Background

At present, intelligent kitchen utensils on the market comprise cooking utensils and edible material blanking devices, and when the cooking utensils are used for cooking, the edible material blanking devices are used for automatically adding edible materials to the cooking utensils, so that full-automatic cooking is realized.

In the culinary art in-process, need add in multiple different edible material to the cooking utensil usually, consequently current edible material unloader is equipped with a plurality of edible material containers usually with the different edible material of holding, every edible material container is equipped with an independent discharge gate, like this in the culinary art in-process, need to make the cooking utensil move to the discharge gate that aims at the edible material container that will unload in order to receive the edible material, consequently, current intelligent kitchen utensils and appliances need to establish in addition moving mechanism and make the cooking utensil can move respectively to aiming at each discharge gate, thereby lead to current intelligent kitchen utensils and appliances with high costs.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides an intelligent kitchen ware which comprises a cooking utensil and an edible material blanking device used for automatically adding edible materials into the cooking utensil, wherein the edible material blanking device comprises a plurality of material containing pieces, each material containing piece is provided with a material outlet, a movable block is arranged at the material outlet of each material containing piece, a blanking cavity is arranged in each movable block, the blanking cavity on each movable block is communicated with the material outlet of each material containing piece to contain the edible materials to be blanked, the movable blocks at the material outlets of the material containing pieces share the same blanking position in a time sharing mode, and the movable blocks move until the blanking cavities of the movable blocks reach the blanking position, so that the edible materials to be blanked are discharged.

Preferably, the movable block blocks a discharge hole of the material accommodating part in a state that the material discharging cavity of the movable block reaches the material discharging position.

Exemplary embodiments of the present application will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The intelligent kitchen ware is shown in fig. 1 and comprises a cooking vessel 101 and an edible material blanking device 102 for automatically adding edible materials into the cooking vessel 101, wherein the edible material blanking device 102 is positioned above the cooking vessel 101.

In this embodiment, the food automatically added to the cooking vessel 101 by the food discharging device 102 is seasoning, and the food discharging device 102 includes a mounting rack 1, a turntable 2, a rotating device 3 and a food container 4 as shown in fig. 2. The rotary table 2 is arranged below the mounting frame 1, the rotating shaft of the rotary table 2 is vertically arranged, the rotating device 3 is arranged above the mounting frame 1, and the rotating device 3 can drive the rotary table 2 to rotate around the rotating shaft; four edible material containers 4 are arranged on the rotary table 2 around the rotating shaft of the rotary table 2; be equipped with a plug-type electro-magnet 5 in the position that is close to carousel 2, plug-type electro-magnet 5 passes through connecting piece 6 to be installed in mounting bracket 1 below, and plug-type electro-magnet 5 has mobilizable telescopic link, and the telescopic link stretches out when plug-type electro-magnet 5 has got electric, and the telescopic link is returned when plug-type electro-magnet 5 loses the electricity, because plug-type electro-magnet 5 is current conventional device, no longer gives unnecessary details its detailed structure and theory of operation here.

As shown in fig. 5, two opposite sides of the movable block 9 are laterally protruded with a protrusion 11, each protrusion 11 is laterally protruded with a guide post 12 along the movable block 9, a return spring 13 is wound around the outer side of each guide post 12, the protrusion 11, the guide post 12 and the return spring 13 form a return mechanism, the blanking structure 8 is provided with a lateral guide slot 14 for accommodating the return mechanism at a position corresponding to the return mechanism, a through hole 15 for the guide post 12 to pass through is provided at a position of the lateral guide slot 14 close to the tail end of the guide post 12, one end of the return spring 13 is pressed against the protrusion 11, and the other end of the return spring is pressed against the edge of the through hole 15, so that the blanking cavity 10 of the movable block 9 is just aligned with the material accommodating pipeline 7 by the return.

As shown in fig. 6, the turntable 2 is provided with four mounting positions 16 around the rotating shaft of the turntable 2, the lower surfaces of the mounting positions 16 are sealed, and the upper surfaces of the mounting positions are opened to be embedded with the blanking structure 8 of the edible material container 4; a blanking position 17 is arranged at the rotating shaft of the rotating disc 2, the upper surface of the blanking position 17 is sealed, and the lower surface is opened and aligned with the cooking utensil 101. A square hole 18 for the movable block 9 to pass through and a guide hole 19 for the guide post 12 to pass through are arranged on the wall between the mounting position 16 and the blanking position 17, and a round hole 20 for the telescopic rod of the push-pull electromagnet 5 to pass through is arranged on one side of the edge of the mounting position 16 facing the turntable 2. After the blanking structure 8 of the food container 4 is embedded and mounted on the mounting position 16 of the rotary table 2, the guide hole 19 is aligned with the tail end of the guide post 12, and the square hole 18 and the round hole 20 are aligned with two opposite sides of the movable block 9 respectively.

The rotating device 3 includes a driving motor 21, a motor holder 22, a worm 23, a worm wheel 24, a rotary rod 25, a bearing 26, and a flange 27, as shown in fig. 7. A flange 27 is fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the rotating shaft of the turntable 2, a bearing 26 is fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the mounting rack 1, one end of a rotating rod 25 penetrates through the bearing 26 and the mounting rack 1 and then is fixedly arranged on the flange 27, and the other end of the rotating rod is coaxially arranged with the worm wheel 24; motor fixing base 22 fixed mounting is on the upper surface of mounting bracket 1, and driving motor 21 fixed mounting is on motor fixing base 22, and worm 23 coaxial arrangement is in driving motor 21's pivot, and worm 23 and worm wheel 24 mesh.

The push-pull type electromagnet 5 and the driving motor 21 are respectively electrically connected with a PLC (programmable logic controller) (not shown in the figure), when one of the edible material containers 4 needs to be blanked, the PLC controls a related circuit to start the driving motor 21, a rotating shaft of the driving motor 21 drives the worm 23 to synchronously rotate after the driving motor 21 is started, the worm 23 drives the worm wheel 24 to rotate when rotating, the worm wheel 24 drives the rotating rod 25 to synchronously rotate when rotating, the rotating rod 25 drives the rotating disc 2 to synchronously rotate when rotating, and until the rotating disc 2 rotates until the movable block 9 of the edible material container 4 needing to be blanked is aligned with the telescopic rod of the push-pull type electromagnet 5; then the PLC controller controls related circuits to enable the push-pull electromagnet 5 to be electrified, after the push-pull electromagnet 5 is electrified, a telescopic rod of the push-pull electromagnet penetrates through a round hole 20 on the turntable 2 and then extends into a mounting position 16 of the turntable 2, thereby pushing the movable block 9, leading the movable block 9 to compress the return spring 13 and then drive the blanking cavity 10 and the guide post 12 to extend into the blanking position 17 of the turntable 2, at this time, as shown in fig. 8, the food material container 4 has the discharging cavity 10 of the movable block 9 staggered with the discharging hole of the material containing pipeline 7, and the lower end of the discharging cavity 10 is no longer blocked by the discharging structure 8, so that the food stuff located in the feeding cavity 10 falls from the open lower surface of the feeding position 17 into the cooking vessel 101, at this time, the part of the movable block 9 pushed by the telescopic rod of the push-pull electromagnet 5 is used as a blocking part to block the discharge hole of the material containing pipeline 7, so that other edible materials in the material containing pipeline 7 cannot fall out.

After the blanking is finished, the PLC controls related circuits to enable the push-pull electromagnet 5 to be powered off, after the push-pull electromagnet 5 is powered off, the telescopic rod of the push-pull electromagnet resets and does not push the movable block 9 any more, the reset spring 13 resets to push the movable block 9 to reset, after the movable block 9 resets, the blanking cavity 10 of the movable block is aligned with the discharge hole of the material accommodating pipeline 7 again, the lower end of the blanking cavity 10 is blocked by the blanking structure 8 again, and part of edible materials in the material accommodating pipeline 7 fall into the blanking cavity 10 to wait for the next blanking.

In this embodiment, when other food containers 4 are discharged, the movable blocks 9 of the other food containers 4 are also driven to drive the discharging cavities 10 to move to the same discharging position 17 to discharge the food to be discharged, that is, each movable block 9 shares the same discharging position 17 in a time-sharing manner, and the food to be discharged from the discharge ports of the food pipelines 7 of different food containers 4 is discharged at the same discharging position 17, so that the intelligent kitchen ware using the food discharging device 102 can receive the food discharged from the discharge ports of the food pipelines 7 of different food containers 4 only by aligning the cooking utensil 101 with the discharging position 17 of the food discharging device 102, and does not need to additionally provide a moving mechanism to move the cooking utensil 101 to be aligned with each discharge port, thereby reducing the cost of the intelligent kitchen ware using the food discharging device 102.
