The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a high-precision foaming device which has the advantages of small pumping amount of a foaming agent, accurate control, high use efficiency of the foaming agent, low use cost, difficult blockage of a pipeline, smooth pipeline flowing, difficult pollution and damage of a pump body, long use period, low use cost, good use effect, good user experience and capability of effectively meeting use requirements, and water does not pass through the pump body.

As an improvement to the present invention, the air supply is a high pressure pump.

As a further improvement of the invention, the pressure of the air source is 50-150 Kpa.

Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Referring to fig. 1, a high-precision foaming device comprises an air source 1, a first three-way pipe 2, a one-way valve 3, a foaming agent container 4, a peristaltic pump 5, a second three-way pipe 6, a mixing container 7 and a foaming device 8, wherein a left inlet of the first three-way pipe 2 is communicated with an air path of the air source, the air source 1 is a high-pressure pump, other air sources capable of generating air can be selected and used, the high-pressure pump is not limited to, the pressure of the air source 1 is 50-150Kpa, experiments show that the pressure of the air source can be controlled within a range to achieve the best use effect, and when the pressure of the air source is 50-15 Kpa, the foaming agent can be effectively extruded and the pipeline can smoothly flow;

the check valve 3 is arranged on a pipeline between the left inlet of the first three-way pipe 2 and the air source 1, and is used for preventing air flow from returning to bring water and foaming agent back;

the upper inlet of the first three-way pipe 2 is communicated with an external water source through a pipeline, the external water source is tap water or a water pump, and the external water source can be tap water directly or external water is pumped into the first three-way pipe through the water pump and then is connected;

the right outlet of the first three-way pipe 2 is communicated with the left inlet pipeline of the second three-way pipe 6, the air flow pushes the water forwards, an inlet at the lower side of the second three-way pipe 6 is communicated with an outlet pipeline of the peristaltic pump 5, an inlet of the peristaltic pump 5 passes through the upper end cover 41 of the foaming agent container 4 through a pipeline and extends to the inner bottom of the foaming agent container, the foaming agent in the foaming agent container is accurately pumped out by the peristaltic pump, the pumping quantity is small, the foaming agent is pre-mixed with water in the second tee pipe after being pumped out, the right outlet of the second three-way pipe 6 is communicated with a pipeline of a mixing container 7, premixed water and a foaming agent are pushed by airflow to be fully mixed in the mixing container, mixing container 7 and 8 pipeline intercommunications of foamer, foamer 8 extends forward wherein through the pipeline, and the mixed liquid of intensive mixing foams and sprays out in the foamer.

The working principle of the foaming device is briefly described as follows: the air source pushes the entering water forwards through the first tee joint, meanwhile, the peristaltic pump pumps the foaming agent out to be mixed with the water and pushes the mixture into the mixing container to be mixed uniformly, and finally bubbles meeting the requirements are blown out through the foaming device under the action of air pressure.
