Technical Field

Background

The filter chambers of many filter devices, such as flat-disc filters, tilting-disc filters, rubber belt filters, etc., are designed in the form of filter hoppers, primarily for collecting the filtrate. The filter hopper, particularly a large-size filter hopper, is made of metal materials due to the influence of factors such as mechanical strength, manufacturing difficulty and the like.

Because the surface energy of the metal material which is not subjected to surface treatment is relatively high, when the metal material meets certain working conditions of high viscosity and easy scaling, the material is easy to form adhesion on the surface of the filter hopper, and the cavity inside the filter hopper is smaller and smaller along with the lapse of time, so that the flow flux of the filtrate is reduced, and the use effect of the filter is poorer and poorer.

The following are currently conventional solutions: 1. the metal surface is polished, but the anti-sticking effect is not ideal due to the existence of microscopic pores on the surface. 2. Various anti-sticking coatings such as F30, nano hydrophobic materials and the like are sprayed, but the thickness of the coating is often less than 0.1mm, and the coating is easily washed away by solid particles in filtrate to lose the anti-sticking effect. 3. The surface is sprayed with plastic materials such as PVC, but the common plastic has poor temperature resistance and cannot be applied to certain high-temperature occasions.

The technical scheme provided by the invention adopts the nonmetal anti-sticking filter hopper prefabricated and formed by low surface energy materials such as acid-resistant rubber, PTFE, PVDF and the like, and compared with a plastic spraying process, the process has higher temperature resistance, is less prone to foaming, thermal deformation and warping, and can keep the anti-sticking effect for a long time.

4. The technical scheme provided by the invention adopts the nonmetal anti-sticking filter hopper which is prefabricated and formed by low surface energy materials such as acid-resistant rubber, PTFE, PVDF and the like, and the materials are relatively isolated from the metal filter hopper after being compressed by the sealing strip, so that the direct corrosion and abrasion of the surface of the metal filter hopper are reduced to a certain extent, the designed thickness of the metal filter hopper can be properly reduced, and the service life of the metal filter hopper is prolonged.

5. So that the manner in which the features and aspects of the present invention can be understood in detail, a more particular description of the invention, briefly summarized above, may be had by reference to embodiments, some of which are illustrated in the appended drawings.
