The most developed areas of the Guangxi, particularly the sucrose industry, have formed one of the mainstay industries of the Guangxi economy.

At present, most of sugar canes in China still stay in the original manual cutting harvesting mode, the demand of labor force is large, the operation intensity is high, and the harvesting efficiency is low. With the increase of the demand of sugar materials and the transfer of rural labor force, the production cost of the sugarcane is rapidly increased, so that the sugarcane harvesting adopts a mechanized harvesting mode to replace manual felling harvesting is a necessary trend. However, most of the sugarcane harvesting machines used in the sugarcane harvesting field are medium-large sized combine harvesters, when the sugarcane is harvested, the cut sugarcane sections are conveyed to a transfer transport vehicle through an elevator, the transfer transport vehicle is required to be equipped to walk side by side along with the harvester for harvesting, and the sugarcane harvester is only suitable for being used in a small part of relatively flat sugarcane lands with large plots, the natural environment conditions of sugarcane production in China are severe, most of the sugarcane lands are located on hilly slopes, small planting scale small slopes of the sugarcane lands are large, the slopes are large, and the sugarcane collection mode of the elevator and the transfer transport vehicle is difficult to implement on the sugarcane lands with the small plots.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a sugarcane collecting and discharging device for a segmented sugarcane harvester, and aims to solve the technical problem that a sugarcane collecting mode of an elevator and a transfer transport vehicle used by a sugarcane combine harvester in the prior art is difficult to implement in a small plot.

the sugarcane collecting and discharging device provided by the invention is arranged at the rear part of a segmental sugarcane harvester and below an impurity removing fan, and comprises a sugarcane collecting box, a swinging support, a declination oil cylinder and a lifting oil cylinder, wherein the sugarcane collecting box is hinged with the swinging support through a pin shaft, the swinging support is hinged with the sugarcane harvester through a pin shaft, one end of the declination oil cylinder is hinged with the swinging support through a pin shaft, the other end of the declination oil cylinder is hinged with the sugarcane collecting box through a pin shaft, the other end of the declination oil cylinder is hinged with the swinging support through a pin shaft, the other end of the lifting oil cylinder is hinged with the swinging support through a pin shaft, and the sugarcane collecting box is of a bucket structure which is only opened at the upper part and is enclosed by the rest side surfaces.

Preferably, the declination oil cylinder and the lifting oil cylinder of the sugarcane collecting and discharging device are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the sugarcane collecting box. So as to ensure better stability of the sugarcane collecting and discharging processes.

Preferably, the sugarcane collecting and discharging device further comprises a sugarcane discharging control system, and the sugarcane discharging control system comprises a declination oil cylinder control device, a declination oil cylinder extending position sensor, a lifting oil cylinder control device and a lifting oil cylinder extending position sensor. (4) and operating the declination oil cylinder to shorten and drive the swinging bracket and the sugarcane collecting box to lift upwards and reset to the original state.

The sugarcane collecting and discharging device provided by the invention can play a role in storing sugarcane sections and discharging sugarcane sections, and after the sugarcane collecting box is filled with the sugarcane sections, the sugarcane in the sugarcane collecting box is discharged and loaded onto other transport vehicles, so that the sugarcane harvesting operation can be carried out again. Detailed Description

To further illustrate the technical means and effects of the present invention for achieving the predetermined objects, the following detailed description will be made on the specific implementation, structure, features and effects of the sugarcane collecting and discharging device according to the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings and preferred embodiments.

The sugarcane collecting and discharging device is arranged at the rear part of a segmental sugarcane harvester and below an impurity removing fan and comprises a sugarcane collecting box 1, a swinging support 2, a declination oil cylinder 3 and a lifting oil cylinder 4, wherein the sugarcane collecting box 1 is hinged to the swinging support 2 through a pin shaft A5, one end of the lifting oil cylinder 4 is hinged to the sugarcane collecting box 1 through a pin shaft B6, the other end of the lifting oil cylinder is hinged to the swinging support 2 through a pin shaft C7, one end of the declination oil cylinder 3 is hinged to the swinging support 2 through a pin shaft D8, the other end of the declination oil cylinder is hinged to a sugarcane harvester 11 through a pin shaft E9, the front end of the swinging support 2 is hinged to the sugarcane harvester 11 through a pin shaft C10, the sugarcane collecting box 1 is open only at the upper part, and the rest of the side surfaces and the bottom surface are of a closed bucket type or box.

Fig. 2 is a schematic view showing an overall structure of an embodiment of a sugarcane collecting and discharging device matched with a sugarcane harvester, when the sugarcane harvester performs harvesting operation, a declination oil cylinder 3 and a lifting oil cylinder 4 are in a contraction state, so that a sugarcane collecting box 1 and a swing support 2 are basically in a horizontal state, sugarcane sections harvested and cut by the sugarcane harvester 11 are subjected to impurity removal by an impurity removal fan 12 and then directly fall into the sugarcane collecting box 1, the sugarcane collecting function is realized, when the sugarcane collecting box 1 is filled with sugarcane sections or sugarcane discharging is required due to other conditions, the sugarcane harvester moves to a designated sugarcane discharging point, and sugarcane discharging operation is performed according to a sugarcane discharging method.

As shown in fig. 3, when the tilt cylinder 3 of the sugarcane collecting and discharging device is extended, the sugarcane collecting box 1 and the swing bracket 2 are integrally swung around the pin shaft 10 and tilted downward, and the tilt state is a preparation state before discharging sugarcane, so as to ensure that the sugarcane collecting box 1 avoids the impurity removing fan 12 when being lifted upwards and turned backwards to discharge sugarcane, and avoid the collision between the sugarcane collecting box 1 and the impurity removing fan 12.

As shown in figure 4, the declination oil cylinder 3 of the sugarcane collecting and discharging device keeps an extension state, the lifting oil cylinder 4 is controlled to extend, so that the sugarcane collecting box 1 is overturned and lifted along the pin shaft A5, sugarcane sections stored in the sugarcane collecting box 1 are dumped out from the opening of the sugarcane collecting box 1, and the aim of discharging the sugarcane is fulfilled. After the sugarcane is unloaded, the lifting oil cylinder 4 is retracted and the declination oil cylinder is retracted, so that the sugarcane collecting and unloading device can perform sugarcane harvesting operation again after the sugarcane collecting and unloading device is restored to the sugarcane collecting state shown in the figures 1 and 2.

As shown in figure 5, the bottom plate and the rear side plate of the sugarcane collecting box 1 of the sugarcane collecting and discharging device are light panels, and the other side plates are net-shaped perforated plates. The bottom plate and the rear side plate of the sugarcane collecting box are light panels, so that the flow of sugarcane sections in the sugarcane discharging process is facilitated, and the rest side plates are meshed perforated plates, so that the collection condition of the sugarcane sections in the sugarcane collecting box is favorably observed.

The sugarcane discharging flow of the sugarcane collecting and discharging device can also use a sugarcane discharging control system to automatically discharge sugarcane, and the sugarcane discharging control system comprises a declination oil cylinder control device, a declination oil cylinder extending position sensor, a lifting oil cylinder control device and a lifting oil cylinder extending position sensor. In the sugarcane discharging process, after the declination oil cylinder control device controls the declination oil cylinder to extend to a designated position, the lifting oil cylinder control device can start the lifting oil cylinder to extend to lift the sugarcane collecting box and turn the sugarcane collecting box backwards so as to ensure that the sugarcane collecting box does not collide with the lower part of the harvester impurity removing fan. After the sugarcane is unloaded, the contraction stroke of the lifting oil cylinder is started to enable the sugarcane collecting box to be lowered and turned over into the swing support, and then the contraction stroke of the declination oil cylinder is started to enable the swing support to be lifted upwards to a normal working position.

According to the sugarcane collecting and unloading device provided by the invention, the sugarcane collecting and unloading device can play a role in storing and unloading sugarcane, and after the sugarcane collecting box is full of sugarcane, the sugarcane harvester moves to the designated sugarcane unloading position to unload the sugarcane in the box, so that the sugarcane harvesting operation can be carried out again.
