A ground track changing device is used for driving a rail vehicle to switch between a first track and a second track, wherein the track gauge of the first track is a first track gauge, the track gauge of the second track is a second track gauge, and the first track gauge and the second track gauge are different; characterized in that, the orbital transfer ground device includes:

the supporting rail is arranged on the ground and used for unloading the vertical load of a bogie in the railway vehicle;

the guide rail is arranged on the ground and used for driving the bogie to perform rail transfer operation;

7. The ground rail transfer device of claim 1, wherein the support rail comprises: the two supporting main bodies with the same structure are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the transition plate;

and the support main body is provided with a support structure for supporting a sleeper beam in the bogie and improving the height of the sleeper beam.

The ground rail transferring device of claim 7, wherein the supporting structure is a supporting plane disposed on the top of the supporting body and supporting slopes at both ends of the supporting plane; the height of the supporting inclined plane is gradually reduced from the middle of the supporting main body to the two ends.

9. The ground track transfer device of claim 8, wherein the support plane has a length greater than a length of the transition plate;

and the support planes each have an overlapping portion with the first rail and the second rail.

10. The ground rail transfer device of claim 8, wherein a stop is provided on a side of the top of the support body away from the transition plate, the stop being above the support plane.

11. The ground rail transfer device of claim 1, wherein the guide rail comprises: the two guide main bodies with the same structure are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the transition plate;

the guide main body is provided with a guide structure for providing a track transfer driving force for a track transfer guide piece arranged on the bogie.

12. The ground track transfer device of claim 11, wherein the guide structure is a guide slot for receiving a track transfer guide, a side wall of the guide slot contacting the track transfer guide to provide a track transfer motive force to the track transfer guide.

13. The ground derailment apparatus of claim 11, wherein the transition plate has a length greater than or equal to a sum of a wheelbase of the bogie, a length of the derailment guide, and a length of the guide rail in the longitudinal direction.

14. The ground track transfer device of claim 12, wherein the side walls at both ends of the guide groove are provided with second guide slopes.

15. A variable track pitch system, comprising: a pitch bogie and a ground derailment apparatus according to any of claims 1-14.

Technical Field

The application relates to a track distance changing technology of a railway vehicle, in particular to a ground track changing device and a track distance changing system.

Background

Rail vehicles are generally classified into monorail trains and double-track trains, wherein the double-track trains run along two equidistant rails. The track gauge is the distance between two tracks, and most countries or regions adopt uniform track gauge, while the track gauge of some countries or regions is different. Before a rail train drives from a track with one track gauge to a track with another track gauge, a rail changing operation is required, namely: the distance between two wheels connected on the same axle in the rail train is adjusted, so that the distance between the wheels can adapt to a new track gauge.

The present common derailment technique known to the inventors provides a ground derailment device between the wide and narrow rails for unloading the vertical load of the railway vehicle bogie and applying a derailment thrust to the bogie to vary the distance between two wheels connected to the same axle. The inventor finds in research that when the wheels of the bogie leave the wide rail (narrow rail), the wheels can roll down to the ground; when the wheel reaches a narrow rail (wide rail), the wheel moves upwards to the narrow rail (wide rail) by means of the component force of the traction force in the vertical direction to complete the rail transfer operation.

The wheel can generate larger vibration at the moment of falling down, and has certain influence on the service life of each part in the bogie; furthermore, the wheel is returned to the track, requiring a greater traction force and a higher consumption of kinetic energy.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the application provides a ground track transfer device and a track pitch changing system, which can reduce energy consumption and reduce the vibration amplitude of a bogie.

The embodiment of the first aspect of the present application provides a ground track-changing device, configured to drive a rail vehicle to switch between a first track and a second track, where a track gauge of the first track is a first track gauge, a track gauge of the second track is a second track gauge, and the first track gauge and the second track gauge are different; the orbital transfer ground device includes:

the supporting rail is arranged on the ground and used for unloading the vertical load of a bogie in the railway vehicle;

the guide rail is arranged on the ground and used for driving the bogie to perform rail transfer operation;

the transition plate is arranged on the ground and positioned between the first track and the second track; the difference between the height of the top surface of the transition plate and the height of the top surface of the first rail is equal to the distance between the top circle of the wheel rim of the wheel of the rail vehicle and the tread of the wheel.

An embodiment of a second aspect of the present application provides a variable track pitch system, including: a track gauge bogie and a ground track transfer device as described above.

According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the support rail arranged on the ground is adopted to unload the vertical load of the bogie in the railway vehicle, and the guide rail arranged on the ground drives the bogie to perform the rail transfer operation, so that the bogie can be switched between the first gauge and the second gauge; the transition plate is arranged on the ground and is positioned between the first track and the second track; the difference between the height of the top surface of the transition plate and the height of the top surface of the first rail is equal to the distance between the top circle of the wheel rim of the wheel of the rail vehicle and the tread of the wheel, the wheel is supported after the wheel leaves the first rail or the second rail, the height of the wheel is not changed, the wheel cannot fall downwards, and large vibration is avoided.
