1. A manufacturing method of a flexible conveying belt is characterized in that: the method comprises the following specific steps:

plasticating and mixing to obtain a sizing material, preparing the sizing material into a base band, arranging canvas cores in the base band, and performing cold press molding;

and (3) compounding of rubber materials in the triangular area: the components are as follows: natural rubber, butadiene styrene rubber, carbon black, oils, an anti-aging agent and an accelerator;

plasticating and mixing to obtain a triangular area rubber material;

split vulcanization, namely firstly pressing the base band and then vulcanizing; then polishing the edges of the two sides of the base band within a range of 15cm in width, and vulcanizing the base band and the rubber material in the triangular area at one time after butting;

and finishing the manufacture of the flexible conveying belt.

The method of claim 1, wherein the step of: the alternative scheme of the split vulcanization is as follows: vulcanizing the rubber material in the triangular area, controlling the temperature to be 148 +/-2 ℃, keeping the time to be 45-55min, heating the surface of the triangular area which is not connected with the base band by using a mold when vulcanizing the rubber material in the triangular area, arranging a cooling plate on the surface connected with the base band, wherein the cooling plate is of a hollow structure, intermittently introducing cooling water into the hollow structure, cooling the rubber material in the triangular area in the vulcanizing process to ensure that the contact part of the top of the rubber material in the triangular area and the base band is in a half-green half-cooked state, and then vulcanizing the rubber material in the triangular area and the base band at one time.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a flexible conveyor belt, which can ensure an improvement in modulus of a rubber in a triangular region of the flexible conveyor belt.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention designs a manufacturing method of a flexible conveying belt, which comprises the following specific steps:

plasticating and mixing to obtain a sizing material, preparing the sizing material into a base band, arranging canvas cores in the base band, and performing cold press molding;

and (3) compounding of rubber materials in the triangular area: the components are as follows: natural rubber, butadiene styrene rubber, carbon black, oils, an anti-aging agent and an accelerator;

plasticating and mixing to obtain a triangular area rubber material;

split vulcanization, namely firstly pressing the base band and then vulcanizing; then polishing the edges of the two sides of the base band within a range of 15cm in width, and vulcanizing the base band and the rubber material in the triangular area at one time after butting;

and finishing the manufacture of the flexible conveying belt.

The alternative scheme of the split vulcanization is that the rubber material in the triangular area is vulcanized, the temperature is controlled to be 148 +/-2 ℃, the time is 45-55min, the surface of the triangular area, which is not connected with the base band, is heated by a mold during vulcanization of the rubber material in the triangular area, a cooling plate is arranged on the surface connected with the base band, the cooling plate is of a hollow structure, cooling water is intermittently introduced into the hollow structure, the cooling of the rubber material in the triangular area during vulcanization is realized, the contact position between the top of the rubber material in the triangular area and the base band is ensured to be in a half-green half-cooked state, and then the rubber material in the triangular area and the base band are vulcanized.

As an alternative to the split vulcanization scheme described above: one-time vulcanization scheme: and (3) cold-pressing and molding the triangular area rubber material by using a mold, and attaching the triangular area rubber material to the surface of the base belt, so that the canvas core in the base belt can be kept flat in the cold pressing process, and then the base belt and the triangular area rubber material are vulcanized in a vulcanizing machine at one time.

The ingredients of the triangular area and the base band are the ingredient proportion of a common conveyer belt, and if the base band is an acid-alkali resistant conveyer belt, a high temperature resistant conveyer belt, a flame retardant conveyer belt and the like, the ingredient proportion can be adjusted.

According to the manufacturing method of the flexible conveying belt, the modulus of the rubber material in the triangular area of the flexible conveying belt can be effectively improved through reasonable processes and formula design, and meanwhile, in the forming and vulcanizing process, the situations that a sponge body structure is formed due to too little rubber material in the triangular area or a canvas core in a base belt is shoveled and folded due to too much rubber material generated and extrusion are caused can be avoided, and the quality of the conveying belt is improved.
