The contact arrangement as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the card holder has two side walls facing away from each other, the two side walls being located on two sides of a direction from the card-entering end to the fixing end, respectively, the contact arrangement further comprising a card holder fixing shaft penetrating through the card holder in a direction from one side wall to the other side wall, at least one end of the card holder fixing shaft being arranged to protrude from the side wall for connection with a card reader.

10. A card reader, characterized in that it comprises a contact arrangement according to any of claims 1 to 9.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of card readers, in particular to a contact device and a card reader using the contact device.

Background

The contact device of the existing card (IC card) usually comprises a base and a spring contact pin arranged on the base, when the card is inserted into the contact device, the contact surface of the card is abutted to the spring contact pin, so that the conduction between the card and a circuit board is realized through the spring contact pin, but the extension direction of the spring contact pin is consistent with the insertion direction of the card, so that the contact surface of the card and the spring contact pin are both subjected to large abrasion, and the service life of the contact device is shortened.

The above is only for the purpose of assisting understanding of the technical solutions of the present application, and does not represent an admission that the above is prior art.

Disclosure of Invention

The main object of the present invention is to provide a contact device, which aims to reduce the wear of the contact surface of the card and the spring contact pins so as to prolong the service life of the contact device.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a contact device, including:

the card holder is provided with a card entering end and a fixed end, the card entering end is used for inserting a card, and the fixed end is used for fixing the card; and

In an embodiment of the present invention, an extending direction of a projection of the contact pin on the surface of the card socket toward the fixed end is defined as a first direction, a direction from the card entering end to the fixed end is defined as a second direction, and an included angle between the first direction and the second direction is α, then a condition is satisfied: alpha is more than or equal to 5 degrees and less than or equal to 15 degrees.

In an embodiment of the present invention, an angle α between the first direction and the second direction is 10 °.

In an embodiment of the invention, the spring contact pin further includes a connecting portion, one end of the connecting portion is connected to the spring body, the other end of the connecting portion is connected to the pin, and an extending direction of the connecting portion and an extending direction of the pin form an included angle.

In an embodiment of the invention, an extending direction of the connecting portion is consistent with an extending direction of a projection of the contact pin on the surface of the card seat.

In an embodiment of the invention, the card holder is provided with a first surface and a second surface which are oppositely arranged, the first surface is provided with an installation groove, the second surface is provided with a through hole communicated with the installation groove, the spring body is arranged in the installation groove, the contact pin protrudes out of the first surface from a notch of the installation groove, and the pin penetrates through the through hole and protrudes out of the second surface.

In an embodiment of the invention, the mounting groove is disposed obliquely along a direction from the card-entering end to the fixing end.

In an embodiment of the invention, the contact device further includes a spring fixing shaft, a connecting hole is formed in a groove wall of the mounting groove, the spring fixing shaft penetrates through the connecting hole and the spring body, and an included angle is formed between an extending direction of the spring fixing shaft and a direction from the card entering end to the fixing end.

In an embodiment of the invention, the card holder has two side walls oppositely disposed, the two side walls are respectively located at two sides of a direction from the card entering end to the fixed end, the contact device further includes a card holder fixing shaft, the card holder fixing shaft penetrates through the card holder along a direction from one side wall to the other side wall, and at least one end of the card holder fixing shaft protrudes from the side wall for connecting with a card reader.

The invention also proposes a card reader comprising a contact arrangement comprising:

According to the technical scheme, the contact device is electrically connected with the circuit board through the pins of the spring contact pins, the bent portions of the contact pins are abutted to the card, the spring contact pins are directly conducted with the card and the circuit board through the elastic force of the spring contact pins, the arrangement direction of the contact pins (namely the extending direction of the projection of the contact pins on the surface of the card holder) and the direction from the card entering end to the fixed end are arranged at an included angle, so that the situation that the arrangement direction of the contact pins is consistent with the plug-in direction of the card is avoided, the abrasion of the contact surface of the card and the spring contact pins is reduced, and the service life of the contact device is prolonged. That is, the technical scheme of the invention reduces the abrasion of the contact surface of the card and the spring contact pin and prolongs the service life of the contact device.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

The invention provides a contact device 100, aiming at reducing the abrasion of the contact surface of a card and a spring contact pin 20 so as to prolong the service life of the contact device 100.

Referring to fig. 1 to fig. 6, in an embodiment of the contact device 100 of the present invention, the contact device 100 includes:

the card holder 10 is provided with a card inlet end 11 and a fixed end 12, wherein the card inlet end 11 is used for inserting a card, and the fixed end 12 is used for fixing the card; and

the spring contact pin 20 is arranged on the card holder 10, the spring contact pin 20 includes a spring body 21, a pin 22 and a contact pin 23, the pin 22 is arranged at one end of the spring body 21 and extends towards the bottom of the card holder 10, the pin 22 is used for being electrically connected with a circuit board, the contact pin 23 is arranged at one end of the spring body 21 deviating from the pin 22 and obliquely extends towards the top of the card holder 10, the contact pin 23 protrudes out of the card holder 10 and is bent towards the direction of the card holder 10, a bent part of the contact pin 23 is used for being abutted against a card, and the extending direction of the projection of the surface of the card holder 10 of the contact pin 23 is arranged at an included angle with the direction from the card entering end 11 to the fixed end 12.

In this embodiment, the card seat 10 is substantially a square structure. The fixed end 12 of the card holder 10 is provided with a baffle 70 towards the top of the card holder 10, and the card is inserted into the contact device 100 from the card-entering end 11 until the card is inserted into the fixed end 12, and the card is stopped from being inserted under the limiting action of the baffle 70, at this time, the card is fixed at the fixed end 12.

Further, in order to improve the stability of the spring contact pin 20 in use, the contact pin 23 is disposed to be inclined toward the card insertion end 11. Since the card is usually relatively slow when inserted, but when the card is pulled out, the user sometimes pulls out the card rapidly, and if the contact pins 23 are inclined in a direction away from the card insertion end 11, the spring contact pins 20 may be flipped over to affect the stability when pulling out the card rapidly.

The contact pin 23 comprises a first contact pin 23 and a second contact pin 23 which are arranged at an included angle, the joint of the first contact pin 23 and the second contact pin 23 (namely, the bending part of the contact pin 23) is a contact 231, and the contact 231 is arranged in an arc shape so as to reduce the friction between the contact surface of the card and the contact 231 and further reduce the abrasion to the card and the contact 231. The spring body 21 is a torsion spring wound spirally.

Therefore, it can be understood that, in the technical solution of the present invention, the contact device 100 is electrically connected to the circuit board through the pin 22 of the spring contact pin 20, and the bent portion of the contact pin 23 abuts against the card, the spring contact pin 20 is directly conducted with the card and the circuit board by using the elastic force of the spring contact pin 20, and the setting direction of the contact pin 23 (i.e. the extending direction of the projection of the contact pin 23 on the surface of the card holder 10) is set at an angle with the direction from the card-entering end 11 to the fixed end 12, because the card is firstly contacted with the inclined surface of the contact pin 23 facing the card-entering end 11 during the insertion process, and is finally abutted against the bent portion of the contact pin 23 by the inclined surface, the contact surface of the card has a plurality of metal sheets arranged in a strip shape, the metal sheets are arranged along the insertion and extraction direction of the card, and a plastic substrate is arranged between two adjacent metal sheets, when the setting direction of the contact pin 23, after the card slides in from the card entering end 11 and contacts with the contact pin 23, the contact pin 23 always rubs against the metal sheet of the contact surface, and when the arrangement direction of the contact pin 23 forms an included angle with the direction from the card entering end 11 to the fixed end 12, after the card slides in from the card entering end 11 and contacts with the contact pin 23, the contact pin 23 first rubs against the plastic substrate of the contact surface, and during the moving process of the card, the contact pin 23 slides into the metal sheet from the side edge of the metal sheet and then rubs against the metal sheet, so that the friction distance between the contact pin 23 and the metal sheet is reduced, that is, the abrasion between the contact pin 23 and the card is reduced, and the service life of the contact device 100 is prolonged. That is, the technical solution of the present invention reduces the wear of the contact surface of the card and the spring contact pin 20, and improves the service life of the contact device 100.

Referring to fig. 4, in an embodiment of the contact device 100 of the present invention, an extending direction of a projection of the contact pin 23 on the surface of the card holder 10 toward the fixed end 12 is defined as a first direction, a direction from the card entering end 11 to the fixed end 12 is defined as a second direction, and an included angle between the first direction and the second direction is α, then a condition is satisfied: alpha is more than or equal to 5 degrees and less than or equal to 15 degrees.

It can be understood that when the included angle between the first direction and the second direction is too large, the contact area between the card and the contact 231 of the contact device 100 is too small after the card is inserted into the contact device 100, which may easily result in poor contact between the card and the contact 231; when the included angle between the first direction and the second direction is too small, the effect of reducing the abrasion between the card contact surface and the contact 231 is not good. Therefore, the included angle between the first direction and the second direction is maintained at 5-15 degrees, the abrasion between the card contact surface and the contact 231 can be reduced, and the poor contact between the card and the contact 231 can be avoided.

Further, an angle α between the first direction and the second direction is 10 °.

It will be appreciated that in order to reduce wear between the card contact surface and the contacts 231 as much as possible whilst avoiding poor contact between the card and the contacts 231, it is preferred that the angle between the first and second directions is 10 °.

Referring to fig. 2, 5 and 6, in an embodiment of the contact device 100 of the present invention, the spring contact pin 20 further includes a connection portion 24, one end of the connection portion 24 is connected to the spring body 21, and the other end is connected to the pin 22, and an extending direction of the connection portion 24 and an extending direction of the pin 22 form an included angle.

In this embodiment, the spring body 21, the pin 22, the contact pin 23 and the connection portion 24 of the spring contact pin 20 are integrally formed as a conductive structure, and the pin 22 is fixed to the circuit board by soldering.

It will be appreciated that in order to improve the stability of the use of the spring contact pins 20, the pins 22 are electrically connected to the spring body 21 using the connection portions 24.

Referring to fig. 2, fig. 5 and fig. 6, in an embodiment of the contact device 100 of the present invention, an extending direction of the connecting portion 24 is consistent with an extending direction of a projection of the contact pin 23 on the surface of the card socket 10.

In this embodiment, a fixing platform is convexly disposed at the bottom of the mounting groove 13, and one side of the connecting portion 24 facing the bottom of the card socket 10 abuts against the fixing platform, so as to improve the stability of the connecting portion 24.

It will be appreciated that, in order to further improve the stability of the spring contact pin 20, the extension direction of the connecting portion 24 is made to coincide with the extension direction of the projection of the contact pin 23 on the surface of the card holder 10, and this arrangement also facilitates the mounting of the spring contact pin 20.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, in an embodiment of the contact device 100 of the present invention, the card socket 10 is provided with a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other, the first surface is provided with an installation groove 13, the second surface is provided with a through hole 14 communicating with the installation groove 13, the spring body 21 is provided in the installation groove 13, the contact pin 23 protrudes from the first surface from a notch of the installation groove 13, and the pin 22 penetrates through the through hole 14 and protrudes from the second surface.

In this embodiment, the mounting grooves 13 are provided with a plurality of mounting grooves 13, and the mounting grooves 13 are provided with two rows, each row is provided with four mounting grooves 13, that is, eight mounting grooves 13 and eight through holes 14 are provided, and the bottom of each mounting groove 13 is provided with a through hole 14 communicated therewith. Eight spring contact pins 20 are provided, and one spring contact pin 20 is mounted in each mounting groove 13.

It can be understood that, in order to improve the installation stability of the spring contact pin 20 and the structural compactness of the contact 231 device 100, the spring body 21 is disposed in the installation groove 13, and the contact pin 23 protrudes from the notch of the installation groove 13 to the first surface, and the pin 22 is disposed through the installation groove 13 and protrudes from the second surface, so as to prevent the spring contact pin 20 from being exposed outside the card socket 10.

Further, the mounting groove 13 is disposed obliquely along a direction from the card insertion end 11 to the fixing end 12.

In the present embodiment, in order to better match the installation of the spring contact pin 20 to further improve the installation stability of the spring contact pin 20, the installation groove 13 is inclined in the direction from the card insertion end 11 to the fixed end 12.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 5, in an embodiment of the contact device 100 of the present invention, the contact device 100 further includes a spring fixing shaft 30, a connecting hole 131 is formed on a wall of the mounting groove 13, the spring fixing shaft 30 is inserted into the connecting hole 131 and the spring body 21, and an extending direction of the spring fixing shaft 30 forms an included angle with a direction from the card insertion end 11 to the fixing end 12.

In this embodiment, two spring fixing shafts 30 are provided, and each spring fixing shaft 30 is inserted into a spring body in the same row of spring contact pins 20.

It can be understood that the spring fixing shaft 30 is sequentially inserted through the connecting hole 131 and the spring body 21 so as to fix the spring body 21 in the mounting groove 13, so that the spring contact 231 is fixedly mounted in the card socket 10.

Further, the contact device 100 further includes two limiting shafts 50, each limiting shaft 50 is inserted into the mounting groove 13 in the same row, the end of the contact pin 23 of the spring contact pin 20 fixed in the mounting groove 13 is bent into the mounting groove 13 and forms a barb 232, and the barb 232 is fastened on the limiting shaft 50. Therefore, the spring body 21 and the contact pin 23 in the spring contact pin 20 are fixed in the mounting groove 13, so that the spring contact pin 20 is not turned over when the card is inserted and extracted, and the use stability of the spring contact pin 20 is further improved.

Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, a limiting block may also be protruded from the wall of the mounting groove 13, so that the barb 232 is buckled with the limiting block. Similarly, the arrangement also enables the spring body 21 and the contact pin 23 in the spring contact pin 20 to be fixed in the mounting groove 13, so that the spring contact pin 20 is not turned over when the card is inserted and extracted, and the use stability of the spring contact pin 20 is further improved.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, in an embodiment of the contact device 100 of the present invention, the card holder 10 has two side walls oppositely disposed, and the two side walls are respectively located at two sides of a direction from the card entering end 11 to the fixed end 12, the contact device 100 further includes a card holder fixing shaft 40, the card holder fixing shaft 40 penetrates through the card holder 10 along the direction from one side wall to the other side wall, and at least one end of the card holder fixing shaft 40 protrudes from the side wall for connecting with a card reader.

In this embodiment, the contact device 100 further includes a connecting rod 60, the connecting rod 60 may be a screw, a pin, or other connecting structure, the second surface is provided with a connecting groove 151 communicated with the fixing groove 15, the connecting rod 60 is inserted into the connecting groove 151 to abut against the holder fixing shaft 40, so as to fix the holder fixing shaft 40 in the fixing groove 15.

It can be understood that when the contact device 100 is applied to a card reader, the card holder fixing shaft 40 is sequentially inserted into the card reader and the card holder 10, and the card holder 10 can be conveniently and fixedly installed in the card reader by changing the clamp spring fixing mode into the connecting rod 60 fixing mode.

The present invention further provides a card reader, which includes the contact device 100, and the specific structure of the contact device 100 refers to the above embodiments, and since the card reader adopts all the technical solutions of all the above embodiments, the card reader at least has all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the above embodiments, and details are not repeated herein.
