1. A multi-quality hydrogen peroxide concentration device is characterized by comprising: the device comprises a first falling-film evaporator, a second falling-film evaporator and a rectifying tower;

the first falling-film evaporator and the second falling-film evaporator are respectively arranged at two sides of the rectifying tower, steam outlets on the side walls of the lower parts of the first falling-film evaporator and the second falling-film evaporator are communicated with a steam inlet at the lower part of the rectifying tower, and a droplet separator is arranged in the communicating pipeline;

the first falling-film evaporator and the second falling-film evaporator are both provided with three-stage liquid distribution devices consisting of two-stage distributors and spray heads, wherein the two-stage distributors are respectively an even distribution disc and an even distribution groove, the bottom surface of the even distribution groove is provided with a liquid outlet hole, the even distribution disc is arranged below a liquid inlet pipe at the top of the falling-film evaporator, and the even distribution groove is arranged below the even distribution disc; the spray heads are arranged on the fixed plate below the uniform distribution grooves, liquid outlets of the spray heads are positioned in the ports of the heat exchange tubes and can form rotational flows of liquid to be uniformly distributed on the inner walls of the heat exchange tubes in the falling film evaporator, liquid inlets and liquid outlet holes of the spray heads are arranged in a staggered manner, and the fixed plate is connected with the inner walls of the falling film evaporator in a sealing manner;

and the upper part of the steam inlet in the rectifying tower is provided with a filler, and the upper part of the rectifying tower is provided with a solvent inlet.

The multi-quality hydrogen peroxide solution concentration device according to claim 1, wherein the spray head is a cylindrical structure rolled by an elastic plate, the side wall of the cylinder is in an open design, the opening penetrates through the whole side wall of the cylinder, one end of the opening extends into the cylinder, the other end of the opening extends out of the cylinder, and a gap is formed between the two ends in a normal state.

The multi-quality hydrogen peroxide solution concentration device according to claim 2, wherein one end of the opening extending into the cylinder is provided with a connecting table made of two simmer bending arcs with the bending radius of 2mm, and the connecting table is in close contact with the inner wall of the other end after being closed.

4. A multi-quality hydrogen peroxide concentration device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the liquid inlet of the nozzle 6 is of a truncated cone structure, and one end with a larger diameter is hermetically connected with the liquid outlet hole.

5. The multi-quality hydrogen peroxide concentration device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising a preheater for preheating hydrogen peroxide to be concentrated, wherein the preheater is connected with the falling film evaporator;

alternatively, the concentration device further comprises a filter arranged before the preheater.

6. The multi-quality hydrogen peroxide concentration device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the droplet separator is a demister;

alternatively, the packing is stainless steel packing, preferably reinforced oblique corrugated regular stainless steel packing.

7. A multi-quality hydrogen peroxide concentration process is characterized by being implemented by adopting the multi-quality hydrogen peroxide concentration device of any one of claims 1 to 6, and comprising the following steps of:

(1) filtering hydrogen peroxide to be concentrated to remove impurities, and then pumping the hydrogen peroxide into a preheater for preheating;

(2) pumping the preheated hydrogen peroxide to be concentrated in the step (1) into a first falling-film evaporator and a second falling-film evaporator, uniformly distributing the hydrogen peroxide to be concentrated for the first time, then dropping the hydrogen peroxide into a uniform distribution groove from the edge of the uniform distribution plate, then entering a spray head from a liquid outlet hole on the bottom surface of the uniform distribution groove to form a rotational flow, uniformly distributing the rotational flow on the inner wall of a heat exchange pipe below to form a film-shaped flow, wherein part of water and the hydrogen peroxide are evaporated to form mixed steam, so that the non-evaporated hydrogen peroxide is concentrated, and the hydrogen peroxide falls into the bottom of the falling-film evaporator to form industrial-grade hydrogen peroxide;

(3) after the mixed steam in the step (2) enters a communication pipeline between the falling-film evaporator and the rectifying tower, impurities and fog drops in the mixed steam are separated out through a liquid drop separator, then the mixed steam enters the rectifying tower and is in countercurrent contact with a solvent entering the upper part of the rectifying tower on the surface of a filler, hydrogen peroxide is separated from the mixed steam through heat exchange and enters the solvent to form industrial-grade hydrogen peroxide, and finally the industrial-grade hydrogen peroxide falls into the bottom of the rectifying tower, and the evaporated solvent is evaporated from the top of the rectifying tower.

8. The multi-quality hydrogen peroxide concentration process according to claim 7, wherein the mass concentration of the hydrogen peroxide to be concentrated is not higher than 27.5%;

preferably, the mass concentration of the industrial-grade and chemical-grade hydrogen peroxide is not less than 50%.

9. The multi-quality hydrogen peroxide concentration process according to claim 7 or 8, wherein the temperature of the preheated hydrogen peroxide to be concentrated is 39-50 ℃.

10. Use of the multi-quality hydrogen peroxide concentration device according to any one of claims 1 to 3 and/or the concentration process according to any one of claims 7 to 9 in the field of chemical engineering.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of hydrogen peroxide concentration, and particularly relates to a multi-quality hydrogen peroxide concentration device and a process and application thereof.

Background

The technical bottleneck of single set of capacity of the traditional hydrogen peroxide concentration process of 50 percent hydrogen peroxide is mainly a falling film evaporator. For the falling film evaporator, the larger the diameter of the equipment is, the more uneven the liquid film distribution on the inner wall of the heat exchange tube of the evaporator is, thereby restricting the single set of capacity. According to the material characteristics that hydrogen peroxide is easy to decompose, the diameter of the evaporator is generally below 2000mm in order to ensure the operation safety of the device, and the larger the diameter is, the more serious the local overheating of hydrogen peroxide is, the uncontrollable decomposition of hydrogen peroxide is easy to cause, and safety accidents are easy to occur.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention mainly solves the problems that the diameter of a falling-film evaporator is too small due to the characteristic of materials which are easy to decompose according to hydrogen peroxide, so that the capacity of a single production device is insufficient, and the existing device cannot synchronously produce industrial-grade and chemical-grade hydrogen peroxide. Therefore, the invention provides a multi-quality hydrogen peroxide concentration device and a process and application thereof.

The invention aims to provide a multi-quality hydrogen peroxide concentration device.

The second purpose of the invention is to provide a multi-quality hydrogen peroxide concentration process.

The invention also aims to provide application of the multi-quality hydrogen peroxide concentration device.

In order to realize the purpose, the invention discloses the following technical scheme:

the invention discloses a multi-quality hydrogen peroxide concentration device which comprises a first falling-film evaporator, a second falling-film evaporator and a rectifying tower, wherein the first falling-film evaporator and the second falling-film evaporator are respectively arranged at two sides of the rectifying tower, steam outlets on the side walls of the lower parts of the first falling-film evaporator and the second falling-film evaporator are communicated with a steam inlet at the lower part of the rectifying tower, and a droplet separator is arranged in a communicating pipeline; the first falling-film evaporator and the second falling-film evaporator are both provided with three-stage liquid distribution devices consisting of two-stage distributors and spray heads, wherein the two-stage distributors are respectively an even distribution disc and an even distribution groove, the bottom surface of the even distribution groove is provided with a liquid outlet hole, the even distribution disc is arranged below a liquid inlet pipe at the top of the falling-film evaporator, and the even distribution groove is arranged below the even distribution disc; the spray heads are arranged on the fixed plate below the uniform distribution grooves, liquid outlets of the spray heads are positioned in the ports of the heat exchange tubes and can form rotational flows of liquid to be uniformly distributed on the inner walls of the heat exchange tubes in the falling film evaporator, liquid inlets and liquid outlet holes of the spray heads are arranged in a staggered manner, and the fixed plate is connected with the inner walls of the falling film evaporator in a sealing manner; and the upper part of the steam inlet in the rectifying tower is provided with a filler, and the upper part of the rectifying tower is provided with a solvent inlet.

Further, the concentration device also comprises a preheater for preheating hydrogen peroxide (with low concentration) to be concentrated, and the preheater is connected with the falling film evaporator.

Further, the concentration device also comprises a filter arranged in front of the preheater, and the concentration device is mainly used for filtering mechanical impurities in hydrogen peroxide to be concentrated and improving the product quality.

Further, the droplet separator is a demister, which mainly functions to separate droplets of insoluble suspended matter or part of impurities contained in hydrogen peroxide and water vapor (mixed steam) from the liquid, thereby avoiding affecting the product quality, and optionally, the demister is composed of corrugated plates arranged in parallel.

Furthermore, the filler is stainless steel filler, including reinforced oblique corrugated regular stainless steel filler and the like, and the preparation of industrial-grade hydrogen peroxide can be well realized in the rectifying tower through a reaction site provided by the filler.

Further, the shower nozzle is the cylindric structure of elastic plate system of rolling up, and the lateral wall of this drum is the open type design, the opening runs through the lateral wall of whole drum, open-ended one end extends to in the drum, and the other end extends to the drum outside, has the clearance between the both ends under the normal condition, but when receiving the extrusion of hydrogen peroxide solution in the drum, closely laminating between the both ends, the opening is sealed to closely contact between with the heat exchange tube inner wall, so that form the liquid film with hydrogen peroxide solution evenly distributed on the heat exchange tube inner wall.

Furthermore, one end of the opening extending into the cylinder is provided with a connecting table made of two simmer bending arcs with the bending radius of 2mm, and the connecting table is in close contact with the inner wall of the other end after being closed.

Furthermore, the liquid inlet of the spray head is of a cone frustum structure, and the lower bottom surface (namely the bottom surface with the larger diameter) of the spray head is connected with the liquid outlet hole in a sealing manner.

The invention further discloses a multi-quality hydrogen peroxide concentration process, which is carried out by adopting the concentration device and comprises the following steps:

(1) filtering the hydrogen peroxide to be concentrated to remove impurities, and then pumping the hydrogen peroxide into a preheater for preheating.

(2) Pumping the preheated hydrogen peroxide to be concentrated in the step (1) into a first falling-film evaporator and a second falling-film evaporator, firstly, distributing the hydrogen peroxide to be concentrated by an evenly-distributed disc for the first time, then, dropping the hydrogen peroxide into an evenly-distributed groove from the edge of the evenly-distributed disc, then, entering a spray head from a liquid outlet hole on the bottom surface of the evenly-distributed groove to form a rotational flow, evenly distributing the rotational flow on the inner wall of a heat exchange pipe below to form a film-shaped flow, wherein part of water and the hydrogen peroxide are evaporated to form mixed steam, so that the hydrogen peroxide which is not evaporated is concentrated, and then, dropping the hydrogen peroxide to.

(3) After the mixed steam in the step (2) enters a communication pipeline between the falling-film evaporator and the rectifying tower, impurities and fog drops in the mixed steam are separated out through a liquid drop separator, then the mixed steam enters the rectifying tower and is in countercurrent contact with a solvent entering the upper part of the rectifying tower on the surface of a filler, hydrogen peroxide is separated from the mixed steam through heat exchange and enters the solvent to form industrial-grade hydrogen peroxide, and finally the industrial-grade hydrogen peroxide falls into the bottom of the rectifying tower, and the evaporated solvent is evaporated from the top of the rectifying tower.

Further, the mass concentration of the hydrogen peroxide to be concentrated is not higher than 27.5%, and the mass concentration of the industrial-grade and chemical-grade hydrogen peroxide is not lower than 50%.

Further, the temperature of the preheated hydrogen peroxide to be concentrated is 39-50 ℃.

Finally, the invention discloses the multi-quality hydrogen peroxide concentration device and the application of the process thereof in the chemical field.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

(1) the whole device is designed into a symmetrical double-evaporator form, and the arrangement avoids the defect that the diameter is too large to influence the uniform distribution of liquid; and a three-stage liquid distribution device consisting of a two-stage distributor and a spray head is arranged on the evaporator, so that the technical barrier of the industry that the diameter of falling film evaporator equipment does not exceed 2000mm is broken through, the diameter of a single evaporator is successfully enlarged to 2400mm, and the industrial limit that the single set of capacity exceeds 8 ten thousand tons per year is realized.

(2) The concentration device of the invention utilizes the characteristics of hydrogen peroxide and realizes the simultaneous production of two quality products of chemical hydrogen peroxide and industrial hydrogen peroxide by matching the evaporator with the rectifying tower.
