Background

At present, the sawing of the artificial board sawing line basically adopts board movement, the sawing device is fixed, namely, a board pushing device is utilized, when the boards are stacked to a specified height, the board pushing device is responsible for aligning the boards and fixing the boards to be conveyed to the sawing device, the boards are ensured to be regular and tidy in the conveying process, and after the boards reach the specified position of the sawing device, a saw group is started to complete the cutting of the boards. During the implementation of this action, the regularity of the sheet material, i.e. the absence of deformations or disturbances, is critical to the quality of the sawing, which would otherwise lead to an unacceptable final sawing dimension of the sheet material, resulting in scrap. The key of the deformation or disorder of the plate lies in the clamping force of the plate pushing device, namely the friction force between the clamping device and the plate, and once the clamping force is insufficient, the plate can not be fixed due to the slippage in the front-back moving process of the plate. The clamping device of the existing push plate device is easy to clamp and loose in the front-back moving process of the push plate device, and more frequent occurrence is caused when the surface of a plate is smoother, so that more waste products are caused, the production and manufacturing cost is increased, manual alignment is needed, and a large amount of manpower and material resources are consumed.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a clamping device which can firmly clamp a plate to avoid the plate from loosening and improve the sawing quality.
