chute 91. In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to make the tray on the bottom plate 1 keep stable during the loading process, two sets of positioning units are installed on the bottom plate 1 at positions close to the tray, and the two sets of positioning units are respectively arranged at two ends of the tray in the length direction; the positioning unit comprises a positioning cylinder 71, a sliding connecting piece 72 slidably mounted on the positioning cylinder 71 and two positioning pieces 74 fixedly connected on the sliding connecting piece 72; the tray is provided with a positioning groove 73 matched with the positioning piece 74; so that the position of the tray can be fixed when the positioning elements 74 of the two sets of positioning units are matched with the positioning grooves 73 on the tray. Here, the slide connector 72 can slide on the positioning cylinder 71 to achieve whether the positioning groove 73 is engaged with the positioning member 74.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the loading device further comprises a receiving mechanism, wherein the receiving mechanism comprises an upward pushing unit 82 installed on the bottom plate 1, a receiving clamp 81 detachably connected to the upward pushing unit 82, and a downward pressing unit 83 connected to the receiving clamp 81; when the two holding clips 57 hold the cartridge head and move towards the receiving clip 81, the push-up unit 82 moves upward in the vertical direction so that the two holding clips 57 can place the cartridge head on the receiving clip 81; and the pressing unit 83 moves downward in the vertical direction so that the pressing member 84 of the pressing unit 83 can press the cartridge head. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to prevent the position of the supporting plate 3 from moving excessively and maintain stability during movement, a rolling bar is further installed at an intermediate position of the supporting stand 24, one end of the rolling bar is fixed to the supporting plate 3, and the length of the rolling bar is 1/2-2/3.

The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are within the protective scope of the present invention.
