sixthly, after the sludge is pushed to the residue discharging hopper 147, the sludge is swept out by the sludge sweeping mechanism 148, the third motor 1485 is started to work through the control box 4, after the sludge is worked, the output shaft rotates to drive the worm 14842 to rotate, the worm 14843 is driven to rotate through meshing, the transmission shaft 1486 is driven to rotate, the transmission shaft 1486 penetrates through the annular rack 1488 and is fixedly connected with one end of the link 1487, the link 1487 swings around the transmission shaft 1486, the other end of the link 148 is rotatably connected with the swinging rod 1481, one end of the swinging rod 1481 close to the swinging rod 1481 is rotatably fixed with the T-shaped fixing plate 1483, the T-shaped fixing plate 1483 is fixed on the residue discharging hopper 147, the annular rack 1488 is fixed on the top of the T-shaped fixing plate 1483, the bottom of the link 1487 moves around the annular rack 1488 through the movable gear 1489, the link 1487 drives the swinging rod 1481 to move, the swinging rod 1481 serves as a rotating center through, the swinging rod 1481 swings, and a slag sweeping sheet 1482 is arranged at the bottom of the swinging rod 1481 to sweep out the sludge in the slag discharging hopper 147;

seventh, the rubber sweeping strip 14801 arranged at one end of the slag scraping sheet 1447 can offset the swing dead angle of the swing rod 1481, and the rubber sweeping strip 14801 is made of soft materials and touches the side edge of the slag discharging hopper 147 so as not to be damaged, thereby being convenient for sweeping the sludge in the slag discharging hopper 147 clean;

and eighth, after the traditional Chinese medicinal materials are cleaned, the power supply is turned off through the control box 4, and then the power line 5 is disconnected with an external power supply.

The invention provides a conveying type washing device for processing traditional Chinese medicinal materials, which is characterized in that a waste water recovery device 14 is arranged at the bottom of a rack 1, waste water and sludge after cleaning are collected by a waste water collecting tank 141 and a waste residue tank 142, the waste water and the sludge are separated by a separation filter screen 143 at the same time, so that the subsequent waste water can be conveniently recycled, a slag cleaning device 144 is arranged at the inner side of the waste residue tank 142, the sludge separated on the separation filter screen 143 can be outwards pushed out under the pushing of a pushing mechanism 146, a slag cleaning mechanism 148 is arranged on a slag discharging hopper 147, a swinging rod 1481 is driven by a third motor 1485 to swing back and forth at the inner side of the slag discharging hopper 147, and the sludge pushed out on the separation filter screen 143 is cleaned out of the slag discharging hopper 147 by a slag cleaning sheet 1482 arranged at the bottom of the swinging rod 1481, so that the sludge can be conveniently cleaned and the subsequent separation work can be ensured.
