Background

A power compartment such as an electric compartment of a motor vehicle such as an electric bus or an electric truck is generally provided at a rear portion thereof. In the daily running process of the motor vehicle, the power cabin arranged at the tail part of the motor vehicle is easy to accumulate dust. Because the power compartment is excessively accumulated dust, which can cause damage to electric appliances or internal combustion engines in the power compartment, the power compartment of the electric bus needs to be periodically dedusted.

One known device for dedusting a power compartment of a motor vehicle includes a nozzle, a robot arm, a dust cage, and a dust collector. The nozzle is communicated with high-pressure gas, the nozzle is installed on the mechanical arm, the mechanical arm is installed in the dust collection cover, and the dust collection cover is communicated with the dust collector through a pipeline. The high pressure gas at the nozzle may form a jet, thereby blowing off dust in the power pod. The mechanical arm can drive the nozzle to move in the dust collection cover, so that dust at each position in the power cabin can be blown off. The dust hood can cover the opening of the power cabin to seal the power cabin, so that blown dust is prevented from flying out of the power cabin to pollute the external environment. The dust collector is used for extracting and collecting dust blown off from the power cabin, so that the aim of removing dust from the power cabin is fulfilled.

In order to be suitable for the multiple motor vehicles with the power cabins at different heights and the motor vehicles with an upper power cabin and a lower power cabin arranged at the tail parts of the motor vehicles, the existing motor vehicle power cabin dust removal device further comprises a lifting assembly and a supporting platform, a nozzle, a mechanical arm, a dust collection cover and a dust collector are all installed on the supporting platform, the lifting assembly is installed below the supporting platform and used for driving the dust collection cover to lift by utilizing the self expansion and contraction, and therefore the dust collection cover can be in butt joint with the power cabins at different heights. And because the weight of the dust hood, the mechanical arm and the dust collector is heavier, the existing lifting component is a hydraulic cylinder for reducing the labor intensity and stably supporting the dust hood.

However, when the power compartment is located at a higher position, in order to drive the dust collection cover to a position opposite to the power compartment, the reciprocating range of the lifting hydraulic cylinder needs to be larger, so that the existing dust removal device for the power compartment of the motor vehicle not only has higher requirement on the output pressure of the hydraulic cylinder, but also has higher requirement on the moving stroke of the hydraulic cylinder, and a special hydraulic cylinder, such as a plunger hydraulic cylinder, needs to be adopted, thus leading to higher cost of the lifting assembly.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a motor vehicle power compartment dust removal device, which solves the technical problem that when a power compartment is located at a higher position in the prior art, the reciprocating motion range of a lifting hydraulic cylinder needs to be larger in order to drive a dust collection cover to the position opposite to the power compartment, so that the existing motor vehicle power compartment dust removal device has higher requirements on the output pressure of the hydraulic cylinder and the moving stroke of the hydraulic cylinder, and needs to adopt a special hydraulic cylinder, such as a plunger hydraulic cylinder, so that the cost of a lifting assembly is higher.
