2) first decoction: boiling with strong fire, then continuously decocting with slow fire for 30-50 min, stirring the medicinal materials for 2-3 times in the decocting process, and filtering to obtain liquid medicine, wherein the first decocting is to obtain 200mL of liquid medicine;

3) second decoction: adding 1000mL of water into the dregs of a decoction, boiling the dregs of a decoction with strong fire, then continuously decocting the dregs of a decoction for 20 to 40min with small fire, and filtering the decoction to obtain 150 to 200mL of liquid medicine;

4) and combining the two decoction liquids, wherein the total decoction liquid is 350-400 mL.

Preferably, in the step 2, the adding amount of the water is 10-20% of the weight of the giant salamander raw material; the adding amount of the compound protease is 2-5% of the weight of the giant salamander raw material.

step 2, adding water and compound protease into the giant salamander raw material obtained in the step 1, reacting at 25-30 ℃ for 3-5 min, inactivating at 110-130 ℃ for 25-40 min, cooling, and filtering to obtain filtrate; wherein the adding amount of water is 10-20% of the weight of the giant salamander raw material; the adding amount of the compound protease is 2-5% of the weight of the giant salamander raw material.
