As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the disposable suction head binding device comprises a handle belt 1, a first fixing belt 2, a second fixing belt and a locking belt 6; the first fixing strap 2 is a horizontal fixing strap, and one end of the first fixing strap 2 is provided with a U-shaped tongue 21; the second fixing strap comprises a vertical fixing strap 3, a first thin strap 31 and a second thin strap 32, and a hollow structure is arranged between the first thin strap 31 and the second thin strap 32; a first opening 61 and a second opening 62 are arranged on both sides of the locking belt 6, and a third opening 64 and a T-shaped notch 65 are also arranged on both sides of the locking belt; the handle belt 1, the first fixing belt 2, the second fixing belt and the locking belt 6 are made of an integral material through die cutting; when in binding, the U-shaped tongue 21 of the first fixing strap 2 passes through the third opening 64 from the inner side of the locking strap 6 and is clamped in the T-shaped notch 65, so as to realize self-locking, the first thin strap 31 and the second thin strap 32 pass through the gap between the suction heads 4, and the first thin strap 31 and the second thin strap 32 respectively pass through the first opening 61 from the inner side of the locking strap 6 and are tensioned, and then are clamped in the second opening 62.

In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a notch 63 is formed on one side of the second opening 62.

It should be further noted that in this embodiment, the notch 63 is only required to be inserted from the notch 63 when the first thin belt 31 and the second thin belt 32 are threaded, so as to improve the efficiency of binding, in this embodiment, the notch 63 may be horizontal, or may have a slope, and when the slope is provided, the first thin belt 31 and the second thin belt 32 are not easy to be pulled out.

As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the handle strap 1 and the first fixing strap 2 have the same length in a flat state.

It should be further noted that, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, in this embodiment, when bandaging, the end of the first fixing strap 2, i.e. the U-shaped tongue 21, needs to be self-locked with the locking strap 6, so that the first fixing strap 2 is shortened relative to the handle strap 1, and thus the handle strap 1 can be arched to facilitate carrying.

As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, a U-shaped tongue 21 of the first fixing belt 2 is provided with a first fold 22.

It should be further noted that, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, in this embodiment, the U-shaped tongue 21 is provided with the first fold 22, which helps to quickly and accurately self-lock the U-shaped tongue 21 and the locking band, so as to improve the binding efficiency.

As a preferred embodiment, the handle strip 1 is provided with a second fold 12 and a third fold 13, as shown in fig. 4.

It should be further noted that, as shown in fig. 4, in this embodiment, after the wrapping is completed, the handle strap 1 is in an arc shape, and in order to flatten the handle strap 1 for packaging and transportation, the handle strap 1 is provided with the second fold 12 and the third fold 13, and when the handle strap 1 is flattened, the flattening of the handle strap 1 is achieved by folding according to the second fold 12 and the third fold 13, so as to facilitate packaging and transportation.

As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, a fifth fold 311 is provided at the bent portion of the first thin strip 31 and the second thin strip 32.

It should be further noted that, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, in this embodiment, the fifth fold 311 is provided at the bent portion of the first thin strip 31 and the second thin strip 32, which facilitates to perform bandaging quickly and accurately, and improves bandaging efficiency.

As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, a sixth fold 33 is provided at the bent portion of the first fastening tape 2 and the second fastening tape, and a fourth fold 11 is provided between the first fastening tape 2 and the locking tape 6.

It should be further noted that, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, in this embodiment, a sixth fold 33 is provided at the bent portion of the first fastening tape 2 and the second fastening tape, and a fourth fold 11 is provided between the first fastening tape 2 and the locking tape 6, which facilitates quick and accurate binding and improves binding efficiency.

As a preferred embodiment, the locking strip 6 ends are curved, as shown in fig. 1.

Example 2

An analyzer comprising the disposable tip pack of embodiment 1.

In this embodiment, the disposable tip bundling apparatus is used to bundle multiple layers of tip plates 5, and the bundled multiple layers of tip plates 5 are also loaded with tips 4, which are used as consumables for the analyzer, thereby reducing the probability of the analyzer being affected by loading the tips, and improving the success rate and efficiency of loading the tips.
