A high accuracy foaming device which characterized in that: the foaming agent foaming device comprises an air source (1), a first three-way pipe (2), a one-way valve (3), a foaming agent container (4), a peristaltic pump (5), a second three-way pipe (6), a mixing container (7) and a foaming device (8), wherein a left inlet of the first three-way pipe (2) is communicated with an air path of the air source (1), the one-way valve (3) is arranged on a pipeline between the left inlet of the first three-way pipe (2) and the air source (1), an upper inlet of the first three-way pipe (2) is communicated with an external water source through a pipeline, a right outlet of the first three-way pipe is communicated with an inlet pipeline at the left side of the second three-way pipe (6), a lower inlet of the second three-way pipe (6) is communicated with an outlet pipeline of the peristaltic pump (5), an inlet of the peristaltic pump (5) passes through an upper end cover (41) of the foaming agent container (4) through a pipeline and extends to the inner bottom of the foaming agent container (4), the right outlet of the second three-way pipe (6) is communicated with a mixing container (7) through a pipeline, the mixing container (7) is communicated with a foam maker (8) through a pipeline, and the foam maker (8) extends forwards through the pipeline.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of bathrooms, and particularly relates to a high-precision foaming device which is good in using effect, excellent in user experience and accurate in control.

Background

In some products, foam is needed to assist in use, and the foam is generally generated through a foaming device, such as a toilet bowl, a shower head and the like in a bathroom, a foaming product has been developed and patented by the company in the last year, the use process of the foaming product is that water and a foaming agent simultaneously enter a water pump (a foam pump) to be mixed and then pumped out, the structure that the water and the foaming agent are simultaneously pumped into the pump body by the water pump to be mixed and pumped out can meet certain use requirements, but the defects are large, the water and the foaming agent simultaneously enter the pump body, the foaming agent pumped out at one time has large dosage, the control is not accurate enough, the using amount of the foaming agent is large, the using efficiency is low, a pipeline is easy to block, the pipeline does not flow smoothly, the using effect is not ideal, the user experience is poor, the viscosity of the foaming agent is large, the inner part of the pump body is easy to be polluted and damaged, the pump body has a short service cycle and high use cost, and needs to be frequently replaced and maintained, the use is troublesome inconvenient, and water and foamer process the pump body, crosses the water noise big, further reduces result of use and user experience, can't effectively satisfy the user demand.

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a high-precision foaming device which has the advantages of small pumping amount of a foaming agent, accurate control, high use efficiency of the foaming agent, low use cost, difficult blockage of a pipeline, smooth pipeline flowing, difficult pollution and damage of a pump body, long use period, low use cost, good use effect, good user experience and capability of effectively meeting use requirements, and water does not pass through the pump body.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems that the foaming agent in the prior art has large primary pumping output, inaccurate control, large foaming agent consumption, low use efficiency, easy blockage of a pump pipeline, unsmooth pipeline flow, unsatisfactory use effect, poor user experience, large foaming agent viscosity, easy pollution and damage of parts in the pump body, short pump body use period, high use cost, frequent replacement and maintenance, inconvenient use, large water passing noise of water passing through the pump body, further reduction of use effect and user experience, incapability of effectively meeting use requirements and the like, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

the invention provides a high-precision foaming device, which comprises an air source, a first three-way pipe, a one-way valve, a foaming agent container, a peristaltic pump, a second three-way pipe, a mixing container and a foaming device, the left inlet of the first three-way pipe is communicated with the gas path of the gas source, the one-way valve is arranged on the pipeline between the left inlet of the first three-way pipe and the gas source, the upper inlet of the first three-way pipe is communicated with an external water source through a pipeline, the right outlet of the first three-way pipe is communicated with the left inlet pipeline of the second three-way pipe, an inlet at the lower side of the second three-way pipe is communicated with an outlet pipeline of the peristaltic pump, an inlet of the peristaltic pump passes through an upper end cover of the foaming agent container through a pipeline and extends to the bottom in the foaming agent container, the right side outlet of the second three-way pipe is communicated with a mixing container pipeline, the mixing container is communicated with a foaming device pipeline, and the foaming device extends forwards through the pipeline.

As an improvement to the present invention, the air supply is a high pressure pump.

As a further improvement of the invention, the pressure of the air source is 50-150 Kpa.

Detailed Description

Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Referring to fig. 1, a high-precision foaming device comprises an air source 1, a first three-way pipe 2, a one-way valve 3, a foaming agent container 4, a peristaltic pump 5, a second three-way pipe 6, a mixing container 7 and a foaming device 8, wherein a left inlet of the first three-way pipe 2 is communicated with an air path of the air source, the air source 1 is a high-pressure pump, other air sources capable of generating air can be selected and used, the high-pressure pump is not limited to, the pressure of the air source 1 is 50-150Kpa, experiments show that the pressure of the air source can be controlled within a range to achieve the best use effect, and when the pressure of the air source is 50-15 Kpa, the foaming agent can be effectively extruded and the pipeline can smoothly flow;

the check valve 3 is arranged on a pipeline between the left inlet of the first three-way pipe 2 and the air source 1, and is used for preventing air flow from returning to bring water and foaming agent back;

the upper inlet of the first three-way pipe 2 is communicated with an external water source through a pipeline, the external water source is tap water or a water pump, and the external water source can be tap water directly or external water is pumped into the first three-way pipe through the water pump and then is connected;

the right outlet of the first three-way pipe 2 is communicated with the left inlet pipeline of the second three-way pipe 6, the air flow pushes the water forwards, an inlet at the lower side of the second three-way pipe 6 is communicated with an outlet pipeline of the peristaltic pump 5, an inlet of the peristaltic pump 5 passes through the upper end cover 41 of the foaming agent container 4 through a pipeline and extends to the inner bottom of the foaming agent container, the foaming agent in the foaming agent container is accurately pumped out by the peristaltic pump, the pumping quantity is small, the foaming agent is pre-mixed with water in the second tee pipe after being pumped out, the right outlet of the second three-way pipe 6 is communicated with a pipeline of a mixing container 7, premixed water and a foaming agent are pushed by airflow to be fully mixed in the mixing container, mixing container 7 and 8 pipeline intercommunications of foamer, foamer 8 extends forward wherein through the pipeline, and the mixed liquid of intensive mixing foams and sprays out in the foamer.

The working principle of the foaming device is briefly described as follows: the air source pushes the entering water forwards through the first tee joint, meanwhile, the peristaltic pump pumps the foaming agent out to be mixed with the water and pushes the mixture into the mixing container to be mixed uniformly, and finally bubbles meeting the requirements are blown out through the foaming device under the action of air pressure.
