(3) and (4) sequentially conveying the extruded and molded semi-finished floor mat to a cooling molding device, a dewatering and drying device and a glue pressing device for cooling molding, dewatering and drying and glue pressing treatment.

Preferably, in the step (1), the materials comprise, by weight: 55-60% of polyvinyl chloride, 35-40% of dioctyl terephthalate, 3-4% of lubricant and 1-2% of pigment.

The production equipment of the multicolor waterproof ground mat comprises an extruder, an extrusion molding device, a cooling molding device, a dewatering and drying device and a glue pressing device which are sequentially arranged along the front and the back of a production line.

As shown in fig. 1, the extrusion molding apparatus includes a distribution die head communicating with the output end of the extruder, a material collecting plate 1 located below the distribution die head, and an extrusion die plate; at least two distributing gaps 2 for distributing materials with different colors are arranged on the distributed die heads. As shown in fig. 2, the material converging plates 1 are provided with material converging grooves 3 which are communicated with the material distribution gaps 2 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the material converging grooves 3 are independent of each other, each material converging groove 3 is provided with a material discharging area 4, the material discharging areas 4 are provided with material discharging through holes 5, the material discharging areas 4 on different material converging grooves 3 are arranged in a staggered and non-overlapping manner, and the material discharging through holes 5 on different material converging grooves 3 can be combined into a continuous row; as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the extrusion die plate includes an upper extrusion die plate 6 and a lower extrusion die plate 7 which are arranged up and down, upper wide holes 8 and upper narrow holes 9 are alternately arranged on the upper extrusion die plate 6 at intervals, lower wide holes 10 and lower narrow holes 11 are alternately arranged on the lower extrusion die plate 7 at intervals, the upper wide holes 8 and the lower wide holes 10 are in one-to-one correspondence up and down, and the upper narrow holes 9 and the lower narrow holes 11 are in one-to-one correspondence up and down. The deformation block 17 is deformed through an external tightening bolt 20, and the width of the cloth gap 2 between the deformation block 17 and the fixing block 16 is changed to meet the production requirement.

The cooling forming device is a water tank containing cooling water, and the material is extruded and formed by the extrusion forming device and then conveyed into the cooling water for cooling. Dewatering drying device hits the beating dewatering including rotatory hitting pole and hot-blast stoving case, hits the semi-manufactured goods ground mat after cooling shaping through hitting the beating pole, then dries through the hot-blast stoving case. The glue pressing device comprises a glue groove, a glue spreading roller and a press roller, wherein the glue spreading roller can rotate in the glue groove, the press roller is positioned above the glue spreading roller, the semi-finished floor mat passes through the press roller and the glue spreading roller, and the glue spreading device is used for spreading glue on the semi-finished floor mat through the glue spreading roller. The cooling forming device, the dewatering and drying device and the glue pressing device all adopt the conventional structures, and the details are not repeated.

In example 1, the method for producing a water-repellent floor mat using the above production apparatus includes the steps of:

(1) respectively melting and extruding materials with different colors through different extruders; the materials comprise the following components in percentage by weight: 55% of polyvinyl chloride, 40% of dioctyl terephthalate, 4% of paraffin and 1% of pigment; uniformly mixing the materials in a mixing tank before the materials enter an extruder, and stirring for 30min to a material temperature of 120-; the melting temperature of the extruder is 170-180 ℃, the melting time is 1 hour, and the rotating speed of a screw of the extruder is 150 rpm;

(2) materials with different colors are respectively and correspondingly fed into a material distribution gap 2 after being melted and extruded, correspondingly fed into a material collecting groove 3 after being distributed through the material distribution gap 2, and correspondingly fed into a material collecting groove 3 corresponding to the material with one color through a feeding through hole 5 on each material collecting groove 3 and extruded and molded through an upper extrusion template 6 and a lower extrusion template 7; the position of the blanking area 4 on the material gathering groove 3 can be adjusted according to different products so as to adapt to the distribution requirement of product colors.

(3) And (3) conveying the extruded and molded semi-finished floor mat to a cooling molding device, a dewatering and drying device and a glue pressing device in sequence for cooling molding, dewatering and drying and glue pressing treatment, wherein the conveying speed of the semi-finished floor mat is 2 m/min.
