6. The cleansing gel of claim 5, wherein said guar gum has a viscosity of 8000 mPa-S.

7. The cleansing gel of claim 1 wherein said colorant is purple, lemon yellow, fruit green, sky blue, or bright red.

8. The cleaning gel as claimed in claim 1, wherein the essence is grape essence, lemon essence, green apple essence, mint essence or strawberry essence.

9. A method for preparing a cleaning gel according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:

1) weighing the raw materials according to the proportion, and then uniformly mixing water, potassium sorbate, hydantoin and citric acid;

2) mixing guar gum and glycerol uniformly, adding pigment and essence, mixing uniformly, adding sodium tetraborate, and mixing uniformly to obtain the solid cleaning gum finished product.

Background

1) the cleaning glue has complex and unsafe components, and partial cleaning glue has fading condition;

2) the cleaning glue needs to be heated for production, so that the cost is high;

3) the existing cleaning glue has weak cleaning capability on dirt adhered on the outer surface of an electric appliance, has larger elasticity and poorer permeability;

4) the chemical property is unstable, especially the acid and alkali resistance, the oxidation reduction resistance and the light and heat resistance are poor, so that the storage life of the product is not long at the normal temperature of 10-25 ℃, generally 6-8 months, and the service life is shorter.

In addition, the existing cleaning glue is prepared by combining phthalate and the like serving as softening agents and polyvinyl alcohol, has toxicity, and is very harmful to human bodies after being operated by naked hands for many times during cleaning; in terms of color, the existing cleaning glue is mainly divided into red, yellow and blue, wherein the color has a very great effect on the cleaning glue, and is mainly used as the bottom color of the cleaning glue to easily see the dirt and dust particles to be cleaned.

The existing cleaning glue is mostly used with industrial pigments, and the cleaning glue is easy to change color after being used for many times, is relatively unsafe, and is easy to turn into black to be used after being used for cleaning the metal surface.

Related patents on guar gum, sodium tetraborate combinations: EP1373449 lists an example of 0.1% to 6% by weight of galactomannan prepared from guar and 0.01% to 0.5% by weight of boron at pH 6-10, wherein the boron is sodium tetraborate. The viscosity is 50000 to 150000 mpa.s.

CN102676085A (application No. 201210140388.6, entitled cleansing gel and preparation method thereof) discloses a cleansing gel, which mainly comprises water, guar gum, carrageenan, locust bean gum, triethanolamine, sodium sorbate, 3-carboxyl-5-hydroxy-1- (p-sulfophenyl) -4- (p-sulfophenylazo) -o-nitrilotrisodium salt, lutein, ethyl acetate, D-limonene, citral, glycerol, propylene glycol, didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, sodium bicarbonate and sodium dodecyl sulfate. The cleaning gum takes water, guar gum, carrageenan and locust bean gum as colloid matrixes, the matrix stability is good, glycerin is a humectant, citric acid is food grade essence, sodium sorbate is a weakly alkaline preservative, the mold can be inhibited, and the sterilization can be performed together with a bactericide, wherein sodium dodecyl sulfate and didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride are very important substances, the former is a surfactant, the dissolving capacity of the cleaning gum can be increased, the cleaning gum has water solubility and oil solubility, and the latter is the most important bactericide and also has the effect of enhancing the cleaning effect. However, this document still requires heating to 120-130 ℃ during the preparation process.

The above documents or the application in ophthalmology have contraindications in use, different applications or complex components, and heating is required, and the invention is provided in order to overcome the defects of the prior art.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a solid cleaning glue and a preparation method thereof, which can produce a product with better decontamination capability and permeability and long-term preservation under the conditions of no need of heating and relatively optimized components.

The first purpose of the invention is to provide a cleaning glue, which comprises the following raw materials: water, guar gum, glycerin, potassium sorbate, hydantoin, citric acid, pigment, essence and sodium tetraborate.

Specifically, the cleaning glue comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-90 parts of water, 2-10 parts of guar gum, 4-15 parts of glycerol, 1-2.5 parts of potassium sorbate, 1-2 parts of hydantoin, 0.1-0.5 part of citric acid, 0.01-0.05 part of pigment, 0.01-0.2 part of essence and 1-2 parts of sodium tetraborate.

Preferably, the raw materials of the cleaning glue comprise the following components in parts by weight: 75-88 parts of water, 3-7 parts of guar gum, 4.7-13 parts of glycerol, 1-2.4 parts of potassium sorbate, 1.5-2 parts of hydantoin, 0.2-0.3 part of citric acid, 0.02-0.04 part of pigment, 0.09-0.11 part of essence and 1.05-1.25 parts of sodium tetraborate.

Further preferably, the raw materials of the cleaning glue comprise the following components in parts by weight: 80-85 parts of water, 4-5 parts of guar gum, 6.5-9 parts of glycerol, 1.5-2.4 parts of potassium sorbate, 1.5-2 parts of hydantoin, 0.24-0.27 part of citric acid, 0.03-0.04 part of pigment, 0.1-0.11 part of essence and 1.1-1.2 parts of sodium tetraborate.

The cleaning glue provided by the invention has the following advantages:

In addition, the glycerin is matched with the high-viscosity guar gum and water and other components, and finally the characteristics of strong dust sticking capability and good permeability are displayed in the cleaning process. In the aspect of acid-base stability, the components of the cleaning glue are mostly neutral components, wherein citric acid is extremely weak in acidity when meeting water solvent, can stabilize the pH value by matching with hydantoin and potassium sorbate, improves the functions of corrosion prevention and bacteriostasis, has very strong acid-base change resistance to dissolved foreign dirt, and keeps the acid-base stability of the cleaning glue. The combination of guar gum and borax can not only sterilize, but also make the cleaning gum better shaped, and provide the elastic viscosity of the gum. In conclusion, the components have the mutual matching function, so that the components have selectivity and irreplaceability.

4. The cleaning glue disclosed by the invention can be stored for more than 13 months at the temperature of-5-35 ℃, and is good in cleaning effect.
