For the purpose of attractive appearance of biscuits and attraction of consumers for purchase, the surface of a plurality of biscuits is printed, and the surface printing method of the biscuits is various, for example, patterns are directly pressed on the surface of a flour cake by using a mould, and the corresponding patterns are formed after the biscuits are baked. However, the pattern color formed in the mode is consistent with the color of the biscuit, and the pattern is not obvious enough.

The invention aims to provide biscuit printing equipment which can enable the surface of biscuits to present patterns different from the color of the biscuits and enable the biscuits to be more attractive.

The working principle of the biscuit printing equipment is as follows;

firstly, putting flour cakes into a biscuit mold and placing the flour cakes below a printing template; printing liquid in the printing liquid storage tank flows into the chamber along the flexible pipeline. The printing template moves downwards under the driving of the vertical driving mechanism until the bottom surface of the sleeve is contacted with the cake, and at the moment, the protruded patterns at the bottom of the sleeve are pressed on the cake, so that the top surface of the cake presents indentations corresponding to the patterns; in the process that the lifting column moves downwards continuously, the sleeve cannot move downwards easily due to certain resistance of the flour cake, the lifting column is matched with the sleeve to press printing liquid in the cavity, and the printing liquid cannot flow back to the printing liquid storage tank from the liquid inlet hole and the flexible pipeline due to the fact that the check valve is arranged at the liquid inlet hole, only flows out of the cavity downwards from the liquid passing hole in the bottom wall of the cavity and flows along the indentation on the surface of the flour cake. After the printing, the lift post upwards removes under vertical drive mechanism's drive, drives the sleeve through anti-disengaging structure and upwards leaves the face cake, and the check valve can also be opened with telescopic relative movement to the lift post simultaneously for the printing liquid in the printing liquid storage tank flows into the cavity along flexible line again, replenishes the printing liquid in the cavity. And baking the flour cake printed with the patterns to obtain the biscuits with the color and the patterns. The printing liquid can be made of edible pigment solution, so that food safety can be guaranteed, and the color of the printing liquid can be different from that of biscuits, and the biscuits are more attractive. In addition, seasonings can be added into the printing liquid to enrich the taste of the biscuit.

Furthermore, the sleeve is formed by connecting a bottom cylinder and a top cylinder through threads, and the opening of the top cylinder is the top end opening of the sleeve; the lifting column is formed by integrating a bottom column and a top column, and the diameter of an opening of the top cylinder is larger than that of the top column and smaller than that of the bottom column. The lifting column penetrates through the top barrel upwards, then the lifting column is placed into the bottom barrel downwards, and finally the top barrel is screwed on the bottom barrel, so that the assembly of the printing template can be completed. When the lifting column moves upwards under the driving of the vertical driving mechanism, the bottom column can be abutted against the top barrel, so that the lifting column is prevented from being separated from the sleeve upwards.

The biscuit printing equipment provided by the invention is simple in structure and convenient to operate, and can inject printing liquid into the pattern part while printing, so that the pattern has richer colors and tastes, and the biscuit is more attractive.
