Technical Field

The application relates to the field of structural design, in particular to a circuit board module and an electronic device.

Background

Data transmission is performed between the two circuit boards, and generally, two ends of the adapter plate are respectively inserted into the slots of the corresponding circuit boards to establish circuit conduction of the two parallel circuit boards. However, since the adapter plate and the circuit board are made of fragile materials, the adapter plate and the circuit board are easily damaged when the adapter plate is detached from the slot of the circuit board because the adapter plate and the circuit board are not provided with proper force application positions.

Disclosure of Invention

Accordingly, there is a need for a circuit board module and an electronic device that facilitate the mounting and dismounting of the interposer and the circuit board.

The embodiment of the application provides a circuit board module, including first circuit board and keysets, first circuit board is equipped with first slot, circuit board module still includes connecting device and second circuit board, connecting device fixes between first circuit board and the second circuit board, just be fixed with on the connecting device the keysets, the second circuit board is equipped with the second slot, the keysets insert and locate in the slot of first circuit board and the second slot of second circuit board.

Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, in one embodiment, the circuit board module 200 shown in fig. 1 includes a first circuit board 201, a second circuit board 202, an interposer 203 and the connecting device 100. In one embodiment, the connecting device 100 includes a first connecting bracket 10, a second connecting bracket 20, and at least one grasping element 30. The two sides of the first connecting bracket 10 and the second connecting bracket 20 are respectively fixed on the first circuit board 201 and the second circuit board 202, and the adapter plate 203 is fixed on the first connecting bracket 10 and the second connecting bracket 20 and inserted into the first slot and the second slot of the first circuit board 201 and the second circuit board 202.

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the first connecting bracket 10 includes a connecting body 11 and a guiding post 12 disposed on the connecting body 11. In one embodiment, the connecting body 11 is substantially a hollow rectangular parallelepiped, and one side of the connecting body 11 is recessed to the other side to form a groove 111.

The connecting body 11 is provided with an opening 112, in an embodiment, the opening 112 serves as a grasping member, so that the adapter plate 203 fixed with the first connecting bracket 10 can be conveniently mounted on and dismounted from the first circuit board 201, and the first circuit board 201 and the adapter plate 203 can be prevented from being damaged by external force. In an embodiment, two sides of the opening 112 are extended toward the groove 111 to form a flange 1121 for increasing a grasping area of the opening 112 to facilitate grasping the first connecting bracket 10. In one embodiment, the flange 1121 is provided with a recessed structure, and the recessed structure is matched with a finger structure of a hand, so as to facilitate hand grasping. In one embodiment, the opening 112 has a rectangular configuration.

In an embodiment, the number of the guide posts 12 is two, and the second circuit board 202 is sleeved on the two guide posts 12, so as to fix the position of the second circuit board 202. In one embodiment, fixing holes are formed at two ends of the connecting body 11, and the fixing holes are located at two sides of the mounting hole, and are used for fixing the second circuit board 202 on the connecting body 11.

The connecting body 11 includes at least four mounting portions 113 and a fixing portion 114. The mounting portion 113 is disposed on the connecting body 11 and disposed along an extending direction away from the flange 1121. In one embodiment, the mounting portion 113 is used for mounting the interposer 203. In one embodiment, the mounting portion 113 is connected to the adapter plate 203 by screws. In another embodiment, the mounting portion 113 may be connected to the interposer 203 by engaging with the interposer. In one embodiment, the mounting portions 113 are disposed substantially in parallel and on the same horizontal line. It is understood that the mounting portion 113 is not limited to the above-mentioned position arrangement, and may be adjusted according to the mounting position of the adapter plate 203. In one embodiment, the number of the mounting portions 113 is 4, two of the mounting portions 113 are disposed at two ends of the connecting body 11 and located on the same horizontal line, and the other two mounting portions are disposed at two sides of the opening 112 and located on the same horizontal line. In one embodiment, the mounting portions 113 are integrally formed with the connecting body 11.

The fixing portion 114 is disposed on a side of the connecting body 11 away from the guiding post 12, and the fixing portion 114 is used for fixing the first connecting bracket 10 on the first circuit board 201. In one embodiment, the fixing portion 114 is substantially a Z-shaped structure, the fixing portion 114 includes a connecting member 1141, an extending member 1142 and a fixing member 1143, the connecting member 1141 and the fixing member 1143 are substantially parallel, and two ends of the extending member 1142 are perpendicular to the connecting member 1141 and the fixing member 1143, respectively. In one embodiment, the fixing member 1143 is fixed on the first circuit board 201 by a screw, and the whole fixing portion 114 occupies a small area of the first circuit board 201. In an embodiment, the number of the fixing portions 114 is four, two of the fixing portions 114 are fixed to the connecting body 11 by a rivet, so as to increase the stability of the fixing portions 114 and the connecting body 11, the other two fixing portions are fixed to the connecting body 11 by extending portions 115, the extending portions 115 are fixed to two sides of the connecting body 11, and have a substantially triangular structure, so as to increase the stability of the connecting body 11 integrally fixed to the first circuit board 201, and reduce the wobbling.

The structure of the second connecting bracket 20 is the same as that of the first connecting bracket 10, and thus, the detailed description thereof is omitted. In use, the first connecting bracket 10 is disposed opposite to the second connecting bracket 20.

The grasping element 30 is fixed to the second circuit board 202 at a position approximately in the middle of the second circuit board 202. In one embodiment, the grabbing member 30 is located between the first connecting bracket 10 and the second connecting bracket 20, the grabbing member 30 is located on the second circuit board 202 approximately parallel to the interposer 203, and two ends of the grabbing member 30 extend perpendicularly to the first connecting bracket 10 and the second connecting bracket 20, respectively. The grabbing element 30 is used to provide a grabbing position for facilitating the force to mount the second circuit board 202 on the interposer 203 or detach the second circuit board from the interposer 203. In one embodiment, the two sides of the grabbing member 30 are provided with the assisting members 31, so that the grabbing member 30 is of a frame structure, the grabbing area of the grabbing member 30 is increased, the grabbing by applying force is facilitated, and the two ends of the grabbing member 30 are reinforced by self-riveting, so that the structural stability is enhanced. In one embodiment, the number of the grasping elements 30 is two, and two grasping elements are fixed on the second circuit board 202 for two-hand control.

In one embodiment, in use, two ends of 4 adapter plates 203 are fixed to the first connecting bracket 10 and the second connecting bracket 20 by screws and using a diagonal fixing method, one end of the adapter plate 203 is inserted into a slot of the first circuit board 201, the first connecting bracket 10 and the second connecting bracket 20 are fixed to the first circuit board 201 by the fixing portion 114, the grabbing member 30 is mounted on the second circuit board 202, the position of the guide column 12 is adjusted according to the position of the second circuit board 202, the second circuit board 202 is inserted into the guide column 12, and the second circuit board 202 is fixed to the first connecting bracket 10 and the second connecting bracket by the fixing hole.

The first connecting bracket 10 and the second connecting bracket 20 of the connecting device 100 occupy a small space of a circuit board, the first connecting bracket 10 and the second connecting bracket 20 are provided with openings and the grabbing piece is arranged, so that the first circuit board 201 and the second circuit board 202 can be conveniently mounted and dismounted, the circuit board loss in the dismounting process is avoided, the mounting position of the second circuit board 202 is ensured by arranging the guide post 12, the circuit board is guided and positioned, and the circuit board loss caused by mounting errors is prevented; the electronic device fixes a plurality of adapter plates 203 through the first connecting bracket 10 and the second connecting bracket 20, so that mass data transmission is realized.
