The stop sleeve cylindrical hole 02-04 is in clearance fit with the external thread 04-01 of the loose piece bolt, and the stop sleeve threaded hole 02-03 is in clearance fit with the rod part 04-02 of the loose piece bolt.

The disassembly process of this embodiment is as follows:

loosening the loose piece bolt 04, releasing the thread fit between the loose piece bolt 04 and the positioning piece 01, and taking down the positioning piece 01; and pulling the loose piece bolt 04 downwards until the external thread 04-01 of the loose piece bolt is contacted and matched with the threaded hole 02-03 of the stop sleeve, connecting the loose piece bolt 04 with the stop sleeve 02 together, and pulling the loose piece bolt 04 to further pull the stop sleeve 02 out of the embedded part 03.

After the product 07 is formed, the mold 06 and the product 07 are in a state shown in fig. 8, the loose piece bolt 04 is unscrewed, the thread fit between the loose piece bolt 04 and the positioning piece 01 is released, the loose piece bolt 04 is pulled downwards until the external thread 04-01 of the loose piece bolt is contacted and matched with the stop sleeve threaded hole 02-03, the loose piece bolt 04 is connected with the stop sleeve 02, and the stop sleeve 02 is pulled out of the embedded part 03 by pulling the loose piece bolt 04; the locating member 01 remains in the article 07.

As shown in fig. 9, after the product 07 is ejected, the positioning member 01 is clamped due to shrinkage of the product 07. Matching the external thread 04-01 of the loose piece bolt with the threaded through hole 01-02 of the positioning piece, rotating the loose piece bolt 04 by a wrench, ejecting the paper adhesive tape 05 by the loose piece bolt 04 to further eject the paper adhesive tape onto the product 07, and taking down the positioning piece 01 under the action of rotating force and ejecting force.

The shaded area of the back of the article 07, as shown in fig. 10, is ground away to provide the desired article 07 as shown in fig. 11.
