Background

The biomass carbonization furnace needs to seal biomass in a space for heating and pyrolysis, and the feeding and discharging device is the only channel for transmitting raw materials and finished products between the sealed space and the outside. The existing rotary carbonization furnace feeding and discharging device can play a certain role, but has the following defects easily: air cannot be effectively prevented from entering the carbonization furnace, so that the biomass carbon is partially oxidized, the heat value of the biomass pyrolysis gas is low, and the recycling value is not high.

Therefore, a feeding and discharging device of a rotary carbonization furnace with good sealing effect is needed to be designed.
