1. The ceramic ware repairing process is characterized by comprising the following steps:

(1) cleaning: washing the surface to be repaired with hot water of 60-80 ℃ and then washing with a cleaning solution;

(2) pretreatment: polishing the surface to be repaired by using abrasive cloth;

(3) smearing the adhesive on the surface to be repaired, then removing the redundant adhesive, ventilating and airing in the shade; polishing the butt joint; and (5) coating ceramic clay and a glaze layer on the joint, and baking in a heating furnace.

2. The chinaware repair process of claim 1, wherein the pre-treatment is performed by 300-mesh sanding.

3. The process of repairing a ceramic ware as claimed in claim 1, wherein the surface to be repaired is immersed in hot water for 1 to 2 hours during cleaning.

Background

The ceramic is very widely applied because of environmental protection, beauty and convenient use, and not only is applied to tableware and tea sets in daily life, but also is often used as an artwork, or is used as a collection or a decoration. However, the ceramic ware is easy to break and repair, the process is complex, the operation difficulty is high, the modified trace is obvious, and the expected perfect effect cannot be achieved.

The invention aims to provide a porcelain repairing process which is simple in operation steps, good in overall effect after repairing and good in overall strength.

The ceramic ware repairing process comprises the following steps:

(1) cleaning: washing the surface to be repaired with hot water of 60-80 ℃ and then washing with a cleaning solution;

(2) pretreatment: polishing the surface to be repaired by using abrasive cloth;

(3) smearing the adhesive on the surface to be repaired, then removing the redundant adhesive, ventilating and airing in the shade; polishing the butt joint; and (5) coating ceramic clay and a glaze layer on the joint, and baking in a heating furnace.

The overall effect of the repaired ceramic ware is very good, the repairing trace is not obvious, the overall strength is good, and the ceramic ware cannot be easily cracked due to the repairing.

Further preferably, the pretreatment is sanded with 300 mesh sandpaper.

Further preferably, the surface to be repaired is soaked in hot water for 1-2 hours during cleaning.
