背景技术

现有技术中，芳纶绳作为输送带带芯时，其一般都是采用芳纶和棉线的混合纱线作为带芯，且其带芯与带芯胶的粘接牢度差，最终会影响输送带的使用性能。

发明内容

本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种芳纶绳输送带的制备方法，其能确保牢度的情况下更加便于接头处理。

为了达到上述目的，本发明所设计的一种芳纶绳输送带的制备方法，具体步骤如下：

1、制备覆盖胶，通过塑炼、混炼和挤出机出片得到覆盖胶；

2、制备带芯胶，通过塑炼、混炼和挤出机出片得到带芯胶；

3、制备芳纶绳，芳纶纱线采用3-10根纱线捻合形成一股，将3-10股纱线捻合形成芳纶绳；芳纶绳进行浸胶处理，对浸胶后的芳纶绳外部涂覆一层硅烷偶联剂；

4、制备带坯，将芳纶绳利用卷绕机构水平展开并张紧，然后在芳纶绳的上下各铺设一层带芯胶，冷压成型，然后在铺设覆盖胶，冷压成型得到带坯；

5、硫化处理，对带坯进行硫化处理，得到输送带。

本发明所得到的一种芳纶绳输送带的制备方法，通过芳纶绳作为带芯，能确保其牢度，输送带的整体强度高。

如图1所示，本实施例描述的一种芳纶绳输送带的制备方法，具体步骤如下：

1、制备覆盖胶2，通过塑炼、混炼和挤出机出片得到覆盖胶2；

2、制备带芯胶1，通过塑炼、混炼和挤出机出片得到带芯胶1；

3、制备芳纶绳3，芳纶纱线采用3根纱线捻合形成一股，将10股纱线捻合形成芳纶绳3；芳纶绳3进行浸胶处理，对浸胶后的芳纶绳3外部涂覆一层硅烷偶联剂；

4、制备带坯，将芳纶绳3利用卷绕机构水平展开并张紧，然后在芳纶绳3的上下各铺设一层带芯胶1，冷压成型，然后在铺设覆盖胶2，冷压成型得到带坯；

5、硫化处理，对带坯进行硫化处理，得到输送带。

实施例2：
